Last time I had him install a front door for my condo, at about half the price that other vendors quoted. I recently bought a single-family home which required replacement of all windows and both sliding glass doors. The existing windows were all the original aluminum single-pane windows from the 1980s which were terrible. The doors did not lock and were also single pane. Mike met me on a Sunday to take measurements and provided a number of options. The price he quoted blew me away. So much less expensive than other vendors for premium quality doors and windows. Three weeks later Mike and his crew arrived on time and went to work. A few hours later we had beautiful doors and windows installed - what a difference compared to the old stuff. Aside from giving the whole house a facelift you can really notice the difference in the amount of heat comes through the windows in the full sun and the reduction in road noise from the outside. Contacted Mike to do a retrofit vinyl windows and doors. He came out to get measurements and give me options. Very open and honest about prices and options giving his input but also letting the customer decide what would fit to their budget, no pressure to buy, just a great recommendation based on his years of experience. We went with the Anlin product and immediately started getting trouble from the HOA (of course) Mike and his Team were awesome, made sure to not submit the order until the HOA got their pound of flesh and input and ultimately had to modify the order to satisfy the HOA gods. Then we found a leak that turned out to be much bigger than we initially thought, no problem, Mike came out to meet the contractor and work out scope of work and timeline in order to make sure all their work was done before fitting in the new window and then stayed in touch to collaborate on how best to proceed. It was seamless for me, I just had to nod my head every once in a while. Day of installment Mike and his guys worked very efficiently, cleaned up behind them and checked in regularly during and after the project to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Great company, great crew, Mike the owner was on site the whole time and very involved. The new windows are awesome, no issues, very smooth to use and the level of noise reduction was impressive.
