WOW WOW WOW! We were in the process of selling our home and after having a few updates done and before scheduling showings, I wanted to get our carpets cleaned, windows washed and the house cleaned. I don't remember which I searched for first but I came upon this site and was surprised to see I could get all three done with one company and that was awesome, I didn't have to schedule three different services on three different days! I contacted Steve, who is very quick at responding and he set us up for a Monday for all three. When I tell you that I was impressed, that's an understatement! First, two ladies showed up to start the cleaning process at 7:00 a.m., then an hour later Steve showed up with another crew and the window washer and two hours later the carpet cleaner came, what a well-oiled machine this is!! By 3:00, our house was sparkling clean, it was in need of some TLC but after these guys left, I was feeling so much better about the way the house would show that it then looked like less TLC would be needed! Moving sucks. Period. I burned myself out to the point of crippling exhaustion and needed someone to finish cleaning my apt to get it ready for inspection. The only problem was I needed someone same day. I sent out a quote request and Steve called within 15 minutes with a batter on deck ready to go. I paid a little extra for the rush service but it was worth it. I could see my reflection in the stainless steel fridge when it was done! His serviceman took his time cleaning everything and was on time, friendly and courteous. We had a small hiccup with our building mgr not letting the serviceman in to finish the job but Steve smoothed it out and made everything right. Not only did Steve arrive on time he brought 4 other people with him (one named Montana- bonus pts for that since I grew up there! lol) and spent a total of ~4hrs! He sent a quote sight-unseen and stuck to his estimated costs- one lump some project cost, not hourly or by # of people. They did windows, fridge, oven, floors- including steam cleaning 2 room's white carpets- completely stained from move in/former owners- getting them back to sparkling white, walls, base boards, went up on ladders to get dust from ledges, etc. I had just moved in and gotten tile floors/travertine done so dust covered everything and move in scraps, etc. It looked like a completely different place after they went to work and got all the nooks and crannies. The reason why I chose Steve is that he was super responsive, professional, and could do everything A-Z.
