We discussed options and I felt if he is a merchant for Costco then I felt confident to use his business Door to Door Kitchen's and Floors. We already had engineered hardwood floors throughout our house ( bedrooms were carpeted) and wanted the bedroom floor's to match the other wood floors. Of course, our wood floors were discontinued but Kevin was able to check with his Shaw rep and had sample's sent immediately. Kevin came to our house several times and we agreed that one of the samples was almost an exact match. Kevin was so easy to work with and always answered any question or doubt immediately. He had samples sent to the house or he stopped by with them as well. He explained about Shaw Custom Flooring through the Custom Home Improvement Installed Products Program worked. We had a sizable shop card sent after payment of floors were completed, once floors were done! It was a seamless experience. Kevin's installer Rick did a fabulous job of installation. Tile work and plumbing seemed to be ok. shower door was late arriving and arrangements were made to install it the next week. when it wasn't done by time I was expecting it I texted Jason Kerestedder to get info on when. he evidently go mad because I texted late in the evening and now has cut off ties with me. he also failed to make a proper note as to where he installed blocking to mount our grab bars but blamed me for losing a note he jotted on the back of a sketch I had made or on the back of an old invoice. he wasn't sure which. this leaves me to find a new door installer and no way to mount grab bars. not happy about this!

I purchased granite and tile, from day one problems. Teresa whom works in the store said it would…read moretake 3 days, one for granite and 2 for back splash tile. I paid my 1/2 down for quartz and tile. Quartz was install tile couldn't be the next day it wasn't ordered that delayed the installation a week. Teresa didn't apply part of down payment to tile. Quartz looked nice until tile workers came the removing back splash and reinstalled pieces in wrong area the seams did not line up. Then the tile. The guys must have been new at installing they didn't use spacers. And the worst part the tile that meets up with the cabinets the edges are butchered. And they broke my oven door to my kitchen Aid stove. I contacted Will whom was the seller. He arranged for his handyman Norm to do repairs. Will said he fired the tile workers and that he wasn't paying them for the work. Norm would do the repairs. Norm would say he didn't know what to do that Will said for him to fix it. I felt someone profession with tile needed to clean up. Norm made about 6 or 7 trips to fix what needed. Till this day I have a new bag of grout because the grout that was used BY NORM WAS THE WRONG COLOR, (he was livid) I have the spaces between my tile not filled. Norm had a difficult time did not finish the repairs. I had paid balance, but when Norm didn't show up on a Friday I stopped payment. A few days later on a Wednesday I stopped at the flooring store. I spoke with Will that I stopped payment he said know. Will has made no attempts to contact me. I called the Florence store a day later. Spoke with Sydney after leaving a message. She said to send her pics and she would have her worker do the repairs. And I was to speak to her. After two weeks she sent her worker he seen what needed to be repaired and would speak with Sydney. I talked to Sydney a week later on June 13,2024 she said I have two options I can have her tile guy do the repairs and I pay the balance no discount or I can have someone else do the repairs and I pay. I would not have to pay floorings balance. She didn't get back to me. I had a feeling something was up. I received a letter for writing a worthless check. Sydney was up to not good they want their money and not do the repairs it's been costly. That's not my fault I paid for a profession and the end result was LOUSY WORK. I have the pictures dates when I spoke with them. I will file complaint at the BBB and go to small claims court. Their word on repair is dishonest! I had too many problems and I've been patient. Think twice before using them. And will did say it's hard finding good tile workers. The problem is the tile work! There's more I'll leave it for small claims.

I moved into a brand-new house where Waccamaw did the entire hose with laminate flooring which after a few months started to cup up at the ends and would crack. The house was still under warranty, so we notified Brian. He came out and agreed that this should not be happening. He said a factory rep and to come out and identify the problem. He too agreed that this was not normal and me being the only person living in the house it was impossible to blame others. Eight months of getting put off and told that I was on the list for replacement which never happened. At that point I served Waccamaw flooring and the home builder that I was going to take the issue to court, well thinks started to happen. The old flooring had to be taken up and new one of my choices of color was put down. It took two days. At that point Brian was to have a painter come out and repaint the base board that was marked or damaged in the install of the new floor. Well again weeks later and several calls got a man to come out and see what was needed and he would make an appointment with me. Well that never happened and after several emails and messages left, it's still not done. This company thinks the consumer are stupid and any line of BS would keep them off his back. I will follow up with complaints to the BBB and finally small claims court. Don't let business's like Waccamaw put you off with sweet talk and lies. don't wait and take action as soon as you see your getting the run around. STAY AWAY FROM WACCAMAW FLOORING in Conway SC.

He said he'd be happy to walk us through the repair over the phone if we decided to tackle it ourselves -- all completely free of charge! He sent 2 guys, rushed them the entire time they were there, underestimated truck space, left 2 storage units, an attic, and a garage untouched, damaged the home I was loving out of requiring emergency repairs, lost keys to storage units costing me lock cutting and replacement fees, lost hardware to my safety gates, requiring a last minute pet smart run on move in night, during which I was harassed by Michael for having left my home that I needed to secure, even though I bought the laborers dinner and still returned before they were done. Half of my belongings were destroyed, and things were thrown in boxes and not cared for properly. They left furniture in places I couldn't move, large boxes stacked to the ceiling, and a complete state of chaos. Michael refused to fix it, paid me no money back, refused insurance info, and ceased contact. When a certified letter was sent to his home, he lied to the postal service. They were also at the time operating without a legally registered business license, per Horry County.
