You could tell she was under pressure, but she stayed happy, friendly, calm, and professional the entire time. I had an appointment and was worried I might not make it to my client's house by 9 AM. I even asked if I could come back later if the wait got too long, and she kindly said yes, of course. I decided to stay and let my client know I might be 5-10 minutes late. But Brianne worked so efficiently that she got me out of there with enough time to make it exactly by 9. It's rare to see someone handle stress that well while still making people feel comfortable and cared for. Great employee, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend this Labcorp location because of her.

Self-check-in kiosk, scan your drivers license and your insurance information, system places you in-line with other walk-in customers. Hour wait sometimes while you watch people with appointments take precedence over you and just when you think you're gonna be next two more appointments walk-in, and to the end of the line you go again. Also the phlebotomists appear to hold back serving walk-in customers when an appointment is scheduled in10-15 minutes making the wait time even longer.
