This study was furnished by a reputable and local foundation repair company. The fact that Mark Kelly is discounting the problem and then avoids communicating over the phone to solve the issue speaks to his lack of integrity and customer service. A 1 inch crack in my home's foundation was missed by Mr. Kelly. The crack runs down the cripple wall and through the footing. You could see daylight through it from the crawlspace. He should at least try to rectify the situation by running it through his insurance if he has any. At the very least talk to me over the phone. We may able to agree on something before I take him to court.

Based upon a recommendation from our physician, we decided to research and conduct a mold…read moreinspection on our Los Osos home. The most reasonable pricing was provided by Legion Property Inspections. I discussed the job with their inspector Jesse and found him to be very knowledgeable and thorough in his description of their services. I usually do not take the lowest bid on a project but was impressed by Jesse's knowledge and followup and set a date for the inspection. Jesse arrived 10 minutes early and thoroughly reviewed the inspection process. We then took a tour of our home and he pointed out the areas that would be most prone to mold and stated that he would place primary focus on those areas. The inspection included sending air samples out for a full report, and at the conclusion, Jesse explained the areas that need the most attention regardless of whether mold exists. We have not received the final report as yet, but I was extremely pleased with Jesse and Legion Property Inspectors and would highly recommend them for anyone needing a reasonable and knowledgeable home inspection.
