The technician had given me a quote for repairing my heating and the owner called and told me it was the same price that I had been quoted. However, the owner changed the price. When I agreed, I told him that I would agree if it was the same price that I had been quoted. He lied and said that it was the same price. It wasn't! When they came to do the work the price had been changed, and he wrote on the work order that I had agreed to the price. He is wily and dishonest! After that day, the owner just showed up at my house without an appointment. The owner is not trustworthy, and I do not recommend this business! The Owner was dishonest again when he replied to my comments. The situation happened exactly as I reported above!

It was a 20 year-old water heater and the tank had worn out - so when Tyler came the next day around noon, there wasn't much to diagnose. He explained all our options and gave us a good price for a very good replacement. We said 'go!' and we had a new heater in about four hours. He also explained a few mistakes the previous installer had made with some of the plumbing (the reserve tank was on the wrong side of the valve and the plastic tubes were too close to the exhaust valve, which could have melted them). Anyway, Tyler was awesome - very professional, very proficient, very personable, and able to explain everything to someone who's definitely not a plumber. I called him and he was available to come out within a couple hours. When he got here and inspected the unit, he immediately identified the issue saying we had a bad capacitor. He had one on his truck and had it changed out in minutes and we again had working AC. I asked him to quote some more services and his fees were more than reasonable. When they were leaving, a guy was telling me about my "new" thermostat. I said I liked the one I had. Anyway, I have macular degeneration and the numbers on the new one are so small that I can't read them. I also have bad tremors which makes it hard for me to work the tiny knobs. Once I thought I put it on heat but it was emergency heat and my power bill was over twice what it usually was. At first, they refused to replace it. I kept calling and finally was told if I would buy another one that they would put it in without a charge. The new one isn't consistent in keeping the temperature, either. I think all of the good reviews are from relatives/friends. I'm in my 80's and this has been horrible to put up with.
