I tried to trade the phones back because I was extremely unhappy with what I received. Instead, I was offered an iPhone 14 but was told I would STILL have to add another $50. What made the experience even worse was overhearing employees talking about overcharging customers. After hearing that while already feeling like I had been given phones that were not worth what I traded, it completely destroyed my trust in the business. I came in with a mint-condition iPhone 16 Plus and left feeling like I got seriously ripped off. I would not recommend trading in an expensive phone here without thoroughly checking every device, including the screen, battery, parts history, and performance. I regret doing business here.

So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! However, it took me 4 times back and forth cost more than 2 months and my phone got more problem every time I got back my phone back from this store. I wish I have NEVER been to this store!! I was asking for repair the screen with groupon, I made the call before I went to the store to check whether the time is good for me to come. They said yes and when I am at the store, I was told they suddenly got several come-in repair cases, then I have to go back for nothing! We rescheduled the time and this time at the end, the guy told me I have to buy extra back housing of my phone to fit in my new screen to the phone, the initial groupon was $50, and then the back housing was $70, the Apple Store cost is $130. So, the cost is almost the same as the official store but with extremely ridiculous experience! We bought the back housing and then got back the phone after several hours! However the back housing was not completely replaced and the back piece was scratched horribly!! Right the moment I reached them and asked them to re-order the NEW one and replace the bad one they gave me! After couple days, I found my phone battery dropped down extremely fast and suddenly raised up!! Extremely unstable!

Went in today- well not IN- I was met at the door by my tech who gave me a bucket of sorts to put my device in and was told to come back in an hour. In an hour same process at the door- i was outside, he was mostly in. Handed me my device to look over- (looked like a whole new phone). I gave it back to get a new screen protector and case and he held iPad at arms length for me to sign and pay. I did not comparative shop this time because I have referred many people over the past few years and they have always been the best price.
