However, we always find a quality Noble fir if even we have to hunt a bit. This year was REALLY unusual. The Monday after T Day we went with the idea we'd have to spend time searching. The most helpful young man pointed us to a new field of Nobles. And there, no more than 10 feet in from the path was IT (visions of Clark Griswold!). There were countless more even after that Turkey Day rush. The same man came by in his tractor and asked if he could cut it down for us. He had a chain saw. I had a hand saw. No brainer!! The service and selection are first class. Topping this off is the gift shop, where you pay, has all sorts of Christmas related things, including fresh wreaths (which we bought)

Feels like you're visiting a friend's home. A small inside area with swag for sale. T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts and glasses. Different flavors from dry Brut style ciders to ciders with habanero pepper flavor. Strawberry is delicious! The vibe is a farm style tables, chickens and several seating areas. It is located in a neighborhood and parking only on site. The bathrooms are porta potties. Excellent friendly service. They don't serve food, but have rotating food trucks. On this visit the food truck was serving scallops. Super yummy. A fun spot. Can't wait to go back. Took some items to go. Enjoy life!

A neighbor actually suggested this place and coming in the morning during the week was really a great idea. We got here shortly after 10am and that was the perfect time to come, there was only one other family picking blueberries and plenty of bushes to give us space. When you get here you pick out a bucket (freshly sanitized) and then you walk down to the blueberry bushes where you can pick blueberries until your heart is happy and bucket is full. Then you walk back up to where you parked and give the people working your bucket with all your pickings, they weigh it and you pay. FYI I'm glad I looked before coming but it's cash only so come prepared and please when you're around others make sure to have your mask. It's easy, fun and gives the kids some sort of summer memories even with covid going on. And let me tell you these blueberries from here are delicious.

I was very disapointed going here. As someone who professionally pruned for a while, they seem…read moreseverely neglected. Some looked like they had died from underwatering, underpruning, or fire. Smallest berries I've ever seen (even for smaller varieties) and we went mid season+ many were fermenting on the plant. Super high bushes and hard to pick, which is a nitpick but some of us are disabled or have musculosckeletal disorders and cant reach easily into the bushes. If you do go, bring a bucket and ladder.... you can also add a harness to the bucket to make it easier to pick, but I still don't recommend going if you can afford to visit a farm upick or grow your own. Just as an fyi to people going there, if you do go, please be aware there are thorns in some places. Lastly, I do appreciate that these are free, but I would also love to see them taken care of better... it is great if you really can't afford berries, but I wish it would be better taken care of, it is really sad to see them in such a neglected, and I probably won't be back because it depressed me and I feel sad for the plants. Its also time expensive, since the berries are so small and there are so few ripe berries even mid season, so if you're simply trying to cut costs in general, I don't think this would be the solution. If you just want to spend time with someone and the state of the blueberry bushes don't bother you, then this may be something you'd enjoy. I think if I had more time I would have been more patient to find the bigger more juicer berries but the ones I picked did the job and were delicious. Pretty big farm but the parking lot is a little small so I'm not sure what that would look like on the weekends. Prices were affordable. I got about 4 or 5 pounds of berries for 11 dollars.

The pumpkins were pre-picked but placed across the field so you still had to look around and use a wheelbarrow which we enjoyed. They also had activities like a tractor ride, animals to looks at and there was cider for sale. There was no shortage of areas for cute picture opportunities. The staff was super friendly and we just had a great time!

The field was small and the strawberries were on the smaller side, but that was expected and similar to other farms we've visited before. The reason I'm writing this review is because of an uncomfortable checkout experience. While we were waiting in line to weigh our strawberries, we noticed the staff member at the scale zeroing out the container for the customers ahead of us so they wouldn't be charged for the basket/box itself. She even explained it out loud, which we thought was considerate. However, when it was our turn, she did not zero out the scale. We didn't say anything at the time and assumed maybe it was an honest mistake. What felt disheartening was that immediately after we paid and stepped aside, she zeroed out the scale again for the customer right behind us. My friends, who are of Hispanic ancestry, felt very uncomfortable and singled out by the interaction. I don't want to accuse anyone of racism or say this was intentional, because I don't know that. But I do think it's worth sharing because these kinds of small differences in treatment can really affect how people feel in a space. Our overall experience was okay, but that checkout interaction left a bad impression.
