I was not prepared for the absolute show-stopper that he produced. Not only does sole look even better than what I'd expect from the factory, but he reconditioned the whole boot. These boots look better than the day I bought them. For the amazing work he puts out, I'd fully expect to pay double the price. It's obvious he puts in a huge amount of care and attention to each detail, and the professional pride absolutely comes through. I am not saying good things about this business because they are some small business with a personal touch. I am also a customer who consumed some of their products and services too, and I have compared them to the large corporation stores. Corporation products have a planned obsolescence built in so their products will break down after a certain amount of times usage. That way they keep customers returning to buy more product. They have no craftmanship, just a money churning machine and you are just another customer number.
