I went to pick it up a couple weeks later when it was done and the corner was cracked. Obviously, weight was put on that area to adjust so they could stitch it. I pointed it out to them, and they said it must have been that way when I dropped it off. Why would I have bothered to drive an hour to get to Panama City Beach, (a 2 hour round trip) and pay money to get it fixed, if it was cracked before I dropped it off? They refused to take responsibility. No wonder they demand payment ahead of time. Great customer service from the guy I dropped it off too, but terrible customer service from the guy I picked it up from.

I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out!
