They do a fantastic job every time, and they are honest and thorough with their work. They usually get you in and out in a timely fashion as well. I joined their unlimited plan on 8/14/22 for $30 and was given unlimited sticker on windshield. On 8/28/22 I went to get my car washed and they stated that they didn't have it in their system. I provided proof of debit from bank account but they said no and offered me the unlimited plan or to pay for the wash today. I had to pay $25 for the wash. They stated there was nothing they could do. As it stands right now I would say I am now a possible victim of really bad customer service. Anyone interested in class action? read more

After a year of dealing with a lousy car wash due to convenience as it's right down the street, I will be canceling my membership. If your looking for a quick wash without any attention to detail this place is ok with the basic wash. I have purchased every wash they offer. The basic wash is in the name, it pretty much rinses the dust off your car. Anything above that is a waste of time and money. First you will wait at least an hour for a car wash but In there defense they do get busy. This is a chain, therefore it's all about money...get people in and get people out. Second, no matter what wash you purchase basic- supreme, they are the exact same. I promise you will not notice a difference. One of the workers even told me that there is no difference between the works and the premium. They just charge more and do the same thing. Therefore I tried it, to me, he was correct there was no difference. 3rd, the final string. I asked for two things, my driver side rubber floor mat to be cleaned and my wheel wells to be cleaned. The sales associate assured me that if I upgrade to the works wash he will take care of my requests. I even left my car there so they could take their time. Upon my arrival neither of my requests were made. I took it back, they clean the mat and sprayed the wheel wells. Only problem is they pay no attention to detail, the wheel wells looked no different because they didn't make an ounce of effort to just use a rag. I can't say enough about how simply incredible this place is. Let me tell you a little story about how out of this world amazing this place is and their incredible general manager Del I came in for a regular car wash and had a great impressive wash done to my Mini Cooper. But when I got home I noticed the antenna was completely broken off. Needless to say I was quite upset. I went back a week later to completely expect them to tell me "to bad". As a recent transplant from New York City, this is what I was used to. But that is not what happened. I spoke to their General Manager Del and I was blown away about how concerned and professional he was. He took my statement and pictures and said he'd talk to his boss about it. I though "ok they'll probably only give me half if anything", my New Yorker attitude again. 3 days later I got a call saying that Del would get it replaced on site at no cost. MYJAWDROPPED. I've never had anything so nice happen in my life. Not only did they fix it, but they threw in a car wash. I went in today expecting to get a great car wash like I have in the past, and I was unpleasantly surprised when I received my Jeep back, the carpet looked like it wasn't vacuumed and the tires looked like they weren't even touched, the dash wasn't wiped down and they're water marks all over the vehicle. Two times I have gotten a car wash from them, the Ultimate and Diamond ($35-$45) to which I have also signed up for their Fast Pass membership. While the Diamond was more impressive than their Ultimate, it appears as though they always miss spots, twice they forgot to add the freshner, and the whole process takes about an hour or more. I understand that they're a busy car wash, which is why I have decided to cancel my Fast Pass membership The money is not worth the time and the overlooked mistakes. We decided to give cobblestone another try. The guys checking in cars informed us that they would be spraying a chemical in the car to fight off Covid. I asked if we could skip it since my daughter has asthma and I didn't know what kind of chemical it was. He responds in the most nasty way, "NO, WE'RE NOT GOING TO TOUCH YOUR CAR WITHOUT SPRAYING IT FIRST". That's completely fine and understandable, but the attitude of this degenerate POS ensures that we will never return to any Cobblestone location. I said I'd have to pass and take my vehicle elsewhere. The other guy says, "GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, NO ONE ELSE IS GOING TO TOUCH IT EITHER, BYE...", with a seriously rude sarcastic tone. Both of these guys then stood there glaring at us, and it took everything in my power not to get out and knock the teeth out of their trashy mouths. Do not sign up for Monthly Unlimited Pass. It's a rip off. Check out BBB and RipoffReport.com. I signed up for their unlimited wash monthly plan 2 years ago when this place first opened as Splash. This place has changed so much for the worse ever since it was sold to Cobblestone. Today, Manager Courtney in picture, told me I need to have the decal on my window or she will cancel the plan. I told her I don't want the ugly decal on my windshield, so am I going to get my refund for the monthly prepayment? She couldn't answer, but went on to say it's not a prepay and that I pay in arrears plus I used 3 times already this month, so I got my money's worth. I told her no, it's a prepay and not post pay and that it is unlimited, so doesn't matter how many times I have used it so far. In fact, their slogan is that I can wash everyday if I want to. She then got defensive and called Chandler Police on me for her not being able to make sense. Police came and took my side. No worries. The credit card company will do the same. Bye Felicia. I hope ICE doesn't raid your shop. UPDATE: It appears Shawn L still doesn't understand what unlimited wash plan means. It means it doesn't matter how many times a person washes his car, the pass is a MONTHLY pass, so when it is cancelled, it needs to be prorated or refunded. I knew Courtney would lie about the encounter, so everything was recorded. If there were a scuffle, there would have been witnesses from other customers near the office on 6/30 between 11am and Noon. The police took my wide after its review. Shawn is a liar and lacks integrity and ethics as a Operations Manager. Just fyi, when I bought my new car, I was given the decal by a Splash employee and I was told I didn't have to place it on my windshield. Made the mistake of purchasing the unlimited plan... don't use it as much as I thought i would and when I do use it, the job they do is subpar. Called to cancel and they talked me into continuing service at a discounted rate promising me "we put notes on your file and it will be much better next time." It wasnt. Nothing was wiped down, no new car sent, trash still in the console (straw wrappers i missed precleaning), leaves still on the floors, bugs still on the windshield and hood and they didn't even wash the wheel wells. They put this shiny stuff on your tires and when you drive it leaves a black mess in your wheel wells. I figured they would at least get that since it is their product causing the mess. My F250 had a couple of thousands of road miles on it when I took it in on a coupon to the Pima Rd. Cobblestone Auto Spa in Scottsdale. First, the drivers seat was way out of adjustment, interior vacuumed, but litter box still full. Steering wheel was sticky. It didn't arrive that way - I cleaned it when I got home. Outside edges still showed dirt, lots of it. I pointed it out so Mr. Worthless cleaned one of four doors and didn't bother to walk around the vehicle. Stunningly incompetent! Buyer beware. read more

After leaving 3 messages for corporate to contact me back in regards to the chemical there forcing me to have inside of my vehicle just to get my car washed, they cancelled my subscription before even calling me back. I finally received a call back today (3 weeks later) and explained how the chemicals burn my eyes and I don't appreciate being forced to have chemicals sprayed into my vehicle. So I will not be renewing my subscription I've been a customer for 5 years and it doesn't seem that they care. Covid mandates have been lifted State, County and City wide. Came here to get my oil changed as it's always an added bonus to get my car washed at the same time but never again will I be back. The guys who changed my oil didn't attach a hose and my car barely made it across the street, I called the oil and lube department and they sent someone over to check it out and he couldn't find anything wrong THANKFULLY Greulich auto shop was right there.They inspected it and quickly determined that cobblestone hadn't attracted a hose correctly . I went back to cobblestone with the bill from Greulich and all cobblestone could do is refund me for the oil change I had with them REALLY because of your error my car broke down and I had to spend an additional 1.5 hrs waiting for repairs and it still cost me $10 more for the repairs than the actual oil change. Always come here and have two monthly car passes at $39 each. Is it the best experience??? Well, everyone is friendly, but the quality of the car wash needs to improve. I am giving it a five star based on the staff, but quality I would give a 3 star. It's not a matter of pointing out what your crew has missed on a car to get it corrected...it's a matter of training them properly and holding them accountable for their quality of work. Very disappointed in how the express car wash program has changed. I pay Cobblestone a monthly fee for unlimited washes for my vehicle. I recently tried to cancel this service to discover that I could not just call them and cancel it. But had to go to a website to cancel the service. The website wanted $37 to cancel my plan! Adrian Saves the Day.... I dropped in to get my new car washed for the first time. Agent at the entry only pushed a little on the upsell, and was personable. Wash came out great, and Adrian even took care of some bugs that remained. As I was leaving (about a mile away) I noticed my coffee mug laying in the passenger seat, with the contents drained onto the seat. A brand new car. First stain. I was pissed! I stopped at Popeyes, ran in, grabbed napkins, and soaked everything up. Still pissed. Things is, I don;t know if I did it, or Cobblestone did it. I called Adrian. He said to come back. I did. He took the car for ten minutes, brought to the detail shop, and returned the car. Spotless. Time will tell if the stain does not resurface, but for now I am delighted. Thanks Adrian! read more

I've been a customer of Cobblestone for 3-4 years. They do a good job with their oil changes, aside from the occasional dirty look when you say no to all of the features they try to upsell you on. I took my car to cobblestone for a supreme car wash on Friday. This was quick but when I got in my car I noticed that their was no air freshener. I asked the attendant (red shirt with walkie) if I could get one as it was advertised on the sign. He brings over a spray bottle (no label), opens my passenger door and sprays 7-8 times on the floor and passenger seat. As I'm driving home I start to get itchier and itchier to the point where I think I may have gotten eaten up by mosquitos. When I get home my wife points out that I am covered in hives. In fact I was covered from legs to shoulders in hives. I took the car back the next day, again suffering a break out from having to get back in the car. The wash manager gives me a free shampoo. Fast forward to 2 days later, after airing my car out 24/7, I'm sitting at work with hives on my legs and back. I don't know what was sprayed in the car, but it smells of chemicals. Whatever it is I'm completely allergic and breaking out every time I step in my own car. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I kept giving this business a chance and everytime they do a worse job. I usually get the Diamond package and they do a lazy job at vacuuming my car. I have to constantly go back and show them that they "missed" everything. There are streaks in the window and when I explicitly ask for a certain scent, they routinely "forget" to do it. I'm not sure what's going but if you want to spend extra time there making them redo glaring things they missed then this place is for you. read more

Cobblestone has a HUGE yellow banner advertising their oil change for $19.99. When I pulled up, I told the man I just needed an oil change, he says "okay we're just gonna do a quick inspection first" he comes back and says I need an air filter and he can include that for an additional $15. I agree, he prints out some paperwork and tells me to go pay inside. I notice he charged me $71.42. The oil change is $20, he quoted me $15 for the air filter, so I explain this to the girl at the counter and she says "oh that's a secret deal, you have to mention it" I asked "how is it a secret, I saw it on the giant yellow banner out front, it doesn't say anywhere on there I need to mention it?" She sends me back outside to the man who made the ticket. He tells me he included a car wash (that I never asked for. I got my car washed 2 days prior!) and that's why the total was so high, he then adjusts it to $44.64. He charged me $19.99 for the air filter that he quoted $15, but I paid it because I just wanted to get out of there. I got in my car to leave and one of the mechanics had the nerve to ask me to tip him because he vacuumed my car when I went in to pay thinking I wanted a car wash, KNOWING I NEVER asked for that!!! !!DO NOT GET ANY DETAILING!!! You've been warned! I dropped my work truck off on December 4th at 3pm. I got the premium detailing package and paid 362$!!!! I was told they would make my truck look like it came off the showroom floor. They called back after only 2 1/2 hours to tell me my truck was ready. I got there a little after 6. It was already dark but I turned on my phone light and tried to look it over as good as I could. Seemed ok. Boy was I wrong. Fast forward to the next morning headed to work I go to my truck and sit down to start it up and my pants are soaked. The seat had a plastic cover over when I picked up so I didn't notice my seat was soaked. Even after sitting over night my seat soaked my pants. I changed and grabbed a blanket and when I sit down I notice a 6 inch crack headed down my windshield that wasn't there before I dropped my truck off. Now I'm pissed and actually start looking at the truck and I'm disgusted. I'm really disappointed in the quality of their work. Again the pictures below aren't from the basic package or even the best wash. This was the best detail package they have. Spent $362!!! If you are going to participate in Groupon promotions, make sure your staff is educated and your equipment is working. If you're really that busy..hire more staff. Your "supervisor" was as bad at customer service as your cashier. There are a lot of qualified people, that can be accommodating that need jobs. Car washes are a dime a dozen. I been bringing all my Vehicles to this cobblestone location for close to a year now. I own a Toyota 4runner and I am gone camping just about every weekend which involves dust mud and everything off roading does to a truck. I usually just get the basic wash and have had no trouble mind you the car is been caked in mud dirt and everything from camping. Today I went in to get a wash having just gotten back from camping and was told that I would be charged $10 for a mud removal. My truck had a slight bit of dust on it that by no means I would classify as mud and even if it did have mud I've never been charged before. As I sit here waiting for my car to be done I regret even going along with this as I have realized how utterly stupid it was of me to pay $10 for a mud removal that has never existed for the past year up until today. Isn't that why a car wash exists to clean a car? Why am I paying more? For now on I will bring my business else where and not charged $10 bucks. Before I get started, it's important to note that I write many more positive reviews than do negative ones.Bottom line is there would be no way I would recommend going to this cobblestone location and I can now understand why this place has a 2.5 star rating on yelp.I was charged $420 for a car detail. This is my bad. I figured that the $169 gift card I had would take care of the cost; however, after I researched it when I got home, I find that the average cost for a large vehicle is around $200. Let's just say it's $300. Even then I was charged $120 more than the average for a car detail. Service: Horrible. I called two days earlier and was told 1 1/2 hours when I asked how long it would be to complete the job. I came in promptly at 7 o'clock in the morning when Josh, to whom I spoke, told me to come in. Once again I asked how long it would be he said would be 1 1/2 hours. Further I asked him if he would please remove a spot on the drivers side seat. He said he would take care of it. Fast forward, at 9 o'clock I went up to see what was going on with the car. That was 30 minutes after it was supposed to be done. I was told it was going to be another 45 minutes. Oh well. At 9:40, I got a call on my cell phone indicating that the car was ready. I asked where it was and was told it was over on the right side under some blue tarp. I went out look for the car nowhere to be found. Finally after I found it, I checked the seat and found that the spot was not removed as promised. The technician came over and said he would work on it again. When he got back he made up some story about how it was stained by jeans and they could not remove it. I immediately googled how to remove jean stains and found three different remedies. When Josh came over He gave me the same spiel that the technician did but called over the manager who once again gave me the same spiel even after I showed them the google info. Bottom line is the car was not ready when it was promised; the spot was not removed as promised. I will say, however, the rest of the car did look nice. I've also read responses to reviews by the management of this company to other comments and really don't wanna hear anything about how they're shorthanded or about with Covid etc. Bottom line it's a training problem and a credibility problem. If It's going to take two hours to get a car detailed tell the person three hours and surprise them when it's ready in two hours. Don't keep telling him the same thing and not deliver.....the same goes for telling someone that "we'll take care of it" and then don't.I'll never go back to this location again. read more

This place is a rip off. Purchased prepaid washes. Their most expensive package and everytime they clean my car I have to clean the inside when I get home. They half ass the interior. Also when I went to use a prepaid wash and a coupon for $10 off a wash I was told I couldnt use them both after the cashier scaned the $10 coupon versus my $38 car wash. They miss advertise that they can be used at any time. Very diappointed they used to be a great business. Once I use my final half assed $38 wash I will take my business elsewhere. I visited Cobblestone on a Saturday morning for an oil change and car wash. The services needed only took about 40 minutes which was fast for the amount of people that were also waiting for their cars to be washed. I browsed the store and then sat on the patio furniture under the misters. Overall a pretty good experience. read more
