First time going here and was scared about the reviews but read this first before you cast judgement based on other reviews..... I took my car in for an oil change, interior detail, and an exterior wax. They did a great job! Like everyone else has stated they did try to upsale on (engine detail, tranmission flush, wheel alignment, chip windshield, cabin filter change and etc) just let them do their shpeel and just say no. I went in and before the guy could say anything I said this is what I want how much can you do it for, he replied and threw in some extra upselling offers and I said no. I got what I wanted at a fair price and great service, don't stay away from this place just because they upsell, just say a firm and respectful no and they leave you alone. The service was great, fast, and the facilities are awesome! They have a dunkin dounts inside :) two computers and two t.v.s with plenty of seating as well as a play area for kids...if you have older kids they have a playstation that should keep them distracted for awhile. Overall I was very pleased and is now my official new car wash and oil change place. (If you are a manager reading this....in my opinion to be five stars lay off the upsellin. Customers will get what they need its fine to inform them what they need, but do not do it in a manner that they have to get it or their car will explode) read more

Last Friday set up an appointment with Chris for this morning at 10:00 am to have my window tint work done. This morning at 9:58 am I show up and as I'm getting out of my car I get a call from Chris and he tells me he's sorry but Cobblestone no longer does window tinting because they have other plans for the service bay so he cannot honor his appointment. He said he was running errands with his daughter so he couldn't call me any sooner. Then Chris got snotty with me because was upset that I Cobblestone didn't bother to tell me that my appointment had been canceled before I arrived. Stopped in for the first time yesterday for a car wash. The greeter talked me into buying an unlimited pass. This was slightly more expensive than the "works" but was a bargain at 2 washes a month. My antenna was bent during the process. When I talked to Tony the manager, he replaced it immediately. They keep a stock of extra antennas for these situations. Very pleased. read more

I just got so ripped off at Cobblestone! I am sick that I fell for the "you have to replace this now!" and this is the cost of it EVERYWHERE! Afterwards, I found out I paid over double what the part cost. This on top of poor quality in their detailing (yes, I was suckered in TWICE), and 1/2 done carwashes! I am never ever going back there unless I have less than a mile to go on my gas tank and they are the ONLY place around for a mile! Undoubtedly this is one of the more expensive options for a single wash, but if you sign up for the FastPass, you get unlimited washes for a low price. I end up paying $50 for 6 washes a month, a price I find reasonable for the quality of the wash and the attention that their staff devotes to drying/detailing my car. We came home from a family vacation. I took all 3 car seats out of our car and drove to cobblestone to get a "deep clean" I paid for one of the higher priced options. I drove home and found crumbs on our leather seats, cup holders hadn't been touched, seats hadn't been wiped down, crumbs on floor mats. I would have turned around to take it back, but it had already taken close to an hour and we had plans that afternoon. I took pics and sent them in and was told to call the gm. I think the problem is that even if they want to rewash it, I have to take out all the car seats and sit for another hour. Their job is to clean the car. read more

As a woman I sometimes feel uncomfortable coming into a car wash as I always feel they are always to sell me things I don't need . When I was looking for prices for leather conditioning treatments online I came across cobblestone Auto Spa. There was a banner on the website that said something about free car washes for brand new cars so I clicked it. If you have a car that is this model year or next, you get one month of full service car washes. I signed up and printed it out and brought my car in today. They did a beautiful job my car looks fantastic and everybody that I encountered was super friendly and very happy read more

Just spent $60 for an exterior car wash and interior shampooing of my carpets and detailing. I also took the scam of having my window chip repair that was the smaller than the size of a dime. One of The worst interior cleanings I have had of my car! USA Auto Glass didn't even fix the chip. After pointing it out they had a zillion excuses why it was still there. Car wash good. Car service bad. My car looks great after a wash or detail here. However, I brought my car here for an oil change twice and both times had to return because cap was not sealed and it was leaking oil. My car is brand new so obviously it was human error. Finally took it to the dealership and they fixed it. My husband brought his truck here and had the same problem. This place is convenient but we we stick to car washes only. read more

Good car wash at a good price. I like that they use compressed air to dry the crevices. The only issue was the time it took, I waited over 30 minutes even after the car was washed because someone ahead of me was parked getting a detail. It was a bit unorganized...they should prioritize the type of service we buy by lining up cars accordingly. read more

This has been a crazy experience. I had the rotten bad luck of choosing the wrong line. Both of the cars in front of me forgot to leave their keys so the flow of the line was delayed twice. I realize that this is not the establishment and employees fault but honestly no one seemed to notice nor be concerned when I call them over to ask what the 2 separate delays were caused by. I just got a very unconvincing "I'm sorry" both times. Not one employee asked me which wash I wanted so I finally called one over, who then talked me in to up buying to the next level and assuring me it would not be a detail situation and would not take longer than a regular wash. Well, guess what, it was taken to detail. Long story short, I don't mind waiting my turn but I really feel like the employees on the front end could be more observant and keep the flow going better than they did and also they could look into their hearts and be better people and have some empathy. Not one of those front end employees cares about the customer. About An hour after pulling up for what I thought would be a quick wash based on the number of cars in lines, I'm finally in my vehicle. I might add that it does look very good but because of the front end hassle I'm not going to rush back. I'm sure cobblestone could care less because they have plenty of business but I felt compelled to tell other customers about this. read more

Been trying for 2 months to have our auto pay plan corrected for the correct amount taken out each month. Talked to the cooperate office 4 times and still they still over charge us. going to try one last time today and if they don't resolve it will have to stop using them. read more

My grandson and I brought my car in to cobblestone on 4-26-2019 to have it cleaned. I ordered the top of the line wash that came with a hand wax. My 7 year old grandson was sitting in the back passenger side of the car and he put his $5 dollar bill in the door compartment where he sat. When we got the car back he noticed his money was gone. So before I talked to the manager about it I looked through the whole car including my grandsons pockets to make sure he didn't have it in them. I talked to the manager and asked him if he could look on the cameras to see if he might be able to see if anyone took it. His comment to me was "we have complaints like this everyday and I don't want to see anybody get fired over $5". He offered me A free car wash for it but I refused and told him I just wanted my grandsons $5 back that one of your employees took. He said he would go back on the cameras later and call me but never did which I expected. So I took $5 out of my pocket and gave it to my grandson. I never leave money in my car when I go A place like that to get my car wash and had I known my grandson put his $5 in that compartment I would have had him put it in his pocket. I've been going to cobblestone for 13 years now but after this incident I will not be returning back to any of their stores. read more

He didn't inform me of any services or programs, he was kind of rude - it was my first time there, I had no idea what my other options were. I won't be wasting my time or money there... I was sold a detailing for my car for $129.00 which as far as I know a detail includes a wax and buff but not at cobblestone, beware they use some kind of spray wax and no buffing. They never explained about this spray wax. Watch these guys when they try to sell you something read the details. read more

Usually very satisfied with service at Cobblestone but today after the supreme car wash, I found that there was still trash in my cup holders and the interior was not wiped down. By the time I checked my vehicle, I had already tipped the car attendant generously. If I had know, I would have tipped lower. Next time, I'll check my vehicle before tipping. read more

The absolute worst car wash in the East Valley. Went in today to have my truck washed. Spent the $32.99 for their "Ultimate Plus+" whatever, and 40 mins later got the truck and wasn't vacuumed properly, still had crumbs in the front seats, and dog hair in the back seat. Complained, and they vacuumed it, and told me that they wouldn't normally do all that "extra" work, and said NO car wash would have vacuumed the dog hair. Are you kidding me? $32.99 and the truck is still dirty on the tailgate and other spots. Run away! These guys suck and scam. Never again and we have 5 vehicles. Good luck Cobblestone! read more

Had to back because they left excess conditioner on my seats and if that's what they call vacuuming well what's the point in even doing it. Also didn't clean window that well. I recommend just get the basic basic wash and do the rest yourself. Not worth it. High school kids can do a better job. read more

There was still some garbage in the back and it was barely vacuumed. Broccoli saved the day! Brought my car in at 9:30 and was pressured into buying all of the extra BS. I got an oil change, AC recharge, and detail. The man I dropped my car with in the oil change said it should take around 3 hours to get everything completely done, but they don't call people when their car is done so if I leave, I should come back in about 3 hours. I gave them extra time and came back at 2pm. They told me they hadn't even started my detail and that it was my fault for assuming it would be done quickly. 1. 4 and 1/2 hours if not quickly. 2. I was following the advice they had given me AND had given additional time. I asked to speak to a manager and he said I should've known it would take longer. He said I have three options: come back another day, wait 3 more hours to get it done, or get a refund. They lied to me from the beginning, overcharged the hell out of me, and then called me a liar and impatient. Now I have spent my entire (and only) day off this week dealing with this, paid for 2 uber rides, and STILL am waiting. I will NEVER be back, and I will never suggest anyone I know to come here. So a few weeks ago I bought in my vehicle for a car wash. Everything seemed fine the hood of my car looked oily but was in a rush. After few days I noticed a fog on my hood. Brought it back about 3 weeks later (my aunt was in the hospital so I was in Scottsdale for most of the time previously) spoke to Chris the manager he didn't give me any complaint stated the issue he said he would take care of it. Now it almost looks new, AZ sun can wear on your paint there is no doubt but it looks so much better!We also brought in my husbands truck (because superstar did it a horrible job) they did a great job on the interior, may have oiled the dash too much, but otherwise fantastic! read more

I purchased the most expensive fast pass (unlimited plus wash pass) for my personal vehicle and my company vehicle. When I signed up the vehicles for this service, I informed them I needed receipts for my monthly purchases. I was informed I have to come in monthly to get receipts on the day it's auto-debited out. There's only one woman who knows how to print receipts and apparently it's a "hassle"/"annoying" for them. I came this morning to this location from Downtown PHX to get a car wash, oil change and fluids flushed. As I'm waiting, I went online to look up other locations due to a recent move to Phoenix. I then realize what's on their website as perks of the fast pass (25% off of oil changes and car maintenance after 3mo & 35% after 6mo). I've NEVER received any discount, and I've had both memberships since April/May of last year on both vehicles. When I addressed it with the manager on shift I was told it was my responsibility (not the companies) to inform them of "deals and coupons" and that they won't just give it to me (even though I did inform the techs of my fast pass membership). I was also told there's not much he can do...? On top of that, last time I got my oil change done here, they gave me the basic car wash (not the one I pay for monthly). Needless to say, they make it extremely easy to get you to make auto payments, yet fail to make it convenient to help you with anything further. read more

I came into Cobblestone for a quick oil change and wash for my truck during my lunch break. I usually go to Break Masters but since I was in the area I figured I would try something new. I like the fact they do use Valvoline and went with my usual Valvoline Synthetic oil change. When I pulled up I asked how much it would cost they told me 79.99 which is a bit more than I usually pay but decided I would go with it since a wash is included. Well after it was all said and done It came out to 110 due to the fact I have a truck instead of a car.. Well when the rep came up to my window he obviously knew I was in a truck so why would he quote me for a car? Wasn't to pleased with the additional charge but they were able to get my trucks oil changed quickly and my truck was spotless. For the oil change I would rate 2 stars due to the price increase but car wash was a solid 4 stars as they took their time and ensured my car was spotless. read more
