I bought the discounted great deal for $35.00. Was supposed to get the interior treatment too. The best I got was a partially dusted interior and vacuuming. I asked for a re-do and the guy spent less than a minute. I asked for a manager and was told he was not there. I sent in a request from the Cobblestone website asking for a credit or to go to another facility and got no response. I called the corporate office and they said someone would call back. No one called back. I called the Signal Butte facility and again was told someone would call back, nothing. Cobblestone's prices are not low, their sales team is aggressive, the finishing team is in a hurry and doesn't care it seems, the management has no time for a client with problem... I just expect to get what I pay for. read more

If your staff or store makes a mistake and damages somones elses property own up to it and fix it. Not these guys. Going to small claims tomarrow to have papers served within the month. I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my Honda Fit to Cobblestone for the first time yesterday. Pros: I liked the outside seating and my car did seem to get done faster than I thought as they were pretty busy. Cons: did not vacuum the back of the car (which was the main reason I took it in!), left part of the windshield un-wiped, did not wipe down the inside driver & passenger doors. I don't plan on ever returning but if by chance I need something done quick I will buy the cheapest wash and will make sure to mention that I want ALL of the interior vacuumed. Too bad I don't know of any other car washes in the East Valley, apparently I just need to do it myself to get the job done right read more

I see this place gets a bad rap on their reviews and my first visit here last year wasn't the best. However, all the rest of my experiences have always been positive and this is now my go-to place. Sounds sexist, but as a woman, it is easy to get treated like you're stupid and get taken advantage of when it comes to car maintenance . These guys are always professional and I never feel swindled or offended. They are nice and very helpful in their suggestions. The car wash always does a good job washing the exterior and vacuuming up after my messy toddler. I also enjoy getting a cup of coffee and sitting on a comfy couch watching the news while I wait. I always make the drive out to this one specifically because the workers care about my car, my safety, and value my business. I'm never there for more than an hour. They have a nice spot with Internet, computers, TV, and Dunkin Donuts for the short wait. The customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant. read more

This is close to my house so I do go often. Always poor customer service. The guys that greet you are pushy and not very nice, unless you upgrade. Regardless of what kind of wash I get I always feel it is the same result. I do hope that they will one day improve as it is so convenient. I wont even buy gas at this place! "Pay-at-pump" feature doesn't work, so i had to into the store. i waited in line, and when i mentioned the pay at pump wasnt working they told me it was my card. I tried 3 cards, none worked. Also informed them that the Call Attendant button didn't work. Their reply: It never has. So PUT UP A SIGN, moron! Three times I have been ripped off by their automatic wash. Pay for the best was and only get the basic. Decided to say something about it this time and the kid literally said "so what do you want me to do about it, I just dry the cars". Went inside to complain and they said there was nothing they could do about it, come back tomorrow and tell the manager. I have been going to this location for the last 6 months. I signed up for the unlimited washing on the recommendation of a friend and couldn't be more satisfied, all of the employees are friendly and do a great job. I have no complaints and highly recommend this business. Since this review I have found out why CobbleStone Auto Spa has the bad reputation that it has, it has been earned. On 3/21/16 I took my new Tahoe in for my normal wash/vacuum as I was pulling out I noticed that the rear door wasen't closed when I went back to close it I noticed that the plug for the rear defrostet was broken off. I went and got the attentant at the end of the line told him and he said that he would call his manager Jordan. Jordan is a joke as you can read in all of the other negative feedback on this location, he has his cobblestone instructed rubber stamp answer for all complaints, which are supported by the so called operations manager Jason Dyer. After my car was damaged by whomever cleaned the inside, and having Jordan try and BS me on how the guy cleaning the car remembered that it was broke when I brought it in, and that they would tell him (Jordan) if they broken it, because they know that they would not get in trouble . I have been going to this location once aweek for 6 months and have not had the same person vacuum or wipe down my vehicle more than once. I came home after my encounter with Jordan the so called manager of cobblestone (Mesa) and called Jason Dyer the so called operations manager of I don't know what, I left a message for him to call back with a description of why I was calling and to this day just like everyone else that has called him NO return call. I guess that all the operations manager only job function is, is to answer feedback with BS answers on the negative and a rubber stamp thank you on the positive ones. read more

I will never give this place a chance again the first time I visited this location they did a real shitty job cleaning my car, and when I pointed things out to them they seem to have an attitude. Six months later I tried to give them a second chance, but not even two seconds after purchasing the car wash they decide to close the car wash and then when I Went inside to get my money back I got an attitude from the manager ( Tina ) . They are swindlers! Charging every car that is not compact as oversized is ridiculous. When a car's limit is 5 gallons for oil and charging them .1 (stating they put in 5.1 gallons of oil) for $2.5 means that they are illegally getting $25 every 10 people that go through. They also charged me $10 stating that I had a canister filter, which after review of my autobook found was incorrect, that I have the standard filter. They also stated they put in the correct air in my tires which finding out 2 days later at Discount Tire that they did not. Wish they were honest because they are close and convenient. We recently moved to the area in June. Having lived in the northwest previously we didn't have the need for a car wash like this. We quickly saw the benefit and have been here many times. We tried it out first with a groupon and were so happy with the service that we quickly signed up for the unlimited plans. The guys do a great job and they are very friendly. Always ask what deals they are doing as you can sign up for specials all the time. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. We have also had windshields replaced using the Novus guys there and they did a good job also but I really love the car wash. There is something about getting back into a clean car that makes me smile and it's nice to not have to sweat through the heat doing it myself. Lol Not sure about previous reviewers but we have not seen any of the issues listed, maybe new staff, management, etc, but we like it. read more

I had my car detailed. Took over 6 hrs. The explanation I received when I asked why it took so long was "we kept taking people off your car to work on other ones". When walking around my car there was still dirt spots on it, the paint on my hood had missing pieces that weren't there when I dropped it off, leaves still under the hood. Even after 6 hrs my mats were still wet. they wrapped them in a bag and put them in the back of my car. I had to dry them at home. Front windshield has a film on the inside. I am not a happy customer and will never go back there. read more

This was my second visit to this location. The first time was last year, and service was decent. I noticed a few missed spots regarding the interior detailing, but let it slide. However, this trip it seemed like service has drastically gone down. I got up super early on Saturday, Feb. 1 to get my car detailed. They open at 7 a.m., and I was there by 7:30 a.m. with my 8-month-old daughter. As a single mom/parent, every dollar really counts, and I had been saving for this detailing for a few months because it makes me feel more at ease knowing my daughter is in a clean car. Well, when I got there one of employees asked what I was needing, and I explained an interior detailing. He of course started to upsell - "Oh, looks like you also need this", "I noticed this, we can get this out for $50 more," etc. So I took his word and recommendations and went from expecting to pay $120 to $216. I took my car in at 7:30 a.m. with no other cars in line at that time, and I didn't get my car back until around 11 a.m. - that's 3.5 hours of "cleaning." When I walked to my car I inspecting based on my experience last year. I brought at least 5 different oversights to the attendant's attention - including the spot that I paid $50 more to get buffed out. However, I didn't get to inspect the inside as thoroughly as I had wanted due to my 8-month-old getting fussy (lunchtime) and the attendant coming in and out from the area. So I went home and once I had fed my daughter I decided to review my car --- upon this review inside I found SO MUCH CRAP. Its like they only clean what they see, and don't thoroughly clean it. I took a couple of my daughter's wipes and cleaned just one area of the middle console and it came out BLACK. My trunk wasn't even vacuumed (I had taken everything out so they would), the door handles and sides were spotting, the screen of my car was streaky, the middle console area was not cleaned at all has it still had the residue of spilled coffee, etc. I paid $216 to get my car detailed, and I should have saved myself that money for what I got. When I called to share my frustration, the girl on the phone just said, "You can come back to get it cleaned." So come back to waste another 3.5 hours of my time? I won't be around for the 3 strikes your out - 2x was enough. People are nice, but the service and attention to detail is just so so so poor. Never again. read more

Beware when taking your vehicle to the Signal Butte (or any other Cobblestone for that matter). Our vehicle was damaged in the car wash and management didn't even offer an apology. My husband walked up to the exit of the car wash when the 'manager' (used very lightly) had several pieces of our rain guards in his hands, he held them up to my husband and said they were just plastic crap anyway! My husband was so upset that he didn't even wait for them to dry the car, he just left rather than losing his temper or wasting his breath on somebody like their 'so-called' manager. I was and still am beyond livid! He still did not offer me an apology, he was very indifferent and denied saying they were junk. If there was something that I brought up or said, he denied it. He basically called my husband a liar! I admit I did finally lose my temper and dropped the 'f' bomb (which I never say!). I promised that they had not heard the end of me! So....with that being said, I am going to put this out on every FB page, review page, internet page that I can find and to every neighbor, friend and family member I can find! If I can save even one person from experiencing the horrible customer service that they claim to offer then my job is done. To add to all of the above, I left a message for his manager at corporate and by the time I got to the car wash, he had already spoken to the manager and they had agreed that nothing was going to be done about the damage to my vehicle. Neither my husband nor myself asked anybody to fix it, a simple apology would have sufficed but instead of an apology, it became a whole bunch of drama and a whole bunch of bad reviews against them. I may not be able to do anything physically about it, but I can certainly throw my opinion and experience out there! On top of all of this, it took my husband close to 30 minutes when he pulled up to the vacuum area until he got up to the vacuums! smh Customer service and service at this establishment is TERRIBLE! The manager needs to be let go! j.m.o. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND COBBLESTONE!!! We should have gone back to Full Circle Car Wash on Southern and Power Rd. They have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH INSIDE AND OUT! My poor husband was just trying to do something nice for me, and save a little bit of time. Paid for deluxe, they call me and tell me my truck, TOYOTA Tacoma 4x4 is ready. I look at it and they only put tire dressing on half of the tires. When I called them on it, the GM told me I should wash my tires before I bring it in. I said, "this is a car wash?" "Right?" He looked at me with this condescending look that I think is corporate training for monkeys, looking at me like I was "NUTS" or something. They corrected and I said under my breath, never again. 2nd time, Now the YELP. I take my same truck in today. Cleaning it for I am selling and the buyer is picking up in the afternoon. So far so good even after the "NO I DON'T WANT THE EXTRA FRICKING HARD SELL," ! I sit and wait. They call me, I come over to my truck and the broke a piece of interior molding off the door INSIDE! I baby this rig. This is not some piece of shit truck. It has a lot of work and MY HARD WORK AND MY HOURS in it. I do all my own work, so I know my truck inside and out. So the GM "JR" on his little shirt comes out. Sees what has taken place and, here is the funny part, tells me "it will only take me 10 mins. to fix it.?" Not him, but me?!?!?! "I'm like WTF!" really?" You're kidding me. Toyota is 10 minutes away and they have the clips that broke off and it should be like $2.00. So, I ask, "I'm suppose to go down to Toyota and fix this myself?" Now either "JR" is simply the dumbest MOFO on the planet or he thinks I am. I know I'm not so... You figure it. I told him a. it's not 10 mins. b. They broke my truck fix it. "JR" basically looked at me with this condescending, patronizing look and this JACK WAGON smile and basically without saying it, told me to "go pound sand." I told him, no demanded 2 free washes, he goes to tell me, "Well that's $25." And I said and how much do you think this is going to cost me? My time, my gas, my fixing? Their FU! Been at this location multiple times lots of employees are rude minus the guys and gals that work outside at the exit side. They always seem friendly! I just had my truck detailed at Cobblestone on signal butte in Mesa. I had it done yesterday and they forgot to wax the top part of my truck so I took it back this morning. Oil change today, I use full synthetic, they don't try to scam you and say you need to come in 4000 miles, sticker states 6000 miles. :-)

For the most part they do a decent job washing and drying the cars every once in awhile not so great. My biggest complaint is that they don't put them floor mats back in the vehicles the correct way. My Camry has a floor mats lock down for a reason which is safety so I expect them to lock the floor mats back down the correct way but they don't. That's my only complaint other than that the staff is great all helpful and extremely nice. read more

I just brought my car in for a wash herr at cobblestone. The moment I pulled in I was not impressed with how the guy greeted me and right away tried selling me a $50 car wash. I asked can he vacuum the inside cause I have dog hair on the seats and his answer was we will try our best. 5 minutes later my car was already being washed. What the heck? Did they even bother to vacuum ? Overall ... bad experience . I've been here before where it was alot better but today is making me think twice about coming again. read more

I moved from north Scottsdale 3 years ago and use to have that cobblestone clean my vehicles and details for years. So when I moved over here I tried the one at signalbutte and baseline and every time I got my truck washed it was horrible. So I told myself I'm done with this place So for last 2.5 years I've been going to francisco and sons with my 3 trucks every week and they do a GREAT JOB. They are closed for remodeling so I decided to give cobblestone another try. I get my truck back this morning and as I'm driving I'm looking at my windshield and there's bugs still all over it, my interior is dusty everywhere so I called, a girl answered and I explained to her about my truck and was very nice and apologized and said bring it back and we'll take care of it for you. So I drive all the way back over there for these 2 guys to tell me ohhhh we only wipe the dash down nothing else and I was sorta speechless!!!! So I guess if you want your vehicle clean don't spend $20 plus dollars to just have them drive it through there tunnel when you can get that done for a few bucks at a self serve. You guys have a nice lobby but I don't really care about that I have a nice home to relax in and I like to take care of my 3 trucks, motorhome, boat and other toys I own which your place will never get another dollar from me or as many people I can spread the word too. My mistake for going to a car wash spending $25 and expecting the surface dust just to be wiped off and bugs off my windshield. I take my 2014 Dodge Challenger here all the time. Its dark blue and literally gets dirty just pulling out of a parking spot. They do a good job both inside and out. I have never had any issue with the staff or the job that is done. They may be a bit expensive, but when its 115 outside I would rather pay them a bit more to do the job that I dont want to do. read more

Over and over, a "Business Manager" apologizes for sloppy work and sounds like a broken record saying "Quality service is our priority." However, nothing ever seems to change. My complaint is that the inside of the windshield, and dash on the passenger side weren't touched, and I paid for a supreme wash. Don't waste your time or money. Took my wifes truck theough for a $20 Supreme wash. They are supposed to vacuum the interior and soft cloth wipe down the inside. I wish I could post pictures, because the dash wasn't touched (which is why I took it in) and the carpet and cup holders have crap all over them. I called and talked to the manager JR who said I could bring it back in and he would take a look at it....yeah another 30 minutes out of my life....and he would re-do the wash if it needed it.
