Just want to give a shout out to a couple employees working late Saturday night, about 7:45. One young man was named Trey and did not catch the other one's name. Pulling up to the payment screen, the first young man was very nice, helpful and just fun to chat with as he quickly helped me pick the wash and do the payment - very courteous, happy and efficient. Then, after the wash, dry and vacuum, it turns out our car battery was dead. Trey was very quick to help. It was close to 8:00pm, their closing time, but he did not think twice about not helping us. He pulled his car over and hooked up jumper cables. When it did not start, he said he was more than happy to let his car run for 10 more minutes to see if that would help the battery charge. I just feel that young men going above and beyond regular job requirements on a Saturday night deserve to be recognized. Hopefully the employer knows the value in these men and appreciates what they bring to the business, not just in work ethic, but with above and beyond customer service. read more

WARNING! Enter at your own risk! This is the 2nd Cobblestone location that has damaged my SUV! The Parker and Quincy location made it right and replaced the ripped off rear wiper. However, this Smoky Hill location did extensive damage to the rear fin (completely tore it off) and has denied any repair! They are completely liable, but refuse to cover any of the damages. Extremely deceptive business practices. I signed up for what was advertised as a $15 March special, only to later discover Cobblestone had enrolled me into an ongoing monthly membership charging nearly $29/month. At no point was it clearly explained that this was not just a one-time promotional wash. This absolutely felt like a bait-and-switch. Businesses should not hide recurring charges behind promotional advertising and hope customers do not notice deductions hitting their accounts later. Very disappointing experience, zero transparency, and completely damaged my trust in this company. Check your bank statements carefully if you ever sign up for one of their "specials." It's just a car wash. Nothing fancy. I noticed for the past month it's been crazy busy and the wait to go through can be upwards of 15 minutes. I've never had a scratch or problem with the brushes damaging my vehicle. They have towels to dry your car. They have clips to hold your mats in place too. They don't offer any services like full interior or hand wash. They do offer a monthly subscription for unlimited washes. Vacuum use is free. It's an okay place to clean your car. read more

Worst car wash ever. Paid $18 for a car wash that didn't get even get the windshield clean. When i went around to ask for a rewash, the attendant said, "I told you to get the unlimited monthly pass". We tried this place out but I left unimpressed. We got the top tier wash to test it out. The entire back of our Chevy Traverse is still dirty. $23 for a wash is pricey, but I like to see the end result of what they offer. I've had better luck at the car wash down the street at Southlands. The entrance and exit was awkward and I wonder how they don't have congestion issues with cars exiting the wash. Car wash left the front grill and rear of car dirty. Even after 2 washes, it was still filthy. I paid $23 in November for Premium wash membership and it was supposed to go to $39/month starting in January. I was charged $39 in December, not January. I tried again since I was charged..still left the cardirty. The operator said that he didn't know why the car wash didn't get the front nor back clean. Absolutely avoid this place. I visited several times after they opened and decided to cancel my membership at another car wash to join their club. The set up is awkward as the in/out is small, onto a busy roadway, with limited space for cars to back up. On Thursday 1/27 i went for a wash. The attendant continued to encourage me to get closer and closer to the car in front of me, which i wasn't happy with. At the end of the car wash, the car in front of me wasn't able to move. I slammed on my horn to get someone's attention (the driver in front of me or the car wash personnel). Eventually, i hit the other car and continued to put enough pressure to put indents on the back of their car from my Plate holder. Eventually the driver was able to get the car started and pulled into the vacuum area. The two drivers (myself and the other car) spoke for over 10 minutes and no one from the car wash came out. I went to the entrance and found four kids in the office chatting, asking them "are you aware of what just occurred in your car wash". Of course the reply was "No, what happened". I asked for a manager to come outside. It took 10 minutes for the manager to show up with his clipboard and which time he clearly made it obvious he was watching the videos to see what happened. He took our names and numbers, yet immediately said the car was is not at fault. They claim to have sensors, yet they are worthless. They claim to have people watching the video and paying attention, yet clearly not the case. My car was being pushed while the car in front of me was at a standstill. I've left three voice mails with the corporate office and completed an accident report form on site. I've received nothing, not even a return call from the company. I've given them ample time to fix this service issue. My advice, visit Mister Carwash in Southlands and avoid Cobblestone at all costs. read more

Had to go through the car wash twice to get the back of my Acura MDX clean. But to be fair my vehicle was really dirty from the rain we had over the weekend. So far good price for my first month of membership will see if the car wash is worth keeping down the road. But the location is key for me, right across the street from where I live so that's a plus. read more

Been going to cobblestone since I moved to Denver and this location has always been great. They're always extremely helpful. The wash is clean, they always have towels available and are overall great staff. Michael particularly is great and will help you with anything you need (besides him being a cowboys fan). Highly recommend coming here when you need a wash. read more

Wash itself wasn't bad in quality it missed the rear of my car after the wash, but the people working seem rude and off putting. The line to get to the gate is inconvenient and short. The wash in southlands seems to do a better job and the people are always nice. read more

I like their car wash and they have towels available which is a game changer. However do not get their membership. They increase the membership every month $2 without notifying you of the change. I've tried to call the office and have gone online to cancel and haven't been able to. Hopefully I'll have more luck going inside. Blake help me with everything!!! I had never used the service before and was in a bit of a hurry. He quickly and promptly explained everything to me. Let me make me choice and then I signed up for the monthly because it was such an amazing deal! After my car was washed, he came back with my receipt, He didn't forget me. My car is cleaner than it's ever been! I have a neurological problem or it's very hard for me to grip the wind at the self washes, and I was trying to figure out what I was gonna do because I couldn't stand it anymore. I love coming here since it's so close and all of the employees are so nice! I purchased the unlimited washes and it's a great value for what you get. Highly recommend! The only thing that doesn't make sense and isn't clear is how to leave the car wash to go to the vacuum section. You always have to go backwards down a one way. I have been going here since they opened and recently got a membership. I drive a hatchback and most car washes don't get the hatch clean, but this one does a pretty good job. The best thing is that they have TOWELS so I can pull around and give my car a little extra detailing. The staff is also super friendly in helpful. I love that your vehicle's tires don't have to ride between two rails. The other car wash down the road does this and it scratched my rims. Also, I love that fresh clean drying towels are offered. The vacuums work great and I love that they offer the compressed air. Great for blowing dust out of the dash and clearing water out of the panels. One last major plus for me and why I bought the membership is that the water doesn't stink. The car wash down the road water smells so bad. I've actually spoken with the manager about it. It smells like sewerage water. I hated going there but it was the only car wash in my area. I'm so happy with Cobblestone car wash!!! My new favorite for so many reasons. read more
