Caution - This wash seems much more harsh than any of the other Cobblestone washes I've been to. This place damaged my vehicle, which I absolutely get can happen. Just switched vehicles so I canceled and then got a new membership. I was told instead of my normal 23. Which was 25 and has been for over a year. That was July. Now I called and canceled but sure their manager Josh told me I was full of it and I told him you could look at my billing. He stated they all went up in June. Then why was mine 23 in July? His number 720-826-0823. Obviously a lie on his part since my bank statement proves it and you can't just choose to up my membership by 50% because you want to, without my knowledge!!!! So since he wanted to lie and raise his voice and I am reporting this to BBB and the FTC. Breach of contract and fraudulent charges. So choose another place since you never know what they will charge without your permission! I was already unhappy with a few things about this place. But after yesterday's experience I don't see myself returning. Immediately after my car wash, I was inspecting my car and noticed a stupid amount of scratches all over the top of my car, the front hood, and the worst part? A crack in my front windshield. I wish I was kidding. It takes a lot to get me upset. So I remained calm, walked inside and told them what happened. An attendant came out to my car to inspect and take pictures. We walked back inside and I filled out an incident form. Not once did a single employee apologize, say sorry, or offer any remorse. They didn't even refund my car wash. They said I would have to wait until their manager returned the following day. Well it's been a day and I still haven't received a phone call. I'm a very understanding person. And I know the people working aren't ownership or management, who don't have the ability to make bigger decisions. However, how do you not say to someone "we're sorry, we're going to make this right?" So, to anyone reading this. Please refund my car wash, please call me back, and please fix the scratches on my car and the crack in my windshield. Is it really too much to ask? "I'm incredibly frustrated! This has been one of my favorite car washes for the longest time, until recently. They've recently updated their requirements and no longer allow any type of racks on top of your car to go through. That's okay, but the problem is that some of the racks are the ones that the manufacturer puts on the cars. Because of this, I can't use this car wash anymore because I'm not taking my ski rack off every time! I've tried five times to cancel my membership and call the company, but there's been no answer. Every time I fill out the online form to cancel my fast pass, they keep sending me a form that says they'll let me know when my membership is canceled. Meanwhile, I keep getting a monthly charge and can't use the car wash because of the rack on top of my car. This needs to be fixed immediately! I've called the Arvada Cobblestone Car Wash multiple times, but there's been no answer to help. Our car was in the wash tunnel and during the wash there was a mechanical failure causing the car in front of us to stop and since the belt was continuing forward we ran into their rear end damaging our front grill. The car wash operator staff acknowledged the mishap, filled out the accident form, and said the manager would contact us. No one followed up with us. We made numerous calls and emails to corp. headquarters. Nothing. We then tried stopping our membership via their website, which was a fake website. Our last resort was contacting our credit card company to stop payment. read more

Unreal - Buckys was purchased about a year ago by cobblestone. My original contract with Buckys was $46 ($23 each) a month for two vehicles. In February, Cobblestone starts charging me $97 a month without notifying me. I called Cobblestone 4 times and emailed them three times and no response for three weeks. Finally a young lady Selena in Arizona reaches out and offers to reduce my monthly rate to $19 per month but she is unwilling to refund the overage (1 $174) charges for the last four months. She proceeds to tell me that the agreement I have with cobblestone allows them to increase their charges at any time and offers to send me their contract. I explain to her that my contract wasn't with cobblestone it was with Buckys and asked her to send me the Buckys contract that agreed to and signed. She proceeds to send me the Cobblestone terms and conditions. Needless to say, there are multiple unlimited car washes in town that not only charge less but don't have the ability to arbitrarily increase your cost at their discretion. Cobbletone must not think very highly of their clientele to think they'd accept their ridiculous offers. read more

This car wash is horrible. I don't think I have ever been through it without something not working or out of soap. Sometimes when I go through it the only thing that works is the spinning brushes which then scratched up my car since there's no water or soap being dispensed! The biggest issue I had was the deceptive unlimited car wash sign-up tactics they used on me saying that if I signed up now I would get this price forever and that it was going up each week so I better hurry! Then a few months later the price they charged me on my credit card suddenly increased and when I looked at the app it told me that I had a four month introductory offer and not lifetime! I felt taken advantaged of but when I called to complain nobody bothered to call me back! :( The employees at this location are especially lazy, they rarely spray the bug spray on my car and when I had an issue and complained to the guy at the kiosk about nothing working he looked at me like I did something wrong and just said go though it again! So, following up on my critical review of how the Colfax location has gone way downhill. This morning at 0930 on a Sunday, I found that location closed due to yet more mechanical issues (something to do with their water service). As of last week, they still hadn't repaired the low suction issues on the vacuum system, nor the mat cleaning machine (this is Denver in winter and spring, so that's a high priority amenity here). There's also still trash scattered everywhere and they struggle to keep the towels stocked. So, today I drove down to the nearest location in Belmar on Wadsworth near Alameda. The wash was fine, but again, low suction vacuums, about 5 or 6 vacuums completely missing, compressed air blowers not working, and the mat cleaning station locked up (out of order per the attendant). Finally, per the company's response to my last critique, I followed up with an email to their CS folks down in Phoenix two weeks ago, and have yet to receive a reply. Most folks would wonder why do I even still use their car washes anymore. Unfortunately, Denver does not have many car washes that fit this 'partial DIY' model, which I really like, and since this company moved into the are, they're almost the only game in town. I wish they would get it together, because I really want to like this business. read more
