Probably bought around 10-15…read morepacks and the cards were in the wrong order, they ripped too easily or in weird spots, and they overall just looked funky and messed with. No full arts in 10-15 packs can happen, but pretty suspicious when the packs are already looking and feeling weird. You could tell they tried to replace the hit cards with cheap half art EX's. The best piece of evidence was when another person bought some packs before me and came right back because some of the packs were already opened. Don't know about the comics but huge scam for cards.

I've been to several of the comic stores in town and more than a few had a less-than-welcoming vibe. After calling another store in town to inquire about comic sales (and getting a quasi-hostile response), I tried calling the Comic Signal. Don was immediately helpful and informative. After stopping at the shop in person, I was surprised to find that the owner was happy to discuss anything to do with comics. He also helped me pick out a great board game for my kids and actually opened one up to let me see what it looked like and explained how it was played. What a great store to have in the community! I can definitely recommend giving this place a try if you're interested in comics and/or related collectibles.

Their selection of comics is colossal, the main reason we come back. Their game selection is also phenomenal and they even have a "game cage" for table top games to happen in store. Kids also have game and comic options as well as stuffed animals that are great for all ages. Staff is friendly, greeting us as we entered and various employees asking if we needed help with anything during our visit. We got what we wanted and continued our adventure. I'm glad we make FanFare a regular Kalamazoo stop and am already looking forward to coming back.

Just look for the smoldering visage of Luke Perry on the wall, and you'll find it. Other than a poster of my fifth grade television crush, you'll find mostly street wear at Rewind. I don't want to say "boy clothes," because it's boring to gender clothing, but they mostly sell masculine-leaning things like jerseys, graphic tees and men's denim. The clothing sizes start at about a men's small and go up from there, so I didn't find anything that would have fit me properly, but my oldest son saw some things that he liked and fit him. This store is definitely geared toward boys and men (but I did not see anything Boyz II Men-related in the store, unfortunately). Inexplicably, you'll also find VHS tapes here. Lots of them. My husband loves both buying things here and trading in his trading cards that he has had graded. The owner is super cool and really knows his stuff about what comes in and out of his store. Whether you like TCG games, legos, Funko pops, comic books or even figurines, they will have something for you to get excited about. Definitely will be coming back sooner than later.
