Just checked out & absolutely loved this place. Your employees either make or break your business and I can't say enough good words about each one of these employees I talked to at Cobblestone. Shannen helped us out for a last minute hotel room and was extremely friendly and helpful. Kevin was all smiles at 6am, friendly, attentive and helped us out this morning. I didn't get the maintenance man's name but he was so nice and polite as well. Room was super clean and had everything you needed and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had great choices and was fully stocked even after the huge crowd at 6am. I highly recommend to anyone driving through and need a place to sleep. read more

One bedroom suite with kitchenette. Perfect for this family business trip! Husband had business in Lexington. I worked a few hours each day remotely then enjoyed watercolor painting. Morning swim and coffee at brewd awakenings. Then dinner at Meridian Tap House for amazing food and adorable chitchat with Gracie and Josie and Lola... Salt of the earth. Lots of grass at the hotel for dogs. Please pick up after your pets. It always amazes me that these people allow dogs for such a reasonable price and people can't even pick up after their pets. Leaving piles of poo for the next dog or dog owner to discover. Why? Have some respect my goodness. Very clean. Kind staff. Everything you need to feel at home here. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, pool was great for the kids. Breakfast was awesome. They had gluten free bread which was a rare opportunity at breakfast. Coffee was very good tasting as well. Their Seattle best is brewed right. I've never stayed at Cobblestone. Based on this stay, I will stay again. read more

Absolutely NOT pet friendly! We reserved a room and showed up to check in. We informed the clerk we had 2 small cats, in a carrier tent, but were prepared to pay the deposit for each. We were told No Way, they only accept dogs! We are traveling from California and have stayed at a Home2 by Hilton and a Holiday Inn Suites with no problems. No where does it say "dogs only", everything online says "pet friendly". 9 o'clock at night and have to try to find a hotel to stay at. This is an Awful establishment! read more

When the Towneplace Suites at Nebraska North laughed k our face when they cancelled our reservation, this place was a god send. We got a two bedroom suite so had three beds, and we were able to finish the Seahawks - Blue Jays game when it went into overtime. Thank you for being so accommodating. read more

PLEASE... don't waste your time!!! My husband and I stayed here when we were doing a cross country trip from California. I will say... FILTHY NASTY DIRTY! The sink had hair in it from the previous person who stayed there, dirty make-up removal pads on the bathroom floor, the sheets were not changed from the previous occupant (they were wrinkled and had hair on them - we slept on top of the bedding, fully clothed). The only reason we did not leave was because we had driven for 12 hours and needed sleep desperately. We will NEVER stay there again... even when we make our way back to California, we will avoid this place like the plague. So gross!!! read more

Rooms were nice, beds comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool. Just one thing with the room, my husband pointed out a bottle of bleach in the bathroom on the floor! Safety hazard for sure with kids! Would be nice if the fitness center was open 24/7. The biggest disappointment was with the breakfast and when asked the staff about it they just said the night shift set it up. No milk for cereal, juice dispenser completely out, coffee was cold, waffle iron but no batter, and most of the food display empty. read more

The rooms have the bare minimum for toiletries. We had soap today tho when many others didn't as the reviews say. Some lady I met staying here asked if we had towels because they didn't. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. I've been down there at 630 am and 7am and what they did have is gone which is nothing. Ridiculous. No forks. No cups. The staff is extremely rude haven't seen them refill or clean anything. This hotel isn't cheap but it has a pool. We have stayed in cozad for over 6 years many many times this will be the last. read more

We had a good stay at this property in July 2024. Room was clean, breakfast was well stocked with the typical free motel breakfast selections. Even though our room faced 80 it was quiet. We paid more than the other motels nearby but felt it was worth it. Would stay there again when travelling long distance along 80. A bonus is a good restaurant just over the river: Studio 6 Bistro. read more

Checked in at 4am on a random Wednesday morning without any reservation and was pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to check out until Thursday at 11am. I wish all hotels held this standard. Hotel is right off i80 so it's super convenient for those traveling this way. Spacious room, and very clean - smells brand new. I asked about the safety of the area and was reassured that they've had no issues or concerns. Microwave and fridge in room, and a safe is available. There is also an iron and board, and a machine with tea and coffee options. Quite a few outlets available as well - including two on the alarm clock - which makes me say hooray because I travel with many electronics. Air conditioning works well and the room cooled off quickly. There are a plethora of washcloths, hand towels and bath towels...and multiple uses are encouraged - Yay for the earth! Three options of sprays on the shower head. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryer is provided. Pool open, breakfast being served - first hotel I've had this experience with since Covid. No!! Just drive on by. Reviews said they didn't have soap a week ago and we thought they'd certainly have solved that problem but no. When we checked in we were charged a safe fee, I said we don't need a safe and they said we would have to tell them after the stay or they would charge us anyway. Also a guest came downstairs asking for soap and they directed them to the Dollar Store because their supply truck hadn't come in????? Then said the breakfast that was supposed to be included would be very sparse because their supply truck hadn't come with that either. $124 and we need to go buy our own soap??? Consumers are being scammed at this place. Just keep driving and save your money for a legit hotel read more

Our house burned down we showed up with no cards 5 small dogs and 2 children they made us feel like we're were completely at home and relaxed I would recommend this Hotel to anyone that wants to stay in Cozad clean and staff is beyond amazing!!!! read more

Absolutely awful experience. I went on a work trip and the place smelled bad and was noisy. Not confident the sheets had been cleaned either. Worse yet, when i left the front desk told me they could send my receipt to my email which I provided and never received. I called the front desk to get the receipt later for my expense report (which I needed for work) and was met with the rudest people I've ever spoken to. Do not go here. read more

Well in the first place we had a reservation with a note that said we would need a late checkin. We called at 6:43 to verify and the lady we spoke with said no problem, we have your reservation and the late checkin was noted on the reservation. We showed up at 10:30 and had NO ROOM. AND NO RESERVATION COULD BE FOUND. We are senior citizens, had been driving for six hours and did not need this. The person at the desk said that they had no rooms and were totally sold out and we would have to stay somewhere else. She turned away from me and sold snacks to two other people. By the time she turned back to me I had the confirmed reservation on my phone and showed it to her. She looked at her computer and asked if we would take a handicap room at which point I said if it has a bed and a toilet we'd take it. I was very unhappy. She put us in the handicap room after confirming that we could have it for both nights of our reservation. The room was clean. Breakfast both Saturday and Sunday morning was awful. Waffle maker was broken on Saturday, food was not replenished. No fruit on Sunday. Both hot water pots for tea had coffee water in them, couldn't even make a cup of tea. Awful awful. We would like cost of both nights comped. It was a clean facility but no service. And here is their reply. What a Joke. I apologize for your experience at our hotel. I am not quite sure as to what happened with your reservation but I am glad that you were able to get a room for the night. I totally agree with you that this should not have happened. This is a training issue and going forward we will be taking care of the issue. I am not happy to hear that breakfast was not replenished. We are trying to get more help as it is hard to get employees to help out with things like breakfast and keeping it stocked. It is hard for one person to be doing everything when the hotel is full. We are working hard to make things better at the hotel. Staffing is an issue everywhere you go but that is still sad to hear and hopefully you will give us another chance. Called to make a reservation. The person who took my call didn't know how to work the computer system and needed help. Just as I was done with the reservation, the call went dead. After several tries, I was finally able to get thru to them. Not sure if it was the same woman who answered as before, but she was rude. Didn't apologize for not calling me back after being disconnected due to a power outage. I told her to cancel the reservation and she gave me a huge attitude. She practically hung up on me. I'm from out of town and needed a room last minute. I didn't even have to step inside to see how rude the front desk is. Needless to say, we booked our stay elsewhere. read more

Had a great stay here night of June 10, 2021. The hotel is new. Front desk was very friendly. Slept well in a comfortable bed. We loved that we could just buy a TV dinner downstairs and eat in our room since we were tired. We'll definitely stay here again on our way to and from Colorado. read more

No frills is right, basic small room with the standard hotel breakfast. However, be very careful of their rewards program, they lie. I made a reservation on THEIR website that said I would get a $25 Visa Gift card for staying at a Cobblestone Inn. The checkin counter had an advertisement about the gift card too. However when I asked customer service I didn't make the reservation on their website, when in fact I did. I told them that and they said you didn't make the right reservation. WTH!!!!! Poor customer service. Looks like they lost me as a customer. read more
