I paid the application and administrative fees to reserve the apartment. Upon arriving, the apartment with the required amenities I needed did not exist, and she assured me I would be issued a full refund as this was an error on her behalf. It has been 5 months, and I still do not have the full refund. Additionally, Lisa refuses to accept my calls or call me back. I have to block my number to get her to answer, and once she finds out it is me, she will ask to place me on a brief hold, only to pass me off to another employee. TO DATE, LISA HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK ONCE. This is a horrendous business practice with very poor leadership. I've never known adults in customer service to hide from the public. Please see paper trail that follows. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. And the apartment that she did show to me, had visible roaches on the floor. The leasing agent laughed when I pointed them out.

Moving in from Virginia was hard, because the employees here did not answer the phone. Last year,…read morethere was a major roach issue around the entire complex and the apartment company didn't do anything about it until the end of the summer. Our A/C also went out last summer and it took about a week in the middle of summer to get it fixed. This year our dryer doesn't want to work and it has taken maintenance roughly a month to try to fix the dryer. It's been a pain having to dry clothes in the apartment especially since we will get fined if we line dry it on our patio. The apartments also decided to charge for the pool which is ridiculous in my opinion. It's only a dollar, but after living here for 2 years and having to go through rent increases then this. It's just not ideal. We also got an email from the complex telling us that we were parked in a reserved spot (even-though we were not) that is not reserved for anyone but that we could park there for $25 a month if we wanted...it's not a covered spot either. It just says reserved. They try to do events and stuff and honestly this place could be worse but I have not been very excited to live here this passed year. Then when moving out, we had them walk through the apartment to let us know what was wrong with the place. They said everything looked good and that we shouldn't be charged for anything. Then after moving out we got charged hundreds of dollars for the old carpet that they hadn't even had cleaned before we moved in. Very shady business and they try to undermine you and get you at every turn. Do not recommend them if you can avoid it.

My AC has been out for months, and now that's it's getting hot, the apartment is like an oven especially afternoon and at night. They've "patch" fixed it a couple times but it only last a couple days and now the place is hot again. When I submit work requests through the app, it falls under emergency but maintenance doesn't come for days. Good luck if it happens on a weekend. When I notified the office in person, they act like it's not a big deal. I've spoken to other neighbors and they're experiencing the same thing. This is a health concern for me because I have severe sleep apnea, and the temperatures in the apartment can cause respiratory distress. I have to run the ceiling fans all day and Now I have to go out and buy portable fans causing me more money and my energy bill to go through the roof.
