I don't know if they have a bus driver problem but I know bullshit usually trickles downhill so go figure. You damn sure can't depend on them to try to get to work. Rude customer service. To the "gentlemen" at customer service who informed me the i wait for the bus the bus dosnt wait for me. I lost my job behind you courtes driver who looked right at me a 4 other people standing at bus stop and decided to just keep going and didnt bother to pick us up...TWICE!! They did so because we werent obediently lined up at the curb one foot from the curb edge. Im sorry but im not standing that close to the road when bus is coming that may or may not decide to stop. My experience with CobbLinc was very smooth. The buses arrived on time to each stop. Our bus driver was very friendly and helped us out with our payment problems. My only complaint is people disregarding the no smoking rule. This is my first and only experience with CobbLinc. read more

I live in Austell and work in Marietta. When my car was having issues, I took the bus, thinking this was a temporary thing. But for me, it's so much less stressful than driving at rush hour that I leave the car at home and opt for the bus anytime it isn't bad weather. I get 2 pleasant walks and an hour of relaxation time before I even arrive at work. I ride one bus for a few stops, then transfer to another. Not once have I been on a dirty Cobblinc bus. Even when I can tell from the design that it's an older bus. And I'm on 4 buses almost every weekday. They aren't always on time, and while my main bus runs every 15 minutes, if the stars align just right, I can end up waiting 30 minutes for my connecting bus in the afternoons, because my connecting bus only runs every hour. I wish they all ran *at least* every 30 minutes. Some of the drivers are really pleasant, and some are somewhat "gruff." I've had them wish me a pleasant day and a friendly good morning, and I've had them scold me for not requesting a stop in as much advance as they'd prefer or other minor "infractions." Bottom line, I prefer it and choose it over driving to work and back. Having to wait outside on a nice day for a few minutes beats stressing in traffic every time for me. I mean, in the dead of winter I'm probably driving. But weather permitting, it's a pleasant way to get where you need to go. read more

Earlier in the month of November, Supervisors Princess and Jason picked up the route 100 (4:30 pm pickup) passengers in 2 SUV's since the regular driver called in sick and there were no backup drivers available. The very fact that CobbLinc sent 2 supervisors in SUV's so we weren't stranded blew me away. They apologized to us but I kept thanking them - they went the extra mile in customer service to make sure we were picked up. I had a great time on the bus! It was my first time on a CobbLinc bus, so I didn't know what to expect. The bus driver was very friendly and helpful. The bus was very clean, and also had extra masks on the bus for those who didn't have one. There was also multiple hand sanitizer stations on the bus. This was my first time riding a bus beside a school bus and it was a great experience. When my sister and I first got on the bus, I immediately noticed it was clean and actually smelled good. When we sat down the seats were new and comfortable with overhead lighting. My sister pointed out there was a camera on the roof which made us feel safer. The driver was great and drove very smoothly. The driver was very kind and at our stop informed us about other buses like the one to the braves stadium which she said people need to know about and start using more. The one downside of the whole experience was the confusion we had with the bus timings and stop locations. The website had too many different links and the pickup times left out the names of locations which left us wondering if we were in the right place. Overall, the ride and the comfort of the trip was amazing, but I just wish they would make the website and ride information more user-friendly. read more

I am writing this review in the hopes that someone from Cobblinc will read it.. And do something about the rude, disrespectful bus drivers they have working for this. " Customer friendly people base job. And the way they feel they can talk too and interact with riders...To have any push back for a ride asking about your departure time..I am on the 25 bus 1606 cobblinc and this. just happen and its far to much..I Ride COBBLINC 3 to 4 times a day and the driver are always rude and late. Cobb Community Transit is the worst company/business I've ever been associated with due to major inconsistencies. It's the only option I had to rely on for a while but drivers will skip stops arrive 20 minutes late if at all. It's not a reliable company at all but it's not like they're trying to compete with any other company of it's kind with the Marta being in Atlanta and you're lucky to get an apology. Drivers are simply drivers with no customer service skills in case you care about that. Me not so much bc it's cheap. If you have to go somewhere one or two times a week where you can't drive just Uber there. read more

I had a great experience! It was my first time riding the bus so I was feeling a little bit nervous, but the driver was really understanding and the bus was clean! It came on time and the price was not that bad. However, it took a while to come back home so I would only ride the bus if necessary, but it was a great experience. read more

I would give Cobb transit three stars because the bus was too warm on a hot day and it was 15 minutes late. Although, the bus driver was very helpful with giving me information and the bus ride was a very good price. I would only ride this again if it was absolutely necessary. read more

People often view public transport as dirty and old, but Cobb public transportation is not like that. It was my first time riding on a Cobb community transit bus and I was nervous there would be lots of people, and smell bad, when in reality there was just me, my family and 2 others on the bus. My experience using the Cobb Linc bus was mixed. While the staff was nice, I cannot help mention one incident that made the bus driver stern. Though, the incident was mostly my fault. I rode the bus on Route 45 on Sunday, from Hwy 41 to Kennesaw State campus, which surprisingly arrived in time. All the passengers inside were wearing masks, and the bus was spotlessly clean. They had cameras up the font, which assured me that the bus had some security. The price was even low, a dollar and 50 cents for a one-way trip without a distance limit. The only problem with the bus is that I never notice a "stop" button, and it was my first time riding a public bus, so I was not sure how to stop it. I assumed that they stopped at every marked location, but I saw them passed by a few spots. I notice one of the passengers tell the bus driver his destination, so I did the same. Though once near the Kennesaw State, they ignore my request, and I had to notify the staff about it. They scornfully told me I was supposed to "stop" the bus. After a quick conversation, the driver just decided to drop me by a curb nearby, which was nice since they told me earlier I would have to wait for the next stop. Despite that incident, I am very impressed by the staff's kindness. The only other problem with the bus is that it took a long time to get to destinations. The whole trip lasted around 35 minutes, which was longer than I expected. But, overall, it was a great first experience of riding a public bus. read more
