I was…read more still sick after being in the hospital and needed a ride to the pharmacy that would wait while I got prescriptions filled. My taxi arrived shortly after my call. Of course, there was a snafu at the pharmacy. My driver, Joy, came inside to check on me. We had to go to another pharmacy to pick up an Rx not in stock. It was no problem; i got my medicine and Joy saw me safely home. Most importantly, both the dispatcher and Joy were kind and sympathetic. I will happily endorse this business in the future. And thank you, Joy, for being so kind and understanding.

I was a bit disappointed the first time I used them because even after being told that all cars could accept credit cards, the car that picked me up didn't have a working machine; I didn't find that out until we got there so I ended up going into a Home Depot to buy something that I didn't need to get cash back. In spite of this, their customer service was great from the driver and the dispatcher. They were right on time for my pick up appointment! I used them a second time for the same drop off location, didn't have an appointment but they were still swift and pleasant! Highly recommend them for the East Cobb area.

I can't count on them to be on time (even…read morefor pre-scheduled pick ups), I can't count on the cab being in good condition (most of the car are old and dingy) and in the worse of situations I can't be sure that the cab will have gas or the driver won't smoke the whole way or that he won't speed around I-285 like it's a NASCAR race track. But they have a lock on the area and I've never actually missed a flight on their behalf so I guess that counts for something.

I accidentally left my debit card at home and did not realize it until I reached my destination…read more The driver had to leave me at my destination and to add insult to injury I was not able to connect to the internet and get my card info. The woman in dispatch called my phone at least 10 times leaving messages the I was lying about leaving my card and that I wouldn't be able to ride again until I paid. I finally reached my destination and called the dispatcher back with information from another account. She did not even offer an apology for the rude messages that she left. The lesson I learned was not to leave home without a backup card and not to call Victory Cab. And yes I am bitter and taken aback by this incident.
