Coupons don't always scan or come off like they are supposed to. I understand that this issue needs to be corrected by a higher up department but sometimes depending on who's working they are sometimes unwilling to help or correct the issue when it's not the customers fault. The store employees are so scared to override coupons or type them in manually which is frustrating. Big brother is watching stores closely and not allowing store level staff to take care of the customer. My photo order was marked as being done but at pickup they couldn't find it. I was told the printer was down and it didn't print. Annoying that my order would have been marked as completed as this was a time waster.

However at the service counter this younger native i think girl was very standoff ish like she didnt like i took away from her phone time. she walked away when i wasnt even finished speaking. Her people skills are disgraceful…read more Clearly, whom ever hired her and the staff at the Andover Walgreens pharmacy, do not understand the regulatory obligations they are breaching when allowing these people to manage medications. Do not rely on these people to service your medication needs. I wouldn't let lexi refill my water bottle. If the management at this pharmacy had any knowledge of her horrifying service, I'd assume they would fire her immediately. however, when I asked for her managers information she refused to provide it. I feel horrible for other people who've experienced her pathetic service. hopefully the leadership of the company notices and makes a right choice and hires actual medical professionals. in short find a different pharmacy than the Andover MN Walgreens!
