I called here and they were able to squeeze me in to get seen right away and Dr. Michelle Martin made me feel so much better! She assured me things were fine, explained things in a way that I could understand and gave me a spot on prescription for glasses and contacts. Like I was so relieved and cried over such a difference experience than my first provider. It's more old school setting but the care is top notch and I couldn't have had a better experience. My appointment felt rushed, and I am mildly concerned my prescription isn't going to work for me. Now, this is something that will need to be addressed when I order new glasses. I am disappointed that when giving me a prescription, they did not give me a PD measurement. They knew I was looking to purchase new glasses, and if their selection wasn't so limited - it would've been through them. The person I worked with to look for glasses was patient with me as I was looking for something a bit out of the box when it came to frames, but again - knowing my intention of getting glasses - they should've provided a PD. Period. I will not be returning, but for a routine eye exam I guess this was an OKAY experience. Not what I'm used to, as I do expect a degree of thoroughness when it comes to eye exams and my vision needs. Note: When reaching out to the office for my PD measurement, assuming it was simply missed on my prescription they stated they do not give that measurement unless the patient is purchasing glasses. This is not standard practice, based on my experience. I've been wearing glasses for quite some time, and typically prescriptions come with a PD. Granted, I did move here from Alaska - so perhaps in Minnesota the "eye care practices" differ.

Dr. Kreitlow is thorough, gives good explanations of conditions, is personable, and I feel like he cares about the health of my eyes and my ability to completely see the world around me clearly.
