My appointment felt rushed, and I am mildly concerned my prescription isn't going to work for me. Now, this is something that will need to be addressed when I order new glasses. I am disappointed that when giving me a prescription, they did not give me a PD measurement. They knew I was looking to purchase new glasses, and if their selection wasn't so limited - it would've been through them. The person I worked with to look for glasses was patient with me as I was looking for something a bit out of the box when it came to frames, but again - knowing my intention of getting glasses - they should've provided a PD. Period. I will not be returning, but for a routine eye exam I guess this was an OKAY experience. Not what I'm used to, as I do expect a degree of thoroughness when it comes to eye exams and my vision needs. Note: When reaching out to the office for my PD measurement, assuming it was simply missed on my prescription they stated they do not give that measurement unless the patient is purchasing glasses. This is not standard practice, based on my experience. I've been wearing glasses for quite some time, and typically prescriptions come with a PD. Granted, I did move here from Alaska - so perhaps in Minnesota the "eye care practices" differ.

Here's my interpretation of the email I got back from the "Director of Operations" when I questioned the confusing invoice, the quality of service I received from the office staff, their BOHO program and being charged double what was reasonable for what I purchased. "I'm not going to pass your concerns on to your Dr. Rossow because we don't want him to know we don't care if you're unhappy / dissatisfied and if you go somewhere else..." "Eye insurance is very confusing....and even though we have 100% control over making your bill / invoice less confusing, we're not going to do it" "Your just one person and we don't care if we loose one good customer - our business model allows for disgruntled customers because we overcharge so much" There's a lot more that I could say, but I will just wrap this up by saying they've lost my business...and my wife's business....and my three daughter's business....so I hope that extra $200 you got from me was worth it... * I am sure someone from Kennedy Vision will respond to this review and express their sincere apologies for my experience and state their commitment to customer service...but remember, that's only when I am posting a review for others to see. I was told my insurance would not cover this and then hit with a $100 bill for a 10 minute zoom call. I made a good faith effort to make the payment anyway and send my payment information to their billing office. A month later I received another bill and was told my "payment information was not correct" (Even though BetterHelp has been using the same payment information for months no problem. Shannon at the business office was a flake when it came to communication. I told her I was going to the Better business bureau which I did but they refused to responds to their two attempts to contact me. I continue to receive bills from them and am now putting return to sender on the envelope. I found out the sleep issues were a symptom of Perimenopause which I found supplements that greatly improved my sleep. This business seems to care more about money than their patients.

When a pair of sports glasses I ordered with prescription lenses did not fit, they refunded me the cost of the frame and lenses. And most recently, when I ordered new prescription lenses and the lab broke my frame, Brad was able to get a partial reimbursement for the cost of having to purchase new frames. I recommend this eye care center very highly!

I was struggling with the prescription, and that was my main concern. I was trying to figure out why it wasn't working for me - including the possible dropping eye. Turned out it was the prescription, and now I'm just fine, but it still cost me an extra $50 after I already paid $102 (insurance paid $367) so they made out $ on me. Needless to say, I'm switching eye care centers.
