zero! lexi, who claims to be a pharmacist is incompetent. Her people skills are disgraceful. Clearly, whom ever hired her and the staff at the Andover Walgreens pharmacy, do not understand the regulatory obligations they are breaching when allowing these people to manage medications. Do not rely on these people to service your medication needs. I wouldn't let lexi refill my water bottle. If the management at this pharmacy had any knowledge of her horrifying service, I'd assume they would fire her immediately. however, when I asked for her managers information she refused to provide it. I feel horrible for other people who've experienced her pathetic service. hopefully the leadership of the company notices and makes a right choice and hires actual medical professionals. in short find a different pharmacy than the Andover MN Walgreens! read more

3 days without a pharmacist or the ability to get a prescription filled. No answers. No one in the store knows what is going on. Do better.

That skinny tall pharmacist oozes racism from every pore. She keeps smirking and looking down on us since we are immigrants, and because of our insurance. My dad has a terminal illness and also speaks with an accent. They keep messing up his meds as well as being obnoxious towards him. That specific pharmacist would never talk to us, it always has to be through a bunch of pharm techs, then back to her. It takes 25 minutes to solve a small thing through her. She keeps making snobby remarks, huffs and buffs, and rolls her eyeballs. Besides she would never even look at us, like we are below her. She would also make us wait an hour to get the pills, even though my dad would be in severe pain. At first, we thought she was having a bad day, but her terrible behavior and shameless manners keep getting worse. My parents would always tell me if she were in, we wouldn't go in there, but would come back another time. Now If this is not discrimination, what is? What kind of healthcare worker look down on patients and treat them like that, especially those with disabilities and end stage diseases? We've been to the best doctors in this country, from Mayo Clinic to Cleveland clinic and so forth, and we've always been treated with respect and dignity. How does she get away with it like that? The day after the Pfizer/BioNTech booster became available, I happened to be in the store. Stopped by the pharmacy with a simple question, "can we get the booster and do we need an appointment?" Answer was, "No, you can get one right now." Went home, got the wife, came back, got the booster. No muss, no fuss." Professional all the way. read more

Horrible customer service! The lady I spoke with was very rude! I don't recommend this pharmacy at all!

Terrible place!!!! Got a prescription filled for anxiety medication...my prescription was for 30 pills. I got home and counted them and there was only 25 I called to let them know and was basically told sorry we counted them twice so there's nothing we can do...I told them they have a pill thief then and should watch their cameras and that I need them to fix their mistake. Was told too bad nothing they could do. This place us shady and clearly has some shady pharmacists with side jobs. Strange how no one there can track this down. This is the worst pharmacy experience I ever had in my life. Horrible pharmacist there! She was very rude about the mistake she made and unprofessional... She didn't even try to correct the mistake, so I had to call the insurance company and correct the mistake they made. Never going again. read more

I wish I could give them one star. This pharmacy always has the worst customer service. The most recent issue I experienced occurred when I called the pharmacy to confirm that my prescription was ready to be picked up, and I was ensured that yes, it would be ready later that day. To verify, I asked whether it would be ready if I stopped by in an hour or two later that afternoon. I showed up then to get my prescription. However, I was informed (by the very woman I had spoken to on the phone earlier) that my prescription could not be dispensed until the following day. This woman, the very woman spoke with on the phone no more than two hours earlier, proceeded to lie to my face and again to her boss (the head pharmacist on duty) right in front of me. This employee claimed that she did not speak to me on the phone, but then claimed that she never said it would be ready to pick up that day (which both proves that she did talk to me and contradicts her earlier statement that she did not). I pulled up the call log on my phone to check the exact time that I had called earlier - and spoken to her on the phone - but she insisted that she did not say it would be ready that day and that she had instead told me it would be ready the following day. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Of even greater significance and concern are the two following and much larger issues - a dishonest employee who will readily lie to cover up their own mistakes; and a head pharmacist, who knowingly allows this sort of behavior to go on without consequence. read more
