I'll definitely itely be back. Some bbq places don't have mac and cheese so I am glad that they did…read moreand it was actually pretty good. The chopped chicken sandwich was also good. I prefer chicken so I had been wanting to try this place. All were good and I am fairly picky with bbq. I which they had a few different bbq sauces but I won't down them for that as the flavor of the one they had was good. Service was good. You walk up and order. Food was given out quickly. We didn't get to try the ribs as we were told they were out but sounded like they just didnt have the next batch ready. Wish we would have been told that cause we would have waited but not a huge deal. Owner was there, at least I think he was the owner, and he was going around to each table to make sure everything was good. That was appreciated. I always appreciate when the owners are there and personable.

The restaurant was spacious, clean, not too crowded and the wait to order was not long at all. We approached the register to place our order and the young lady at the register wasn't the friendliest. No hello, no smile, just a stare. We wanted ribs but were told they sold out, however we heard another employee saying they had a batch coming off the pit. I also tried to order the pinto beans and she said those were sold out as well. We found a table and waited about 10 mins or so for our food to be delivered do our table. We ordered a chopped chicken sandwich, baked potato, Mac n cheese, baked beans, corn spoon-bread, and brisket. Most of the items were really good and freshly made. Baked beans were just okay, reminded me of pork n beans. The spoonbread had great texture but lacked flavor. Although the cashier wasn't the most pleasant, the manager made up for the lacking customer service. He could be seen walking around the restaurant interacting with customers and asking about their experience. Overall it was a pretty good experience!

Also the service was fast and great by the gentleman who ran it. HOWEVER Crazy Cravings on the other hand took forever to get me my food. Not only did they take a long time, they also charge an arm and a leg for a birria quesadilla & a strawberry lemonade. I paid $33 for food that wasn't even good and a small portion. And a lemonade that was mainly ice. Porky's is a great environment and in a nice area and I will be returning at some point. But most Definitely not going to be going to "Crazy Cravings" ever again and they should remove and replace it with something better.

Food trucks galore and drinks and food are tasteful. Never really got an all-in-one experience like this til Porky's now. Came on a Sunday, solo. Got a top shelf margarita and was a 15.00 cost, and from a food truck outside, Soul Goode, a Chicago-Style, wings and fries. Or you may have fried okra instead like myself. If you love fried wings and fries, Soul Goode is the truck here. Overall experience was better than expected, and would come again, afternoon time for a quick bite and drinks again. Good place if you wanna avoid those brunch spots on the weekend or that downtown traffic hussle and bussle. Good vibes, and family-friendly place. Locals come here from Atascocita/Humble/Kingwood more so. Parking can be challenging, but I guess it depends on the time and day coming. Bathroom is kept up by workers, and seating area is maintained often. I heard Friday is the best day, with line dancing, karaoke, more of a crowd, and music.
