BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM COBRA COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR AND SERVICE! Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer! On May 24, 2021, I bought a 2007 Nissan Maxima from Tarek. He claims to be the owner of the shop. We were told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle except for a faulty battery terminal and a drivers side window that needed to be repaired. It had a little of physical damage to it but that didn't bother me. We were assured that the vehicle ran great and there were no problems. When I got on the freeway with the vehicle, it wouldn't accelerate. I contacted him via text and he told me "did you put gas in it" and "it could be a fuse." I had the vehicle looked at by a mechanic 2 days later and he confirmed a transmission problem. I told Tarek about the findings and his response the FOLLOWING day was to call him in the afternoon. There was no sense of urgency at all. He offered to pay for a warranty to have the vehicle looked at. Why would you pay for a warranty to have the vehicle looked at????? Aren't you supposed to be a repair shop?! Nevertheless, I took it to Nissan to have them look and repair the vehicle. Nissan had also confirmed that the transmission was shot and the undercarriage was rusted so badly that it was unsafe to drive. The warranty WOULDN'T FIX THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT HAD A PRE EXISTING CONDITION AND THE CAR'S UNDERCARRIAGE WAS SEVERELY RUSTED...So I had to pay Nissan $320 for the labor to look at the vehicle. At this point I was done...I had the car towed back to Tarek. That cost me $200.00. I told him that I wanted him to fix the car or give me my money back. His response was he would take it to his "transmission guy" and have him look at it. By this time it's the second week in June. By June 28th, my car is still....on....his....lot...untouched. He offered to do a trade. I was open to it and I asked to see a couple vehicles. Not knowing, he was going to want more money for these cars...Get out of here. I told him all that I wanted him to do was have the car looked at like he said he was going to do or give me my money back. On July 23rd...a whole month and a few days of being on his lot, he's threatened to have the vehicle towed. At that point, I've spent out of pocket $4,320.00 and still no car that I can drive. He refused to fix the car and he's threatened to have the vehicle towed. My reply to him was.."so I'm supposed to pay another $200.00 to have the vehicle towed back to me because it's not drivable and hasn't been since day 1?" I had gotten no response until August 14th when he told me my vehicle has been tagged by the police. Wow...So now I'm out of another $200.00 to bring back a vehicle I haven't been able to drive since the day I bought it. Do yourself a favor....keep your sanity and your money...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE AND FRAUD!!! If you do any type of business with these people it will be the worst decision that you ever made. The owner (Tarek) will happily take your money and refuse to give you a refund on a lemon vehicle that he sold to you. To make matters worst! If you leave your vehicle in their care you may find your vehicle damage. I left my vehicle in these scammers care and my windows got busted out. Don't buy it, you can change your mind. They buy salvaged vehicles and only repair the body damage leaving you to deal with a nightmare of mechanical issues leftover from the accident. At the very least take anything you're considering buying to for an alignment inspection. Goodyear has a free inspection. I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I was leery to buy it because it had a salvage title he said the frame was just bent but he straightened it out. I test drove it on a snowy day it wouldn't turn a very tight radius and the abs light kicked on he said it was the snow and it doesn't normally do that I took his word for it when he said it drove great he said he fixed all the major issues and he needed the money for Christmas or he wouldn't be selling it. He also told me he had tons of calls and offers on it over the asking price but since I drove all the way there he would let me have it. The check engine light came on, on my way home, he said it was bad gas, but he had cleared the engine code previously it turns out so he knew it needed catalytic converters. The suspension parts were hitting the shock when I turned, after a few days of driving it I saw the tire was leaning so I took it in for an alignment. The shop wouldn't touch it, they put it up on the lift and showed me the whole front axle assembly is bent the driver side knuckle is bent the four-wheel-drive is disabled the front differential is bad and leaking he tried to seal it. The radiator is bent and leaking, the ABS lights, check engine light and the traction control lights come on all the time. The ABS engages when you break randomly. I took it to two repair shops The Jeep dealer recommended a frame shop. The frame shop said it would be $7000 to replace the front axle assembly and suspension parts. Cobra Complete asked me to take this review down and told me he had a warranty on the Jeep, but then he texted me an application for a warranty and he said he would purchase the warranty for me. The problem is the jeep is so badly damaged the warranty company won't offer a warranty. You would think a self respecting mechanic who took pride in his work would fix the major issues before selling it, but he only cares about the money. Whatever you're considering buying is probably in the same condition as this Jeep save yourself the headache and buy something else. read more

Had purchased new break pads and disks for these guys to install. But one of the bolts was stuck required extractor.he gave me a crazy estimate I talked him down and they stole my disks nothing was installed. This place is a scam!! My car was serviced here but I was over charged for parts and labors to replace an engine valve cover on my 2011 Cruze. Out of $990, $145 went to parts and $841 went to labor. Still had problems with my car jerking during acceleration. The guy said it was the transmission and changed the transmission fluids. Charged me $325 on top of the 1k already spent. My car is still jerking and I need to take it into a shop again. Please save your money and do not go to these scammers. read more
