He was a white male with a beard and glasses, and appeared dirty and disgusting. His behavior made my sister who had every intention of purchasing tires and spending a significant amount of money feel disrespected and uncomfortable. When I roll in, I am promptly greeted and told it would be just a second. So the guy comes out just a few minutes later and takes a look at my tires and then tells me that I should replace the front two when I can, but the back too are okay. He said that I definitely needed to get them done before winter. The thing that I loved was that he could have said, "Yeah you're right.
