I stopped to grab a cigarette lighter and while I was there I noticed they have a large selection of concentrate pens. I asked if they had a small part for my Cloutank pen which had recently broken. This shop has a poor selection, is very overpriced, and has tried to sell me expensive equipment I will never need each time I've been there. On top of these issues, one of their staff broke my atomizer while changing a coil and charged me full price for a new one. I will never step foot in this shop again. I dropped by just to pick up some papers. Their music was up pretty loud, and the joint was totally empty. The chick behind the counter was nice, though no salesman. She made no effort to show me anything or sell me anything, even though I'm always open to new goodies. Their pipe selection wasn't bad, though I've definitely seen better. Comical. A 3" baby pipe that would typically be 5.00 at any other smoke shop was 21.50 here. I will say at least I got a good laugh.

WOW!!! Stopped in here for tobacco and ended up leaving with an e-cig and the best tasting e-juice EVER (you have to try Jamaican Cheesecake and Twisted Ice Cream). Great selection of glass and knowledgeable staff. Pretty much everything in there is local, too. I was amazed! read more

I was pretty happy with my recent visit. The sales people behind the counter were friendly and put up with my endless questions and requests to see different items. The place looks to be small on the outside but it is a pretty decent size on the inside. I was surprised they were able to fit a lot of merchandise into such a space, so the selection was pretty decent compared to every other smoke shop I have been to in Phoenix. For me, the prices were pretty reasonable, about the same as other places in the valley. Overall, I will be stopping here whenever I need something over a few other shops. read more

There are a lot of smoke shops in Tempe, but few with as much gusto. The owner clearly appreciates a joyous smoking experience and the beauty and selection of their pieces shows it. Lots of awesome glass at reasonable prices and a great selection of dab gear for sure. Just got off the phone with what sounded like the owner or a manager and he was much less than helpful. I was asking about products for urinalysis and he just kept saying come down here if you want to figure it out. Then he cuts me off with the hours and continues by cutting me off with. "You know where the store is right?" Bring your business elsewhere if you want any sort of customer service. Also the last time I was in I purchased everything I was there for for less than 50% of listed price. I stopped here as it is on my way home from work and I had forgot my e-cig battery. So, I wanted something cheap to get me by. I paid $22 for a battery and it's charger. The battery did not work. The very next day, I brought it back to the store and the owner tells me, "We sell 100 of these every week," and then he stares at me without saying anything else. In the end, he gave me one 5 pack of coils (value of $5-7) in exchange for the $22 battery/charger. I left without haggling. I didn't have the energy, and it was very clear that this guy was running a shit business. I'll never go back. If you're headed to this place for anything e-cig related, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Head to East Valley Vapors on Elliot. That is an e-cig shop run by a good dude with a great inventory. Last week I was driving down Baseline ave and I saw an enthusiastic sign spinner at the corner of Mill and Baseline. I noticed he was advertising for the new Smoke Store, Up In Smoke which was nestled in quaintly between The Woodshed and a local, old fashioned Barber Shop. I remembered that I had heard about this new Shop, featuring Live glass blowing. When I first entered I was welcomed with the familiar scent of incense and by the friendly greeting of the shop's owner, Rob. His outgoing nature and kindness made me feel immediately welcomed in the store. I was curious about the different glass pipes and other products. Rob was extremely informative. He told me that they support a lot of local, Arizona glass blowers! The environment was also incredibly relaxing and chill. A wraparound couch and chairs facing a window where you could watch live glass blowing made it especially homey! All in all, I would say it's the coolest Smoke Shop I've been to in quite a while. Now I know where to go to support local glass blowers and buy original glass art, not to mention vaporizers, clothing, detox products, and pretty much any smoking accessory you would need. read more
