Do not shop here if you want to quickly pick something up. Been in often when there is only one guy working and 3 - 5 customers waiting. Not to mention there are inly 3 parking spots. Not convenient. read more

I've been coming here for over a year. I've met all of the employees and the owner as well. I've never, ever, had a bad experience. Each time either the owner or one of his employees have been so kind to me. The owner has given me different flavored pods, (for juul users or other? I'm not super knowing of everything that's out there), to try. The employees have never made me feel "dumb" for not being well versed on my vaping/juul vocab and knowledge. I've always felt welcomed and have had all my questions answered. Today I came in and the gentleman with long hair helped me decide wether I wanted mango strawberry or melon mango. His customer service went above and beyond. Like I said, I can go to smoke shops way closer to my house for my pods, but I always go out of my way to come here. It's always been a nice experience with people who truly want to help you figure out what you need. I will forever (until I move out of Phoenix lol) come here. Was visiting the Tempe area and came here. Big selection of stuff and great customer service! I picked up vape, hookah and kratom. My only complaint was that their kratom was a bit overpriced for what you can order online, however they had many different strains, more than most head shops I've seen. Everyone who helped me out was very nice and explained everything, took their time with me etc. overall a great place! read more

Wow ! What a great experience shopping at AH Smoke & Vape! I stopped in for some info. on Kratom. The staff here was extremely knowledgeable about the different strains of Kratom and not only did they have a good price, they discounted it a bit more. The place is clean, well organized, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Even though the store is about 20 miles from home, I'll continue to make the long drive to AH Smoke in the future!
