Every time I come here they always have the vape I'm looking for, the staff is awesome and helps when I don't know what flavor to grab

The girl who was working there today 09/01/25 at around 3:00 PM was rude, absolutely not hospitable to long time customers. She was presenting the shop in a very bad way, although I know for sure that the other workers are cool and are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Really upset to have to update this review. Unfortunately, in about 8 months time, this place has lost whatever made it special. They used to have the best selection. Now, I can't go in and get a single product or flavor I want because they are all out or stopped carrying the product. They used to apologize and tell me when they would be getting more, but not anymore. Now they just look at me like I should just get over it. Even though I was coming ever other week for the same products. They also used to let you sample their selections and new vape sets. It was on the counter and very easy. I imagine this got to be too much to look after, but it really diminished the experience of going inside the store and getting excited about trying something new by removing them. Sad to say the people working here have also been increasingly unfriendly. This coupled with them never having what I want in stock is making me update my review and head somewhere else to find a new smoke shop. read more

Pretty good experiences with this shop, even if it's not my first choice. The last time I came here it was a Sunday night and they were one of the few places open AND they don't charge a CC fee; the employee was also friendly over the phone and in person to boot, so, no complaints from me...just a good transaction and a happy customer :-) read more

I bought a vape and whenever I hit it it malfunction and kept hitting so I asked them to exchange it right after purchasing it and they told me the best that they could do is 30% off a new one and they would get to keep the old one and send it in for a return, but all I get is a 30% off a new one. I have not been back cents and went somewhere else and I actually got my vape around $10 cheaper. This place is an absolute joke. customer service absolutely sucks. They are priced very very high. They smelled and tasted super off so I went to the Puff Salt website and tried verifying them with the scratch off code that's on the back of the box and both came back saying they were counterfeit, needless to say I will never come back to this shop. I have been purchasing from this store for over a year but this week was my last visit. I buy disposable vapo tobacco products and my last two purchases leaked and were useless. I decide to give it another shot and asked the female cashier if she could open it and check for leakage. I said it's easy to just open it and check because the cartridge would be sticky and easy to identify. She politely responded no, but I could return it and they would replace it, if that was the case. Fair enough. Upon getting to work I open it and sure enough...damaged and useless for the 3rd straight purchase. I return the following day and there are 2 younger male cashiers sitting on chairs and chain vaping. No acknowledgement that I'm in the store or any attempt to engage. I purposely stand in front of the register waiting for any kind of communication. Nothing, crickets for 20 seconds. Finally, I explain what had been previously told to me about returning and replacing the Vapo. At this point the kid chuckles and says, "we don't do that". I explain again that his co-worker had asked me to return it if was defective. He then takes another drag of his vape and sticks to his story and refuses again. 3 different people in my home and 2 people I had told about this shop will NEVER return. It's shocking the lack of customer service these two displayed. Whoever owns this shop should read these reviews. The clown working this day cost this small business 5 customers in a 30 second exchange. For anyone that reads this, I now go to Sky High Smoke Shop on Alma School and Baseline. Sky High has amazing customer service, a clean and well run store and gives a shit about customer experiences. So happy we've taken our business elsewhere. They have good products but this is the third time I've showed up at 9:00AM because it's the only smoke shop on my way to work. All over the signs and google says they open at 9. I literally waited almost a hour before some girl finally walks up and opens the store. By that time I was gonna be late for work and yay no nicotine all day long. Maybe change your hours or get better employees that don't show up hungover and late. THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. So frustrating! This place sucks... well more so the employees. The shop is decent. The workers were completely stoned, which isn't a problem but when you can't function it is. They forgot my butane lighter fluid, which thankfully he didn't charge me for (probably cause he forgot). And when I called to make sure I wasn't charged since I didn't get a receipt, the guy laughed and said I could come back if I wanted too. Never going here again. read more

Every time I go in to buy a puff bar, the guy with the long light brown hair charges me $12.99 but every time my boyfriend goes in all of the sudden they cost $7.99 again. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased a vaporizer (electronic cigarette) and it worked for a couple days and I don't smoke very much and it stopped working. Assuming I could take it back, I walked back into the store with my cigarette and asked him what I could do about it (because they don't accept returns.) He got very aggressive and told me to get the f out. I asked him to see his business license (which is supposed to be posted in a conspicuous located) he refused and started to bang on the desk and told me to get the f out. I honestly don't think this is a legitimate business. They also knowingly sell detective merchandise and at a ridiculous price. I just stopped by Angel Eyes Smoke Shop in Gilbert to look around and possibly grab a few vaping supplies. If you've been to some of the smoke/vape shops here in the valley them you know how arrogant, distracted, and just plain rude some of the people working at them can be. NOT AT ANGEL EYES! I have to say that my experience there was top notch! The guy that was working was f@%k$ng awesome! I didn't catch his name(tall dude, curly hair), but he actually took the time to explain things and give opinions that were obviously his own. Unlike a lot of shops where people just repeat shit they've heard or read in some mundane blog. The atmosphere in the store was very comfortable, yet kind of foreign. I couldn't quite put my finger on what was happening as other people came in , bought their items and left, but I knew I'd experienced it before, a long time ago. Then it hit me, holy shit, it was CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had almost forgotten what it was like! So many other shops could learn a LOT in a short time there. Anyway, bottom line, Angel Eyes Smoke Shop's customer service is second to none and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone. THANKS AGAIN TO ANGEL EYES! read more

I noticed on the counter when I was checking out that it asked to leave a review on yelp or google. My girlfriend and I walked into the empty store and there were two men and a girl with a tattered shirt working. We walked slowly to the back looking for wraps and never even heard a hello from any of them. We walked all the way to the back where they were all chatting and then we stared them face to face for a couple seconds until my girl finally asked "do you know where I can find the cones" the girl at the register with a frown said "we got zig zag cones" and looks in the direction of wherever then my girl proceeds to ask two times "can I see them? I don't see them anywhere." Instead of pointing to them grabbing them down trying to sell the product so we can see, she ignores the question and proceeds to say in a mono tone voice" and we have raw cones" doesn't point them out or grab them just continues to frown. The other 2 men are still standing on both sides of her not saying a word. We then proceed to check out. She did not ask for either of our IDs and I know for a fact we look young enough because I work at a gas station and I would have carded both of us. We did not feel welcome in the store and she truly made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. I can honestly say I've never felt this way at a smoke shop usually the people are dope asf and know their products and try to sell them to you. read more
