Would Cobra offer to re-wrap after? Honestly, it's not a lot of money to replace these damaged items... so, I'm not out a lot. Project is 10k+ after installation costs. Crew shows up on time and starts work to remove existing fence and posts. I get a call during this from American Fence telling me they have to upgrade posts from 4" to 6" at an additional cost of $400! Huh? I call and speak with a manger and he basically says they messed up. I'm waiting for the next sentence that tells me they will make this right. Didn't happen. Manger basically says, "too bad". Wow! Watch out.
