Jessicaaaaaaa. I've been coming here since I was in a stroller, and I don't think I'll ever stop. The food and service are always great. The space is huge, and even when it's packed with folks on a weekend, the service and quality don't change. It can get a little crazy on the weekends and they don't take reservations. A real diner/eatery feel to it, this is a no frills spot with the same decorations since I was in that stroller. Prices are great and they have a large parking lot. read more

Nice little breakfast spot that feels cozy and appears to be a nice local spot as the servers knew some of the customers by name. The menu was simple and cost was low-average. I wish I could come to this place every day! We were up for a meeting at a local manufacturer, and needed a bite beforehand, so we stopped in...so glad we did. The staff were really quick, really focused and also friendly but not in a fake or clingy way. True professionals! The food was hot and yummy, and served fast. We were in a little bit of a hurry, and the counter servers were so kind to accommodate us. We are from NYC so we found the prices to be jaw-droppingly low...and the portion size to be perfect. I loved the atmosphere of this place, and it was no surprise they were busy. This spot is everything a restaurant should be, and if I am ever back, my goal is to try the Cannoli Waffles...which sound intense, and very, very tempting! Stopped by for brunch on Father's Day and was extremely happy. Both our boys are picky eaters but loved the pancakes, waffles, eggs and bacon. Father's day specials were amazing. I was told by everyone to try this place because it was so delicious. I'm not sure if I ordered something that most people don't usually order or if it was an off day. I ordered an omelet and got an egg folded over with a bunch of peppers, onions, & sausage in between the egg. I was thrown off and disappointed because it wasn't mixed in. Just stopping in the area for a day, was referred by a local, who said it would be "Well worth our while" for breakfast before heading out in the morning! He was RIGHT!:) Real home feeling diner type restaurant with wide variety of local town folk. Very pleasant atmosphere with accommodating waitresses who were very pleasant and warm feeling . Food was Excellent!! Had the MASH egg plate, which consisted of scrambled eggs,diced ham, home fries, all covered with cheddar cheese:) YUMMY. While I see the charm of the place, it's not something to write home about. Based on what you get, the pricing is high. It's just a standard diner with the charm that you're supporting a locally run shop. I'd still come here over a chain diner like Perkins but would rather go to Soriano's. Decided to try this place for breakfast based on other reviews and wasn't disappointed. We were greeted pleasantly and had a very short wait in the packed restaurant. Our waitress was also very pleasant and brought our coffee promptly. There were plenty of specials to choose from as well as the regular menu. The food was fresh and delicious. I didn't have the pancakes but looking at the ones around us who ordered them, they were humongous. I think I will definitely have to come back and try them. I recommend you take a trip to Jessup and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Great service and great food. read more

Went here for brunch after hearing lots of hype about it and the Eatery by Jessica truly lived up to all of it! There were so many options to choose from-- including a fair amount of weekly specials -- that I could barely pick what to get! I'll definitely be going back to try more. I chose the Cannoli Waffle (off the specials list) and was very happy with it. The waffles were super light and airy and the cannoli filling was not too sweet and that perfect creamy consistency. My boyfriend and I split and order of home fries, too, and they are delightful. Perfectly cooked! This place was super packed but we were seated and served way faster than I expected. Our server, Christina(?), was so nice and so helpful and very attentive! This will be our go-to brunch spot from now on! read more

Very good diner in NEPA that's off the beaten path. Open for breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Thursday and only breakfast on the weekend. Portions are generous, the service is quick, and the wait staff is courteous. Meals are well-cooked, incorporate ingredients not usually encountered in a diner, and aren't greasy. It's ok. I mean for small town eateries it was good. Standard breakfast dishes and more. No alcohol so minus 10 stars for that. A girls needs a mimosa or bloody mary in order for it to be considered brunch. Oh well. The people are very nice though, small town charm at its best. read more
