Capital One's app is excellent, intuitive, reliable, and more comprehensive than most. Features like Zelle are seamlessly integrated, and overall, it feels like a true "hub" for managing your finances. Additionally, Capital One's ATM network is impressive. I've been able to withdraw funds fee-free across platforms like Venmo, Chime, and PA unemployment, which I haven't seen matched elsewhere. The machines themselves are highly functional, offering deposits and multiple bill denominations, with a level of flexibility you don't typically see. What's more, you can withdraw cash without your debit card by scanning a QR code displayed on the ATM screen using the app on your phone, which is incredibly helpful if you ever lose your wallet or find yourself without it. For added convenience, inside the branch, there's a dedicated machine that issues cashier's checks digitally. This greatly simplifies and accelerates what is typically a manual, time-consuming task. The 17th and Walnut café is impressive--the coffee is genuinely good, and the 50% discount for Capital One account holders is a great perk. It also serves as a free coworking space with reservable breakout rooms, adding real utility and a strong sense of community. Above all, the people and culture here foster a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The team is consistently courteous and approachable. I personally thought the matcha one was the best. The service was quick and informative. And I loved the little booths they had, it was adorable. That aside, I do think the drinks are mediocre. I ordered their most popular, Mango Matcha and their Hojicha Latte. Sadly I was disappointed, the mango matcha was VERY sweet, but the texture was creamy. I just couldn't get over the overpowering sweetness of the mango puree, but that's my personal preference. The mango flavor itself wasn't bad! Maybe half sweet would be the way to go, Im not sure if they do adjustments. If you love yuzu, I don't recommend their yuzu soft serve HOWEVER their matcha soft serve is pretty yummy Their Hojicha was watery...I really hoped it would be better. I don't recommend it.
