When we opened our backsplash tile boxes 19 of the 72 pretty good sized tiles looked to have an irregular lacy pattern. I went to the store with our "good" tile and one of the " variation " tiles and was simply told that that's the way it is, nothing will or can be done. Well if that's the norm then maybe we should have been shown the original tile with its possible variation. Now we have to modify our backsplash plans and have the "variation " tiles removed by our contractor, modify our backsplash plans and throw away a $125 box of "variation " tiles. Not happy! Lots of options out there, try them.

Crew at US Sew and Vac was courteous, friendly and very capable. Not many Pfaff sewing machines…read morearound but they had no problem fixing a sticky lever and performing a general maintenance. Best of all, it took only 2 weeks to get my workhorse back. Did not realize it needed more work than the stuck lever, but it runs so very smoothly now. Terrible experience here! Staff won't call back after leaving many voice messages. I bought a…read more$19.99 Farmhouse sign. The cashier wrote a receipt on a generic yellow receipt book that says TSH Farmhouse sign $19.99 + tax $1.92 total $21.91, that is correct. It has a receipt number and says retain for your records. The cashier never gave me the printed receipt from the register. My charge card was charged a total of $219.09 which is $199.90 + 19.19 tax. Obviously the cashier added a zero at the end of $19.99. Nothing is EVER priced with a dollar amount and .90 cents at ANY STORE. Mistake or on purpose? I don't know. but why not cross reference the receipt number that I was given with the odd charge of $199.90 on the printout cash register? Of course I put in a dispute with my charge card company but Miners and Merchants refuse to admit they made a BIG mistake! I will not give up, no store has the right to STEAL from a customer and then lie about it! I still have the Attorney General's office and the BBB to get in touch with about these thieves.
