But I hated the animosity from the Walmart employees as they were double checking the more expensive items on the receipts, which took longer than it should've in my opinion. Waited for over a half an hour for the grocery store pickup. This is my first and last time ordering items from this Walmart.

I just came here for curb side pick up and it's just a nightmare. First I go in to just pick my stuff up because if you want to let them know that you're on your way, you have to download the app. They really try their hardest to push the app on you. Anytime you open the emails or try to order online, it pushes the app on you. Then they tell me that I can't just come in and pick stuff up, that I have to move my truck and call from one of their spots. The parking lot is full of these speed bumps that are annoying and very close together. Just over all a bad experience. Next time, I'm just going in the store. I wish they would have said I could just go in the store when I looked up the products on line. That would have been so much easier and I would have been able to get the flavor I wanted. Walmart Supercenter - Auto Care center for oil change $55 - Department Stores Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

The shelves are half empty- the prices have gone up - their "employee shoppers" are rude and fill the isles with their carts making it next to impossible to get to items on the shelves. Now they have closed all the check out lanes except for self check out -yet they haven't offered self checkers any discount for doing an employee's job. In stead they treat us all as would be criminals by demanding to check our receipts against what they see in our carts. When they bring back cashiers I might go back. Until then they can do without my business. I hope a lot of other shoppers follow suit! I'd rather pay a little more - be helped by an employee that wants to earn a living instead of living off the state and thanks me for shopping at their store. read more

3.5 stars. OK, like many have said in their reviews "This is a Walmart, what do you expect?" I'll answer that question. I expect low prices, a clean and well-lit store, easy to find products, and good service when I need it. This Walmart delivers on most of those expectations. I'm here to get a tire replaced. I don't recommend Walmart for tires because it always takes so long because they have only four bays and maybe four guys working at most. Go to Discount Tire where they have a gazillion bays and a hundred workers (yes, exaggerated, haha) but you get my point--Discount Tire gets you in and out fast. I'm just stuck with Walmart for tires on this car until I replace all four sometime. But back to Walmart... This one is fairly new, so it is clean. The bathroom on this visit wasn't, however. I told a worker and she immediately called it in and they took care of it. Signage is difficult to find. Typical of Walmarts, many of their aisle labels are covered up by product. I'm getting leery of such huge stores, too. If you have your Fitbit, your are going to get plenty of steps in for the day shopping at such large stores. Shoot, shopping for one item at one end of the store and going to the other end for another item will give you enough cardios for the whole week! The employees here are friendly and helpful enough. I'll always shop at Walmart as long as money, budget, and a lack thereof is an issue. :) 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. When I got inside of the building a hand was put in front of me and said that they weren't letting any more people in. I said I have to go to the restroom, because when you have to go you have to go you know. When I was in the restroom I heard them say they had 10 minutes to close over the speaker. Now I'm upset, as I just needed to grab nasal spray, that's why I came here for in the first place . So with 10 minutes left I did, I did just that. And guess what? I was approached by that same man at the end of me checking out from the self checkouts, he grabs my receipt and just wanted to check to make sure my card actually went through; like I was trying to steal the purchase at the self check out or something. I said of course it went through, giggling because it was silly. But see the point was for embarrassment. He wanted to embarrass me and make me look like a shoplifter I guess because I decided to not only use the restroom but go grab a nasal spray that the other associates we're actually more than happy to help me find and they didn't even have to repeat to me about the time because they could see I was hustling (trying to be respectful) I wasn't browsing the merchandise. This man now that took my receipt walks with me outside and tells me next time wait outside the restroom. I said when I was in the restroom your loud speaker called 10 more min. First thing: terrible bathrooms where some toilets were not flushed, and the worst is, 4 doors out of the 6 did not lock, either the latches were loose or the door was misaligned. Finally one door worked and there was no hook to put your stuff on. Then you have some classic weirdos walking around in this Walmart. The layout is just like another other super Walmart. Here is my story. On late Sunday, 14 March, 2021 I have purchased a $40.00 pillow to ease my terrible neck pain. According to the description on the box, the "best pillow you'll ever owned". Unfortunately when I took it to my RV (I live in Southern California) and opened the box, the pillow felt extremely firm to me and my liking. So I packed it up and headed back to the store to get a softer one. When I asked where is the merchandise return, I was told by the lady with glasses at the door that it is already closed at eight (I looked at my watch, it was 7:47) No problem, I thought, I'll buy another, softer one and return it the next day. Luckily, I have found the same brand, same price marked as medium firmness. Great, I thought, I'll just ask for a swap, shouldn't be a problem. No, I was told, it has to be refunded first, cannot do a straight swap. The store is closing, the person said. This is when Johnny came into the picture. He immediately asked the person at the only cash register (I guess the whole store was really closing) open to step aside for a moment and he sprung into action. His fingers flying on the keyboard, in one (1) minute he did the swap and I was walking out the door with the best pillow I have ever owned (really a great pillow!). Wow I said, what a guy. Although I'm more of a fan of target from time to time I find myself at Walmart, it's a pretty convenient location especially since it's right next to Costco and I seem to go to Cosco almost every other day so if I need a quick grocery item I stepped right into Walmart especially if I don't need a bulk items, Walmart is a nice little one stop shop they have groceries electronic's clothing just about any household items you need. What makes me laugh is their price Roback generally it's only a $.10-$.20 difference, in this day and age any markdown is helpful. I needed tires and Costco didn't have the right size. Since Walmart was close, I went there. My problem isn't the price or service, both were OK. My problem is that after they were mounted and paid for, I was told that I would now need to go elsewhere to get the tires balanced and aligned! In fact they made me sign a release stating this. I've bought a lot of tires in my life and have never had to drive away without the tires and wheels being balanced and aligned. They have pharmacy, an auto department for those oil changes, they even have a Subway, haircut place, and looks like an arcade is being developed. So its pretty standard in those ways but new and slightly more central to me, so that's cool. BUT don't steal. This Wal Mart is quite new. It's like an Wal-Mart. Seems to be only one way in off Park. It's on the other side of a Costco, but doesn't connect by street. There is a Subway inside. And a gaming room, and massage chairs. Beyond that, it's what you expect. If it's clean, it's because it's still new. I do wish they would reduce the Duck Dynasty items. We live in Tucson, My wife had a cervical surgery in Phoenix last week She needed more pain medication, I had to drive to Phoenix and get the prescription from the doctor. Upon arriving at this pharmacy here in Tucson i dropped the the proscription at 3 pm and was told at 4.30 was ready. Upon arriving at 8.00 pm still not done.
