After discussing it with my FH we tried reaching out to ask questions about price and package items. No answer.....then we emailed, and received a response 4 days later with a promise of a call the next day. No call came, we tried calling and no answer. Again, followed by an email with an empty promise of a call. The call never came. Here we are approximately 3 weeks later and they are just now calling us back, we've already found an entertainment company that cared enough to communicate.

Steve was onboard from the start. Never a hesitation. EVERYONE loved our ceremony! It was fun and captivating-all because of Steve! During the party, the most important thing for us was to keep everyone on the dance floor having a great time. He delivered!! When it came time to announce the cake cutting and dessert, he called us aside and suggested that we do it quietly off to the side with the photographer. He explained that if we stopped the music at that point, we might not get the energy back up again. We took his advice, and he was right! A few weeks before the wedding, we sent him a suggested playlist so he would get our "vibe." We told him to use it, or go off it, whatever he felt the party needed. He seamlessly blended our suggestions with some of his own stuff. From the first time we met to get to know each other, they gave us a very reasonable price and never tried to increase it-even when we got into the details of what we wanted for our wedding. When we were down to the final details, Steve came to the venue and walked through every detail so everyone was clear on how the day would go and what was expected. On the day of our wedding, he didn't have to ask me a thing-he knew what to do from start to finish! Every guest stayed until the very end. No one was ready to go home!! This team came highly recommended and I'm so glad we called them. I will DEFINITELY use them for all of our future events - no question!!

Embarrassing, and disappointing as can be on your wedding day. As a woman you wait your whole life for your first dance and it was ruined. Called me by the wrong name all night MC failed to entertain guests, didn't get guests up and moving. Had "after the tone" phone in hallway, failed to promote it throughout night. Led to us not having everyone's audio footage due to them not knowing. Provided song list for DJ of songs to play/not play. Didn't follow. Lost the paper, MOH had to scramble to find it behind the DJ booth. Just really disappointing and looking back on it.. I should have complained a lot more. It kinda feels as if we weren't officially married/didn't have a good wedding.
