Mobile ordering on their app has improved service here a lot - even on weekends the line is much shorter than before and it's a quick in/out. Ordering off Uber here is similarly quick/efficient. My go to pearl milk tea at this store has been 100% consistent over multiple years and Coco remains the best bbt I've had, with the strongest tea flavour. I honestly don't go anywhere else because it feels watered down. I avoid the Bristol Rd location after ordering there once and finding the bubble tea weaker in taste than other Coco locations. I recently tried the 3 Guys milk tea (pudding, grass jelly, pearls) and enjoyed it more than I expected to - there's a lot of grass jelly and pudding in the drink so some people might not enjoy the texture of it, but it adds a unique twist to the flavour of the tea. The grass jelly flavour doesn't come through that strongly, so even people who dont like grass jelly might enjoy it. Their monthly specials on their website (also advertised in store) are a good way to work through the menu, but they don't always update the site on time so specials listed are out of date. However, it is great that Coco consistently pushes out new/seasonal drinks to try, often with pretty unique flavours (ex. dragonfruit smoothie/slush). The two macchiatos look super appetizing at first glance and come with a creamy salty cheese foam on top. Matcha Macchiato with 50% sugar was just right for me in terms of sweetness to let the matcha flavour stand out. Red bean and matcha flavours go really well together Strawberry Black Tea Macchiato with regular sugar and pudding. The drink was a good sweetness but I still think 50% would have been a good option. The cheese foam was the absolute best part of this drink. Location: this particular Coco has a window in the adjacent supermarket as well as a storefront, so orders are being placed from both along with online orders. Got to try their Canada day $3.99 special, the matcha red bean latte. I got the 30% sugar and I think it's perfect, just enough sweetness and bitterness from the matcha. The red bean was a nice touch to the drink and you won't feel like you didn't have any toppings in the drink either. The bbt shop has one main entrance and one order window inside of btrust, which is quite nice that you can do some grocery shopping while waiting for the order. There are quite bit of seatings and able to receive nice sunlight during nice weather time. The service is on the slower side but the waiters and waitresses are very polite and make sure to remember your exact order, which I am quite appreciated. Hopefully their next deal comes out soon so I will have another excuse to go buy bbt from this location of coco read more

It is a small bubble tea place that is a surrounded by Btrust. There are 2 ordering area which might a factor to the service to be slow (as well as one person manning the cashier area). Though the service was kind of slow, the bubble tea tastes very good compared to some of the bubble tea places. Also, they are made pretty quickly and they are really delicious drinks. I went here with a friend for bubble tea and to chat. I got one of their seasonal berry drinks (there were like three types). There were limitations to the customization when I got the seasonal drink but the taste was still good regardless. The area was pretty small- there were only 2 tables, but most of the customers just were there to take their bbt to go, so it wasn't much of a problem. Service was good, the bubble tea was delicious and the place was clean. I recommend coming here for your bubble tea fix, but there might not be space to chill if the place is busy. read more

I came here on Saturday afternoon. This CoCo location is attached to the B-Trust which I think is such a genius thing to do. There's a constant flow of traffic to the supermarket which translates to even more business for CoCo. As a result, this place is honestly always packed. There's an entrance to enter CoCo from the outside as well as an order entrance from inside B-Trust. There's not too much room in the shop but because some people wait for their order from inside B-Trust, it helps in making the shop feel less cramped. We ordered the Brown Sugar Latte promo drink and waited about 10 minutes for it. The service was efficient but not too friendly - the staff are way too busy and need to work very fast to get out all those orders. The drink looked BEAUTIFUL. I want to give a special props to whoever drizzled the brown sugar over this drink. It looked extra pretty, compared to other times that I've gotten the drink at other locations. The drink also tasted great. It's a little sweet for me (you can't customize the promo drink). The tapioca was very warm and mixed nicely with the coldness of the drink. Overall, this drink was BOMB. It locates at golden square next to TD, which is part of Btrust supermarket. Before they opened up this location, chatime was my always go place. Today I wanted to give CoCo a try, and it didn't disappoint me. I ordered the large pearl milk tea ( grand opening price 3.8 dollars for a large) with less ice and 30% sugar. I like it, because I could really taste the tea, while in chatime, I could only taste the milk and sweetener. I also like CoCo's tapiocas; they are consistently soft but still chewy. Chatime's tapiocas are a bit hard in the middle but very soft outside, like they have been sitting out there for a long time. Coco is more convenient for me because of its location, and I like their milk tea too. (Milk tea is always my only option in any bubble tea stores). So I would choose CoCo over chatime. Sorry I made chatime look a bit ugly but that's my personal flavour preference. read more

The tapioca topping was definitely not fresh, they felt stale. Also with their recent re-design of the interior. The place has little sitting room. This place is usually busy and understaffed. Drinks felt fresh. A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Staff was patient, as my daughter kept changing her mind. I will go back if I was in the area. I wanted to try CoCo because I have heard their roasted milk tea is great. I am a big fan of Chatime but am always looking for better milk tea. This location has a bit of seating and is an open concept design so you can watch them make your tea. It also has a serving window within the Btrust grocery store next door so you can shop while you sip. The shop was not very busy at the time I was there. I was disappointed that their roasted milk tea options were not available, but since this is a new location, they will probably be available in the future. I ordered large regular milk tea with tapioca. You can customize the ice and sugar amounts. I picked 30% sugar and less ice. I paid $5.20+ for this. After I had paid, my partner noticed a sign for a grand opening special that was a large regular milk tea with tapioca AND pudding for $3.80+ and decided he wanted his own for that price. I made a comment to the staff that I would have preferred that option and he just shrugged his shoulders and took my second order. I should have been more observant of the specials, but it would have been nice if he has pointed out the deal when I was ordering or offered a price adjustment. The tea was a little above average with a mild taste. I found it too sweet even at 30% sugar, maybe having more ice would have improved the taste. Overall, I would return to try the roasted milk tea and pick this brand over most, but I still prefer Chatime for the regular milk tea. read more
