Naturally I ordered an Acai Berry Bowl a Kiwi Kale Detox smoothie. This was an UberEats order from a little farther - it took 19 minutes to get to me so I was expecting a bit of meltage but not as much as what I got. I was pretty much having a thin berry soup. The smoothie base seemed very watered down. I wonder if it was because it was juice based instead of some sort of dairy (or alternative dairy) milk. Interestingly some of the toppings came on the bowl while others were on the side (the chia seed and ground flaxseed). It was okay. Not the best smoothie bowl I've had. As for the smoothie, it had a flavour I really wasn't expecting. If you've had green juice or green smoothies I think you kind of know what you're expecting - a lot of "green" or like chlorophyll/leafy taste with some sweetness from some sort of fruit. The listing of ingredients for this sounded like the typical formula. It just tasted very different than what I was expecting. I'm wondering if it was the protein? The protein is unflavoured but protein has it's own taste. This one was again, just okay. The regular size was more than enough for me. My boyfriend's main was the Boneless Chicken Wrap. His comment to me was that the chicken was incredibly dry and difficult to eat. My bite was actually alright, it tasted fine and wasn't that bad. He told me I stole the only bite that was good lol. There isn't a ton of selection in Toronto yet for health foods like this so I'd give this place another try. They have other locations throughout the city so I might hit up a different location.

I had no idea what to order or how to build my bowl, but she took the time to explain the flavours and what's popular. I ended up doing a custom bowl and thought it was great. I will say, the açai is pricy, but I don't think it's much different than any other place in the city, I think there's a premium that is paid for Açai. Apparently they harvest and import it directly from the Amazon rainforest. Overall great, will definitely return.

The tapioca was fresh, chewy, and it was exactly how I expected it to be. I had my usual - large oolong milk tea, no sugar, no ice, with tapioca and pudding. My partner was able to place the order online ahead of time, and the drinks were ready for us as we arrived. We are thankful for this, as there was a line inside the shop. We were able to quickly grab and go. They are located inside of a strip mall, and the parking is free but shared with other businesses there. Of the two times we came here, it was only once we were able to park right outside of it.

When you order, you can order a protein box which comes with two items of choice for small or three for large plus a grain + the vegan BBQ ribs. So for example, I got the large box with caliloo greens, curry chickpeas, and a vegan fish. I love getting the roti wrapper as I can make it into a giant burrito of tasty delight. They also have daily fresh juices. I've tried a bunch and honestly have been impressed everytime. It is worth the $5 for the juice. They also offer vegan desserts in house. The owner is super sweet. They no longer have indoor seating, but they set up a cute seating area outside the establishment. Just a note, please do not wear any items containing real fur into the establishment as a courtesy.
