And if you're not, do yourself a favor and try this out. We decided to share the Regular Fruitrio so we can try all 3 layers along with my favorite part, the ashta! It was freshly made and super delicious. It's definitely a more guilt-free dessert (although I'm sure it's loaded with sugar) but you will leave feeling satisfied. I would like to admit that I originally went here to find some late night sweets. Upon my arrival, I saw an offering that would be a better choice for me. A couple keto offerings, which changed my mind as to my original mission. I ordered the Avocado Coconut drink and was absolutely surprised, as I thought this could go horribly wrong if it tastes too "greenie" if you know what I mean. However the coconut and possibly a hint of citrus, help balance the avocado taste. It's thick and not overly sweet, but helps keep my sweet tooth in control. I will admit though it may not be for everyone, but I would definitely order it again. Now for a drink/smoothie it isn't cheap, but it is like a meal in itself and wish I could find an offering as good near where I live. I like to call this the Arab Sugar Shack. Instead of dollops of whipped cream - you have delicious amounts of Ashta - the Middle Eastern version of clotted cream. If that didn't have you convinced, there are an assortment of their specialties drizzled with honey, sprinkled with nuts, and breakfast items offering up zaatar. However, they still have Westernized desserts as well; milkshakes, ice cream, La Rocca cakes, and sundaes. There is something for everything. You can have items made to order with fresh fruit such as their crepes, waffles, juices, and fruit cocktails. You can't go wrong. Also, feel free to bring back something for the family with a slice of cake or even some Arab pastries or macaroons. I haven't tried them yet, but it's nice to see such a variety. I thought I'd mostly be lurking here at nights to get my sugar fix, but they're also open for breakfast. You wouldn't have seen me downing a bowl of ice cream bright and early, but their sweet and savoury breakfast options are great. I had a cheese and spinach crepe and will come back to try the other options. They also serve up a classic breakfast with eggs and toast. The service is impeccable every time I come and it is always clean. This business is family-owned and you feel it. I love how hospitable everyone is and even though I run into someone different each time, they always have a smile. So happy to have a gem like this in Scarborough! read more

This is a small spot in a strip mall. The young ladies that work there are more attentive to their friends as they come in and themselves which can be overlooked. The prices are very expensive but if the food was better I would t care. The ashta tastes like ricotta cheese and instead of using syrup which is how this should be served as it is done in Lebanon and in any other Arabic restaurant I have gone to it was smothered in basic honey which totally tasted awful. When we approached the counter about it the younger employee was understanding while the older employee decided the best route is to be argumentative about it. We visit family often in Toronto and this place was recommended to us I will be sure to let them know our not so great experience - we won't be going back as there are many options in the Scarborough area that has better service, lower prices and better sweets. read more

Came here the other day with my friend, because we wanted to try a new dessert spot in Scarborough. After searching a few places on Yelp, we came across this spot and decided to try it. The staff here, I believe it's a family-owned store, and they are really nice! They were super patient with us as it was our first time and there were many different things to choose from! The spot itself is very clean, if you come at light, the lights in the store are super bright! Haha, that being said, it's not your typical dessert spot, but it's clean, so that's a huge plus. My friend and I both got drinks as we weren't too hungry. I tried the Brownie Milkshake and wow it was AMAZING! I definitely recommend it!! read more

The dessert are mostly fresh fruit based, expertly prepared and totally delicious. They also offer a few traditional Middle Eastern desserts such as baklava and their take mehallabeya. I both cases they are flavored with Rose Syrup, which I love, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Their fruit drink/desserts presentation are gorgeous. I had a concoction where a copious layer of fresh strawberry 'slushy' was topped by a mango 'slushy'. It was cold, fresh and delicious. They also have a small gelato bar, and terrific espresso. I went there today and I found this place. This is the best thing happened in my life in Scarborough. Créeme et Miel is located at a small plaza near Warden and Lawrence East. It is convenient for me to go by TTC without driving. There are tables and we can sit there and relax to chat. There are variety of drinks and pastries which look delicious. I drink one of smoothies and it was good. There are many different kinds of fruits in the smoothies and combinations are good. The barista is genius. The combo of everything - so good! But there were way too much fruits and not enough of the smoothie portions.
