This location was about 70% renovated by new owners, who bought it in Dec 2024. They reopened on 2025-07-12. From 07-12 to 07-14, you can buy any large drink and get another large drink for free. The July 2025 special is the large Taro Slush for $4.99. So I didn't order this one in ordered to optimize the value of my BOGO deal. I ordered the Chunky Mango Slush (large $7.20) and got the 3 Guys (large $7.10) for free. Both drinks tasted great. I originally wanted the Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothie (large $7.50) but they were sold out at that time. They had their grand opening on 2018-10-26. They handed out free bubble tea for the first 100 customers at noon on Oct 26-28. There is free WiFi. The cafe is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. I've been to this location a fair number of times as it is close to my workplace. It's a pretty standard Coco bubble tea shop, though maybe a bit smaller than the other Coco's in the area. If you work in the area or are thinking about getting bubble tea around lunch time, it's usually not too busy in my experience. One thing I have noticed is that this location tends to have more location specific promotions. For example, they were giving out a bunch of coupons that only worked for this Queen St. location. The staff is usually friendly and will make conversation with you if there is not much going on. Overall, the drinks are pretty consistent here and the specials are generally well done. read more

Really disappointed with my Bubble GaGa (in fact BOTH that we purchased) from this location of Coco's. Significantly LESS toppings in our large drink vs. the Mississauga location and we always look forward to copious amounts of toppings (who doesn't??). Felt like a big cup of juice, rather than a passion fruit green tea. Quality definitely varies between locations but I wouldn't come back. Verdict: I'll be back --- Visited this location the other day with a few friends and decided to give their new Kiwi drinks a shot. They made the drinks with real pieces of Kiwi, which was amazing, and the yogurt base they used for the drink was nice and sweet. The drink was fresh and absolutely amazing. In full transparency I've visited this location before along with a few of their other locations. The bubble tea is here is very good, and very consistent. If it's your first time here try the Pearl Milk Tea, it's a good place to start, but pretty much anything you get on the menu will be great. read more

I normally go to the CoCo at Dundas/Yonge or Yonge/Wellesey and I thought CoCo Pearl Milk Tea was pretty good. I came to this store after my friends recommendation as they had grand opening promotions. Since then, I've had 4 drinks from this location. I agree with the below review: THESE DRINKS TASTE SO WATERED DOWN. The milk tea is so light in colour, I went home and added my own stronger milk tea after I finished my drink since I had leftover boba in the bottom. The strawberry latte drink I got also wasn't very good. Lastly, there is a man who works there who isnt very friendly. Updated review: This location has improved significantly! They have updated their boards to include calorie count per drink - this is the first time I've seen this for a bbt shop. The flavours of all the drinks I've been having lately are great and on par with other locations, such as fresh taro milk tea, matcha milk tea, matcha latte, pearl milk tea, bubble Gaga, sago taro milk tea. The staff consistently greet you upon entering the establishment. They seem knowledgeable about the drinks they serve. I'm a happy customer and will continue to frequent this location :D ---------------------- Original review: I love Coco but this location does not meet the same standards as the other locations I frequently visit (Yonge/Finch and Midland/Finch). This review is based on the Spadina/Queen location compared to the other Coco locations. This location in particular makes their drinks more watery which in turn makes it less flavourful. Ordering from here just isn't satisfying and leaves me wanting real bbt still. I've been to this location at least 5 times since their unannounced opening and ordered 2 drinks for each visit. Service isn't that great since I was once left at the front of the counter waiting 8 minutes to order with no acknowledgement, I nearly walked out (but the bbt craving was strong). I ordered a hot roasted milk tea with no toppings. Unfortunately the tea taste wasn't strong enough. The wait was a little long, but it was a Saturday so that's forgivable. For our hot drink, they sealed the hot beverage cup and gave us a straw. A little weird for a hot drink. When we asked for a hot lid, the cashier gave us a little attitude and said that's something we have to specifically ask for in the future. I guess the normal assumption that a hot drink would come with a lid is no longer valid. 2 stars, will not return and will not recommend...at least this location. read more

$8 and change for a large grapefruit Yakut tea with no toppings is definitely too expensive. I don't recall it being that expensive before but post pandemic prices for an establishment that was never a dine in sort of place is unacceptable. I definitely don't think gongcha, chatime or bubble Lee will be expensive like this. read more

Honestly one of my go-to bubble tea places. I find that the tapioca (during the times I've visited) were soft and chewy in comparison to some other chain stores. I'd recommend getting the 2 ladies, or the brown sugar milk tea. read more

Was just trying their promotional item of the month red bean matcha milk tea. Can't believe how big the cup is compare to how much red bean (like 10%) is in it.. kinda feel like a rip off.. Tried Bubble Gaga the other day, it wasn't that bad, at least there was more tapioca in the cup. If it wasn't for the bubble gaga, I'd rate it 1 star.. i went to the one in Hamilton on a vacation but they don't seem to have a yelp page so i am going to assume all coco bubble tea locations are the same. this is the best taro slushy bubble tea i have ever had!!! omg its sooooo good. the flavor ratio is perfect and has a very tasty creamy flavour to it. the tapioca pearls are also lightly sweet and chewy all the way through unlike other bubble tea i have had. taro is my favorite flavour and i have gotten it at countless locations but this is by-far the best. the location was crowded both times i went but the service was fast and it was definitely worth it. i know that my reviews are usually very thorough but i don"t have much to say. its just great and i 100% recommend. read more
