A nice convenient location right by the skytrain in case you need a bubble tea pick me up! The service was great inside and this particular location took part in the Barbie special (not all of them do). Inside is a bit barebones so not really a hangout location but for the summer thats okay since there are parks nearby.

My go to bubble tea place at the moment. There are at least 5 bubble tea places I pass by before reaching this branch of Coco on Kingsway but it's worth the drive. I love 3 Guys and Grapefruit Green Tea with Pulp and on my cheat day I get the Black Tea Macchiato with cream cheese, pudding and pearls. This black tea macchiato is to die for! It's that good! The black tea combined with fresh milk for that silky feel on your tongue, the chewy pearls, the sweet pudding and the cream cheese for that touch of savory taste are explosion in your mouth. I'm salivating while I think about it! Oh Coco you captured my heart! The service in this branch was friendly and fast. The prices are reasonable. I just find that the music is on the loud side. The inside was clean but not as clean as another Coco branch. I would still come to this branch though as it is closest to home. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

They make a mighty good slush

You're just too good to be true! Can't take my eyes off of you! I usually get hooked on one of their drinks and only order that for the rest of the year. Last year it was their brown sugar milk *drool*. My new thing this year is their strawberry slush w pearl. Their slush consistency: perfection. The superfine ice particles are enveloped in a milky yet quite real tasting strawberry base. This slush holds it shape, and melts upon hitting the tongue. Sometimes the slush does that thing where it leaves a large block of flavorless ice at the bottom. Today I let mine sit for around 10 min to mitigate that effect (it didn't taste watered down either!) Their pearls are bouncy and have that caramelly flavor. They're not too sweet either. I've been eyeing their taro drink with the mini taro balls on top. That might be my next drink obsession....

I like coming here when there is a deal! Last time it was a buy one get one free deal! They always give out their pearl milk tea as free because it's easy for them to make in bulk and they make it fast. The slush took them much longer to do because they need to blend it up. I don't like the new implementation of cup fee charge in Vancouver. Single use cups cost 0.25 cents per cup which can add up when you buy multiple cups. Not fair for the customers in Vancouver for this unnecessary fee that we can't change (can we even bring our own cup to a bubble tea shop?)

Came here after a spicy hot pot dinner for some sweet but not caffeinated drinks. The store was pretty packed around 10pm. There was a line inside the store and half of the seats are taken. We were looking for things to drink, but the menu on the screen was super hard to read. We ended up getting sago taro drink regular ice and 30% sugar. The sago was pretty chewy and there were plenty. The drink was about right sweetness for our taste however it wasn't really strong taro flavor.

Amazing drinks !!! Tried the sago Taro Milk Tea and enjoyed the sago . Great refresher and a friend highly recommended it. Will definitely come back to try a different drink. My wife ordered bubble gaga and the quality of the drink was great

Love that you can choose from a good selection of recommended drinks with cool flavors and textures. The have seasonal flavors as well. We had the 3 Guys, Bubble Gaga, and Red Bean Matcha. All were delicious and the pearls were just the right texture. The Red Bean Matcha was too sweet for me, so I'll have to ask for less sweet next time. There was lots of ice left at the bottom of the cups, so I'll have to request less ice next time as well. Service was surprisingly fast.

I've always wanted to try Coco and good thing I got to try this place today. Menu wasn't as extensive as Chatime, but they make good milk tea. I ordered Matcha Milk Tea for regular size for $4.10 with 50% sugar and less ice it was so delish. Price range and custom order is similar to Chatime, but it's still good. I think Coco will be next alternative to Chatime since Coco is within my walking distance from home. I'm actually a devoted fan to Milk and Sugar (love their daily specials) and Coco is a perfect place for a milk tea. I'd rather give 5 stars but 4 stars due to pricing. Their milk tea ranges from $4 which is expensive. As for wifi I got to use it under #Telus wifi.

It seems like that every corner there is a bubble tea place and this place claims to be worlds largest bubble tea chain . If you have many branches then you must be good in your product. It's my first time and I truly like the fresh taro milk tea. You can truly nibble on taro tidbits rather than the powder version. The place seems busy even on later time in the evening which I had observed are the millennial crowds hang out place.

Love this location! The staff are super friendly. It's usually very busy at this location because it is very accessible by transit. I would recommend calling to pre-order your drink(s) before going. The downside is if you drive, parking is sparse. I usually park down the hill from BMO and walk up.

I'm not a great fan of Taiwanese bbt places as I prefer real fruit bbt drinks and these are mostly based on different syrups. That being said, I like to treat myself to a good passion fruit green tea or roasted milk tea with home made grass jelly drink now and then. And the tea needs to be good quality. I tried their fresh lemon passion fruit great tea with coconut jelly. You can see bits of lemon in the drink but the taste was not as pronounced as the lemon based one I had at Happy Lemon recently. Pros: Close to home. Parking, sort of. Cons: Lack of real fruit options. I need to order other tea drinks to see if their tea quality is up to my standards.

This was our first time at Coco. I had the strawberry macchiato and my boyfriend had the strawberry slush (both with pearls). The cafe had great visual menus to look at while we were waiting, so this definitely helped with our orders. The girls were super friendly and quick with our orders as well.

Selections are decent. however the menu is very confusing as they have a posted menu online, a digital menu via QR code and some posted menus. Unfortunately the menus were not in sync. My friend saw a couple of things she wanted to try from the online menu and was told they do not have those items. There are combo on the spot which are not their online menu and the digital menu. We ordered the chicken panini, a small mango bingsu and an order of tue mochi bubble waffle and taro milk tea. The food is very good. there is decent amount of ingredients in the chicken panini (which i forgot to take a picture of). The mochi bubble waffle was decent and i liked the taro milk tea as well. The bingsu was very well made but the price is a bit on the high end given the size. Overall service was good too

A fun hole in the wall dessert spot x flower shop!…read more Essentially there's a dessert counter in a shared space with a flower shop operated by the one owner - super adorbable concept, the boss was so nice to introduce his menu to us as well! Located on the same block as quite a few other popular HK dessert spots, I more inclined to go to Rose Cafe because it's quieter and a more comfortable environment to relax and sit around in. The boss mentioned they can make anything for us (!) including ginger milk, the sago desserts and that they event have the pistachio paste (yum!). For a quick dessert run - I opted for the small mango shaved iced, it's served with nice and ripe mango chunks, and a fresh mango shaved ice base. For just about $10 it's worth the dessert stop! They had a nice menu of several classic HK items - from deep fried chicken wings, to bubble waffles to pearl based drinks that only HK locals would order. Worth a try if and when you're in the Nanaimo / Kingsway area! Also (!) - very reasonably priced flowers and potted plants!!!

This is one of the better boba spots I have tried in Richmond where they have some creative drinks…read moresuch as the ones with panna cotta and mochi. I personally tried the cheese foam black tea with mochi and golden pearls which costed close to 10CAD. The cheese foam was slightly salty and pretty creamy, and the taste is much more pronounced when you dip the plain mochi into the drink. The mochi itself was slightly soft though a bit uneven in texture as some parts are chewy and some parts are already a little bit dry. I do like they nicely wrapped the mochi in a plastic bag to preserve the moisture, though I ended up trying it out immediately to get the maximum freshness. The tea itself is flavorful and not too sweet, which is what I intended because I opted for light sugar (30%). The golden pearls were pretty chewy and are the right preferred texture. While I liked the general quality of the drinks, like other reviews mentioned, the price of the drinks are a bit on the higher end but the quality did not really scale up compared to a good boba spot.
