Service is awesome and the drinks are amazing. Firstly, they have a load of choices and they customize your amount preference of ice and sugar. Although I love Pearl Fever, they dont have this option. A great deal of their milk teas are also offered hot. I especially appreciate this because I've got a bit of a spre throat today. I know I shouldn't have anything sweet either but I ordered less sugar to make myself feel better! I'm pretty in love with this place! My current favourite order: Hokkaido (caramel toffee) pearl milk tea

I've been eyeing this place since Spring, and I'm glad to see they are now open as of June! It's spacious, bright, and clean. There's ample space upfront for lining up (in case there's a need to!) and viewing the menu before your order. They also have a couple of low tables and chairs for those who wish to stick around and finish their drinks in-store. I think there's also enough space for groups here! I love Sharetea's Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea and this location did not disappoint. I've also had the chance to try their Mango & Passion Fruit Green Tea, and I think it deserves a star (Recommended drinks marker!). It's not very sweet, and it's just refreshing on a hot summer's day. Service is quick and they accept credit, which is always a plus! I'm glad more and more brand BBT shops are opening in the Guildford area. It gives us more quality BBT drink options! I'm definitely coming back here, especially in the summer!

I stopped by during the grand opening of this location. The store had a buy one get one special on select flavours. I ordered the classic pearl milk tea with pudding and the kiwi fruit tea with aiyu and lychee jelly. It was 50 cents extra for the pudding and lychee jelly toppings. You can customize ice and sweetness level. Drinks were made well. The pearls had a good chew. I preferred the milk tea over the kiwi tea. Credit card payment accepted unlike YiFang Taiwan Fruit Tea that also recently opened in the area.

Have been going here for 3-4ish years, same quality, theres been drinks i haven't liked but then so many i have but what I may not like could be another persons yum and what i like might be another persons yuck. Can find whatever you're looking for, not only just cold bubble tea but you can get hot drinks, icecream, food, sweets and more! Definitely worth trying it out :)

We got one of those and a Durian Smoothie. I think we somehow missed the Greentea part of this drink cuz when we got it, hubby and I were both surprised at how green the drink was. It's only now that I look back at the photo I took of the menu that I realize the word Greentea was in the name of the drink so...not so surprising anymore that our drink was green. I honestly didn't taste much Greentea in it though. Mostly I tasted KitKat and Brown Sugar. Didn't taste any kind of Cheesecake flavor in it. It wasn't a bad drink but I think I prefer the fruity drinks that we've had from this place in the past. I think I'd have also preferred this drink to be slightly less sweet than it was. We brought our drinks home and had them while watching a movie. Hubby sat further back in the room while our daughter and I sat in the front of the room, but I could still smell the Durian smoothie from where we were sitting!

Doing good business on a Saturday night, although we didn't have to wait for a table. We were not super hungry so just went for drinks and appetizers. They have a pretty sizable sweet drinks menu, with a lot of choices for toppings. I got the melon slush with half sugar. It was plenty sweet, and has the nice honeydew melon taste. For appetizers, we got the Taiwanese style chicken nuggets, and a mixed plate of braised meat and proteins. The chicken nuggets taste as expected, got good flavor, and was tender and not dry. For the braised plate, we got sliced pig ear, fish cake and sliced beef shank. I liked the flavors, and the beef shank was tender. Overall two drinks with two appetizer was like $43 before tips, so not expensive. Solid place to go for some inexpensive Taiwanese food and sweet drinks.

They offer so many different dishes (hot pot bowls, stir fry noodles, hot and cold appetizers, etc.) plus an extensive drink selection. One of my guilty pleasure meals from here is their popcorn chicken, intestine soup noodle, and their Hokkaido milk tea. The popcorn chicken is always made fresh and food portions are generous at the price point offered. There's a reason why Bubble World still maintains a number of locations throughout the Lower Mainland and business is steady. Service is prompt and decent too.

Menu is pretty extensive and there are many different sizes. Smaller rice bowls at cheaper prices were available as well as more expensive meal sets. Even cheaper meals combos are available for students. Once we ordered food, it took a pretty long time to come (at least half an hour), considering that there were only 3 total customers in the restaurant. However the food was very delicious when it did come. The sole waitress was pretty much on her phone at another table the entire time apart from serving the food. The food is very good though. I would definitely return again just for the fried chicken alone. The pork chop dish that we ordered was also delicious.

The walls are decorated with pictures from Europe and the teacups are very "British." Besides scone and tea, you can get regular food here as well such as fries, salt & pepper chicken, and radish cake to name just a few. You can also get cold drinks like juice & bubble tea, and bubble tea drinks here too. So...not your typical British style Afternoon Tea joint. Kind of half restaurant, half tea place. My friend had a pot of Leisure Fresh Fruit tea and a scone. We'd already had lunch a bit earlier and while my friend had room for a scone, I had zero room in my stomach for any food so I just had a pot of Longan Red Date tea. It was a cold day so a pot of hot tea really hit the spot. I thought it a bit pricy at first, but when the tea came, I saw that the teabags were Fortnum & Mason teabags. That is a very a prestigious company from all the way over in England. When I realized we were drinking Fortnum & Mason tea, all of a sudden $10.25 didn't seem so extravagant any more. My friend said her scone seemed like more of a biscuit than a scone. It came with butter and jam. I think she wished there had been some clotted cream to go with it. I can't say too much about the food as I only had one pot of tea but I was impressed that it was Fortnum & Mason tea, and I very much enjoyed the flavor of the Longan & Red Dates in my tea.
