I'm a bubble tea snob and am pretty selective when it comes to bubble tea. My fav spots are Ten Ren's, Coco Tea, Chatime and Gong Cha. There's a Coco in Burlington near my house that I usually go to but since I was in Mississauga I googled the closest Coco and this one was the closest to my current location. Ambiance: There is now indoor seating so people can have their drinks inside. It's modern looking but the space is quite small only a few tables. There's a small washroom inside as well. Parking is a nightmare thought. There's limited amount of spots in front of Coco. You will have to park further and walk over. Order: My usual go to is the fruit teas. My fav is passion fruit green tea. I get it with less ice so it's not so watered down and 50% sugar which is the perfect amount of sweetness. People always make fun of me but I love the toppings and usually get 3 toppings. I get the tapioca pearls, coconut jelly and grass jelly. It's $.50 for each topping. Price is fair. Tip: Download the Coco app when you buy 10 drinks you get one free! Also you can see all the monthly drink promotions. It's great also to pre-order and they'll text you when the drink is ready. No complaints. Coco's bubble tea is one of my go-to's when I just want a reliable milk tea and I've never had any bad experiences with the drinks so far from this location. This location is fairly new (just opened a year or 2 ago) and I've been here a few times, usually just for take-out. The parking situation is not the most ideal here as there are only a few parking spots in front of the location, and they are shared with the other establishments in the strip. This place is taking good COVID protocols - they have closed the seating areas and the drinks are only for take-out. They also have 2 designated lines - one for pick-up orders and the other for walk-in orders. All the employees also sanitize regularly, wear masks, and are protected by a large plexiglass. This is the location I usually order from for take-out orders since the quarantine. read more

We visited with kids and got the mango pomelo special. It was truly disgusting, bitter and it looked spoiled . It appeared that the drink was not prepared properly, it was not mixed at all ( I've included a photo) when I addressed it twice with the staff, there was silence and then they said mix it yourself, but how, the drinks were already open! I came by this place physically since i was out yesterday with my boyfriend. It was less busy, there was only 2 customers inside. Not alot of people were out because it was such a hot day. I ordered sago milktea with 30% sugar and less ice for my boyfriend. I ordered a strawberry slush with coconut jelly for myself. The cashier said it can either be 0% or 100% sugar level for my slush which i found it weird. I usually go with 50% but i decided to go with 0% sugar. SURPRISINGLY, it taste good as well with 0% sugar! It taste the same as the regular one. I think because of the strawberry hint, it already gave a flavour in my drink regardless of the sugar input. I'm shocked and happy to say i might go sugar-free in my boba now haha! I don't have a picture cuz my phone was dying yesterday (tears) but just imagine the drinks were deliciousss! read more

I use to love the Coco bubble tea chain. I found their drinks to be really consistent , taste wise and loved their monthly specials . However during the last few months, the drinks especially at the Winston Churchill Dundas location have been extremely watered down. Every single drink I got , it was watered down ( I.e about 10 drinks). Initially I was hoping it was a fluke but slowly realized it was becoming a pattern which is unfortunate. My rating is 2.5... 2 stars for the quality and the extra .5 star is Coco does have amazing customer services. New location in the Terra plaza for y'all local folks! This is just down my street so i was super excited ever since i noticed the sign a while back. Nice chill environment. Got a high table as u walk in, as well as some booths. Had to visit their grand opening for the special! Tried the August Promotion tea Pearl Milk Tea Smoothie for only $3.99 for a large! Nothing can beat the price. It was actually really good in the beginning but don't leave it sitting for a while because the ice will melt and I thought it would taste like regular milk tea after but it didn't. It tasted watered down so maybe my impression was incorrect. I like this place but I'm rating it based on the drink I ordered. read more

I have frequented this Coco location especially when I was working in the nearby area. I ordered the Pearl milk tea and this time with 30% sugar. The taste was as expected and it was average. When I tried it before without the sugar, it tasted just like milk. A Loong of improvement would be additional toppings for the price as I find it still pricey. I guess everything now is pricey. Overall, it was ok and satisfied my bubble tea craving which is amplified by the hot weather. Next time I'll probably try another type of drink. read more

I always see this place whenever I go grocery shopping at Terra supermarket but had always thought it was closed down or something because you can't see any tables from the outside due to the dark windows. Well one day I was really curious so I just went up to the place and tugged on the door to see what 's up and to my surprise, it was fully opened. The place looked pretty clean. I came by here to check out the bubble tea and it was pretty good! I can't complain. The only reason why I gave it a 4/5 stars is because I think the staff were a little bit clueless except for the guy at the front who helped me. But at one point I asked one of the girls and she just looked sideways and then gestures to the guy. Not really the best customer service. If you don't know, just say it and then verbally hand the customer off to someone who does! Oh well, I guess it is an asian place so can't always expect the best service (not trying to be racist, just most asian-owned places aren't known for their service). I'm so glad there's a bubble tea spot in this area now! I just hope they keep up the quality. I got the mango slush, the burned tea and the taro slush. I didn't expect much but the Passion Dragonfruit Smoothie was amazing. It has a strong passionfruit flavour, while the Dragonfruit is usually quite mild and is more for the aesthetic colour. For some reason it wasn't homogeneous (sometimes you can see separation in the drink) but I think this is due to texture of the drink. You could tell it was made if real fruit due to the texture of the components. Just be careful when you get to the bottom since that's where all the passionfruit seeds were! read more

The bubble tea tasted okay and I was really excited to find out that there was a coco near my house however one time when I did order from Coco they gave me a little bit more sugar than before! I've always the same milk tea forever from Coco and most of them ended up really well however they added to much sugar which overpowered my milk tea. It was just this one time however they do have amazing service and the milk tea didn't end up tasting bad just not the usual that I liked! The Bubble Tea is Good and the Service just fine! CoCo Fresh Tea has been opening stores in 2018 across the GTA. Clean stores, spaces to sit with a group of friends, and an effort to give quick service. Located near work, I give this place a try and find the drinks that I have ordered an positive experience. Consistent is the word I would use. Now sometimes I find the tea may be a bit mild, lacking in bite, but i would not fault the staff for this. It is what it is (some drinks score better than others.) Used to get bubble tea from here even though parking is not ideal and drink is not of top quality. Last Saturday (July 6th) was a steamy hot day and this place is packed. Unfortunately the young untrained staff did not foresee the influx of clients - they were still scrambling with cooking tapioca, making jugs of tea, occasionally taking orders .... One young staff has the audacity taking a break in the backroom while the other two were busy preparing. There was long ups for order as well as pick ups. A young man who called himself Rick (could be a fake name) couldn't make a sound judgement to give out the ten cups that have been made and sitting on the counter. When I asked if we can take our orders, he told us to wait for our turn. When asked to talk to his supervisor, he asked for my number and never heard from them. Overall it is a compromised choice if you don't mind spending $6 for a cold sweet drink in a place run by young kids. read more

I'm a regular customer at the CoCo Eglinton location. I stumbled upon this location as it's really close to work, however, I can't believe that they're the same brand, as this location's roasted pearl milk tea taste so bland and watery. I give it the the benefit of the doubt and ordered here on three separate occasions, well let's just say their milk tea is at least very consistent - bland and watery. read more

I always visit this location, and today their hours state that they open at 12:00pm. However, I was waiting outside around 12:10pm, because the door was still locked and the only person working seemed reluctant to open the door for me. Another worker walks in and I was told to order and wait 10 minutes because of some issue they didn't tell me about. Okay fine, 10 minutes is reasonable. But 30+ minutes passes by after I order, and not until I ask them what's going on they tell me that the worker who makes the drinks failed to show up to work and they are waiting for him to come in. You're telling me that the TWO other workers aren't trained to make simple drinks and don't know how to pour tea into a cup? They were just standing behind the counter! Why make me order in the first place when you can be transparent and tell me that you're unable to serve customers? I know it's just bubble tea, but I'm a patient person and this was honestly such a waste of my time - not to mention that they didn't even bat an eye at the fact that we were waiting for so long.
