Large Mango green tea - 50% sugar, coconut jelly, regular ice
    Andrea A.

I came by this place physically since i was out yesterday with my boyfriend. It was less busy, there was only 2 customers inside. Not alot of people were out because it was such a hot day. I ordered sago milktea with 30% sugar and less ice for my boyfriend. I ordered a strawberry slush with coconut jelly for myself. The cashier said it can either be 0% or 100% sugar level for my slush which i found it weird. I usually go with 50% but i decided to go with 0% sugar. SURPRISINGLY, it taste good as well with 0% sugar! It taste the same as the regular one. I think because of the strawberry hint, it already gave a flavour in my drink regardless of the sugar input. I'm shocked and happy to say i might go sugar-free in my boba now haha! I don't have a picture cuz my phone was dying yesterday (tears) but just imagine the drinks were deliciousss!

New location in the Terra plaza for y'all local folks! This is just down my street so i was super excited ever since i noticed the sign a while back. Nice chill environment. Got a high table as u walk in, as well as some booths. Had to visit their grand opening for the special! I think this is now the closet bbt chain to my house lol ull prob find me there a lot!

Tried the August Promotion tea Pearl Milk Tea Smoothie for only $3.99 for a large! Nothing can beat the price. It was actually really good in the beginning but don't leave it sitting for a while because the ice will melt and I thought it would taste like regular milk tea after but it didn't. It tasted watered down so maybe my impression was incorrect. I like this place but I'm rating it based on the drink I ordered.

I have frequented this Coco location especially when I was working in the nearby area. I ordered the Pearl milk tea and this time with 30% sugar. The taste was as expected and it was average. When I tried it before without the sugar, it tasted just like milk. A Loong of improvement would be additional toppings for the price as I find it still pricey. I guess everything now is pricey. Overall, it was ok and satisfied my bubble tea craving which is amplified by the hot weather. Next time I'll probably try another type of drink.

I always see this place whenever I go grocery shopping at Terra supermarket but had always thought it was closed down or something because you can't see any tables from the outside due to the dark windows. Well one day I was really curious so I just went up to the place and tugged on the door to see what 's up and to my surprise, it was fully opened. The place looked pretty clean. I ordered the 3 guys and it tasted pretty good. Will return whenever I'm in the area doing groceries :)

I came by here to check out the bubble tea and it was pretty good! I can't complain. The only reason why I gave it a 4/5 stars is because I think the staff were a little bit clueless except for the guy at the front who helped me. But at one point I asked one of the girls and she just looked sideways and then gestures to the guy. Not really the best customer service. If you don't know, just say it and then verbally hand the customer off to someone who does! Oh well, I guess it is an asian place so can't always expect the best service (not trying to be racist, just most asian-owned places aren't known for their service). I'm so glad there's a bubble tea spot in this area now! I just hope they keep up the quality. I got the mango slush, the burned tea and the taro slush. All were very tasty and I love the cups!

Always short staffed and stingy with the tapioca, will give better review when management invests more in quality of the establishment.

My student and I witnessed a minivan plow into a concrete barrier as we were walking over to Kenzo Ramen, steps away from Chatime. We both heard a crunch and knew that it wasn't good. The minivan, a minute later, drove towards us. We saw a huge crack going down the front bumper. I parked at the back of this plaza, where there is a store that sell diapers and adult incontinence pads. There used to be a Goodwill store, but a few new businesses have taken over. Anyway, after my student, a colleague, and I had finished eating a late lunch at Kenzo Ramen last Friday, we headed over to Chatime. I had a free birthday drink waiting for me. I decided to use it towards a regular QQ lychee juice, which comes with tapioca and coconut jelly. I didn't know where to line up after placing my order. I finally figured it out when I saw the small ledge through the huge lineup. I like that you can purchase reusable straws that come with a cleaner. I want to get the purple one. Each kit goes for $5. My drink was ready. I got it, and drove my student and I back to the office. The lychee juice was great. I managed to suck a tapioca ball the wrong way and went into a coughing fit in my car. Luckily, my student knows CPR and didn't have to administer it on me. I now realize that tapioca can be hazardous to your health. Anyway, the tapioca and coconut jelly were delightful when eaten safely and properly! I don't normally visit Chatime, but will definitely go back. I finally found a drink here that I love, minus choking on the tapioca. (209)

Unfortunately, it was also very hot inside, no air conditioning to make it comfortable enough to stay to enjoy your order. The interior is starting to look a little tired, and the boxes on the floor and outdated posters don't help. Nonetheless, the staff was pretty cheery and explained some of the unfamiliar options. We went with the crispy tiramisu tea. The drink was very tasty, but there seemed to be a lot, a lot of boba taking up the container. We had to go outside of the store to get to a washroom, and a cool place to sit and enjoy our drinks. It's too bad because the aesthetic of this chain is usually much nicer and a better place to sit and finish your drinks.

I got 3 drinks: one Jasmine green tea, one classic milk Boba tea and one pineapple tea with Boba. I was not that big of a fan of the pineapple but loved the other ones. I don't like the Boba used as I find it a little too chewy and the taste isn't as good as other Boba pearls I've had. I find this one to have a bit of stronger taste. It's a small shop, but cute. There are board games available and it gives off a cozy/chill vibe. When waiting for your drink, there's a seating area near the door and even a game you can try. The timer/game gives you the chance to win a free drink on the house if you manage to get a perfect 10:00 score (I mean you manage to stop the timer on that time). Product was well packaged. Drink was not too sweet despite not having adjusted the sweetness level, which I liked. The only thing for me was the waiting time which took forever, as in more than 20 minutes to be served. It was busy and there was only 1 person working. 1 person for the entire place, to make drinks and take the orders. I can imagine how much slower it would be during peak hours. I went during non-peak hours and there was only 2 people in store sitting down, yet it took me over 20 minutes to get my drinks.
