First time there! I got my nails (builder gel with design) and a no chip pedicure done. Sure it was 2 hours in all, but I love that the techs take their time and aren't rushing you out in an assembly line. Now, I don't know if it's because I went there in the morning but 1) it was the cleanest salon I have ever been in 2) it didn't reek of chemicals and 3) I actually felt relaxed. Most salons, I'm anxiously waiting to leave because it's a lot to sit there for 1-2 hours. Not sure if it was the ambience or what, but I actually enjoyed getting my nails done. First time visiting. I really like that they use new for each guest for their nail file, buffer and scrubber. The foot bath bowl is lined with plastic for each guest - their sanitary standards are amazing! I hope this doesn't change because it's a keeper for me to keep coming back. They offer you a complementary beverage which is very nice. They take their time for the foot massage and set a timer based on your service to ensure you receive the full treatment you paid for. Very relaxing - no conversations between the techs who were all very present and polite. The towels are just hot enough to keep cold feet cozy. Color options are endless. 2nd time visiting this new salon. I tried builder gel for the 1st time. I usually get dip nails b/c I've found that to be the most durable on my natural nails. My 1st set did start to mess up within the 1st 7 days & continue to chip away. I returned to give them a 2nd try. I did appreciate that the manager was very helpful & accommodating. He listened to my concerns, which is part of the reason i came back to begin with. I ket him my 1st visit & he was the same way. For my 2nd set I went with a new tech & just did color vs designs. I want to add although i really love the look of the salon it is absolutely freezing in there. I literally had to hold a hot cup of water to attempt to warm up. I won't be in there much this winter but looking forward to making this my new home for my nail needs. read more

I always receive quality service when I get my mani/pedi at CoCo Nail Bar. I'll be moving away from the area but hopefully whenever I'm visiting, I will stop in to get a fresh manicure and pedicure. read more

L* was more focused talking in her language to her coworker 3 chairs down across from us (both backs to each other) than she was to my cuticles. She out her glasses on for my manicure but doctors fish would've done a better job cleaning up my nails. My nail cuticle still feels rough. You pay for service and leave a 10% tip instead of not leaving one at all.. the host asks twice is if everything was good but there's people paying for service so you don't want to share your experience. I went because I saw reviews stating it was calm quiet and coworkers weren't speaking to each other in their language... focused on you. Well, not my experience. I could get better service for less somewhere else. Fri 3:30 pm walk in. Waited 20 min and they didn't have a pearly white iridescent color I wanted. Wall full of colors except for that one. She did ONE coat and done... the one complimentary beverage and nice massage chair won't have me coming back. 2 stars because the young woman taking care of the beverage was very sweet and it was a decent drink. read more

Paid over $100 asked for for no chip and citrus pedicure had appointment for deep callous removal had to ask for it twice before it was even done very dry feet doesn't look good love the deluxe no chip manicure. He was great did exactly what I wanted. read more

I came in with my daughter and her friend for pedicures and manicures before a weekend vacation. The girls wanted matching summer nail designs with tips, and we were all looking forward to a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the experience felt chaotic, confusing, and stressful rather than enjoyable. When we first came in, no one seemed to know where to seat us. The pedicure bowls were not filled for quite some time, and multiple different employees kept coming over repeatedly asking what we wanted done. My daughter and her friend had a simple matching summer-style design they wanted, but they ended up having to explain it over and over to different people. Several people came over just to look at the design or ask questions about it, yet no one seemed coordinated or confident in executing it. Meanwhile, I repeatedly asked the person doing my pedicure to please soak my nails and not grind them with the machine. I never received any acknowledgement that he understood what I was asking or that he planned to accommodate the request. I was left uncertain whether anyone was listening or communicating with each other. At one point, I still had not even been offered colors to choose from, so I wasn't sure if I would even get to pick a color. When colors finally were brought over, it was unclear which colors were regular polish and which were gel. The overall process lacked communication and organization. Adding to the confusion, the water for the pedicure bowl came back on extremely hot while it was being filled. At the same time, the girls were still trying to explain their desired nail designs yet again to another employee. Eventually, my daughter's friend gave up entirely and just settled for plain nails because the process had become so frustrating. The girls never received the matching vacation nails they had hoped for. For what ended up costing well over $300, the experience felt transactional instead of relaxing or enjoyable. I came in after work hoping to unwind, but instead the entire appointment was stressful and disorganized. The owner checks nails at the very end, but honestly it would be far more helpful if there was better coordination upfront to ensure clients are paired with technicians who understand and can perform the requested services. This salon is expensive, and with that price point comes an expectation of communication, organization, and customer experience. We left disappointed that the girls did not get the matching nails they were excited about for our trip, and disappointed that what should have been a relaxing outing turned into such a frustrating experience. read more

Pedicure was okay but polished chipped in less than 5 days. I feel when paying over $60 for a pedicure that the polish should last longer.

Super nice place great location unfortunately people in specific front dest.. terrible. Cane there no appt ask if there is any available time.. she mention they busy but tgey can do appt in hour and a half..sound reasonable.. i waled around the stores came back waited 20 more min ask when ill be seated she said they are busy and what do i want.. i asked why she made appt in more than 1 hour and still say that they busy? They seated me waited there for 15 more min or more jo show of anybody left waisted 2 hours. I heard other lady complained she was seated for 30 min with before scheduled appt but noone came to her.. Fabulous, intentional, and attentive service! If you are looking for a place that is not "rush and go" and desire to have some "let us take care of you" time... this is the place. I did book my appointment, but I feel you'd be okay without one. As soon as you enter the experience begins. Selecting a color is usually easy for me, but when you have an overflow of choices... there were so many to select from. The menu of pedicures is amazing. The comfort of the chairs, the drink menu... *chef's kiss* This will be my go to! I got a Russian manicure (not my first one) but I did miss on explaining my color. I'll live through it! They check on your throughout the appointment. Extremely clean and organized environment. Parking was easy, but on a busy day just use the open lot behind the village center. There is plenty of space. Next time I'll take photos to add. read more

Service is slow and very mediocre. If you used to a popular nail salon nearby with consistent results, don't expect it here. The techs seem like beginners, barely getting in to cut cuticles well, running the file across the nails once or twice and going very slow. read more

Worst nail experience of my life. I had an appointment at 530, they called and asked if I could come in at 6 instead because they were "backed up". Walked in at 6, place is absolutely empty. I didnt start getting my toes done until 620. I didn't leave the place until 820. I was extremely excited to try this place out, but now it's safe to say I will NEVER come back and will make sure everyone I know never steps foot there. read more
