After several disappointing services at another local nail shop, I decided to come here. Since I've been in the area, this shop has had at least 4 names. Current name as of 11/2024 c'est bon nails. I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I walked in the door. I checked in at the tablet and picked out my nail colors. They had a very good selection of colors. They have the pedicure and manicure chair numbers and it looked like they had 20 of each. They also have a private area for groups. My services went well and I felt technician was friendly. I also noticed how happy all of the staff appeared. My former salon, staff appeared sad or frustrated. Staff were also observed cleaning work stationed. No chip mani + pedicure was $80 plus tip. I was a walk-in requesting a pedicure and acrylic fill. I waited maybe 10 minutes! My technician was AWESOME! She was always checking in to make sure everything was going well, that I didn't need anything. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. Me and my mom went in for the pedicures and went with the 'Organic Treatment'. It includes a sugar scrub, moisturizing mud mask, hydrating cream, paraffin wax treatment, and hot towel. The service was very relaxing and my nail tech really made sure that I was getting what I asked for. Your service comes included with a cocktail, if you choose. We got the cherry bomb mimosas but the bartended didn't know how to make it so it wasn't the best. When we were checking out, we got a little gift that included two cuticle oils which was such a nice ending to the treatment. They do have a points system that they use and if you use zelle you get extra points and avoid the credit card fee. read more

I've been a patron here before the name change and have ALWAYS come in for the exact same thing (dip mani and pedi). Today was the 3rd time when I've made an appointment and checked in for both services and a service was forgotten. As a patron it is not my responsibility to remind or ask the nail tech for the pedicure. Why make an appointment and check-in at the front desk for a service if it's not going to be done. I've waited in the past for the pedicure after reminding staff, however it is not my responsibility. Today was the 3rd time in the past year and I've been coming in for 4 years. I've remained a customer after being cut multiple times by staff, being placed in chairs that don't work and after all of my family members have gone to your competitor. Charged my $98 for these HORRIBLE nails and would not fix them or refund me for anything. Just Sad to scam people. Was told my total was $60.00 and NO ONE told me about any upcharges for ANYTHING. I went here on a whim to get a no chip manicure. The color selection was standard. Pros: The salon was clean. They offer drinks (I didn't get one, but I think they're free/included). They have a guarantee on certain services Cons: a week after my manicure, the polish on one nail was slightly chipped. I suppose I could've gone back(the warantee), but it wasn't worth it. By this point, all of my nails looked bad. Several had hang nails (not typical for me) and the polish had already grown out significantly on each finger. It looked like a 3-week old manicure after just 7 days. For this reason, I will not be going back to this establishment. read more

Really pleased with my service here. I received a gel manicure and eyebrow wax. I really appreciate all the staff wearing masks during my service. Wouldn't have come here otherwise. My nails only took about 45 minutes, and my brows about 15. After my nails were completed, I received a lotion massage and hot towel treatment. If you're comfortable, they also offer a complimentary beverage for you to sip on during your service - mimosa, Coke products, wine, coffee, cocktail, etc. The facilities are also spacious, beautiful, and clean. The sharp (non-sanding) nail instruments are clean and sterilized between each customer. I saw my specialist unpack a clean package before working on my nails. However, I would prefer that new nail files be used between customers and the sanding tool be cleaned/sanitized between uses. I used to go to a salon that would give new files to their clients following their service so they know each file is new and unused. Just my 2 cents. For this reason I don't get my nails done unless the skin on my fingers are intact. Otherwise, I did really like my service and will be back here! read more

I come to this nail shop all the time. I came today and the girl started doing my pedicure by taking the polish off my big toe & my other foot was in the water, then someone came and told her she had to take someone else and I'll have to wait for another person to do my pedicure!! I've never had anyone start and then have someone else come and finish doing the pedicure. Even after I got here and waited for them to have someone become available. I dried my feet and walked to the front desk for the guy to say "Oh someone else is coming" like it's no big deal! I walked out and will never return! Poor customer service!! read more

The worst and most humiliating service I've gotten. Very unprofessional and uncoordinated staff. Walking in the door I asked if I could get serviced by a female nail tech. The female nail tech was chatting with another woman standing over her the entire time she was applying my nails. Did not acknowledge me or ask me if the shape was coming out okay. I usually don't mind, but I think it's rude to speak in another language and not at least stop to acknowledge the customer. I asked the nail tech is she could redo a nail and all of a sudden she wanted to take lunch. After redoing the nail, the male manager told me he would be doing my nails because the nail tech hasn't ate all day. I believe she was mad that I asked to redo it. Which I asked did nicely by the way and she then decided to take her lunch in the middle of doing someone's nails. I got up and told the manager it was unprofessional he started raising his voice at me and said I was making it more difficult and that I could just leave and not pay. He offered to do my nails, but he knew I asked for a female tech and at the same time he was at the front desk assisting other people. This was humiliating and will never step foot here. You lack respect and professionalism towards your paying customers shame on you This is how they left my hands, didn't bother to take them off or apologize RESPONSE to MIKE on google reviews: first of I'm a grown woman, don't ever use words like "stomped off" I left your facility because you were raising your voice. No one left "trash" at the front. That's you being dishonest again. What I left was the disposable slipper one gets after getting their feet done. Unless you wanted me to leave with? I used to come here with the old name and they were good but not extraorfinary. However, they moved all of the information over so if your phone number is on file, you don't have to do anything. The pedicure I had, despite having a time constraint, was done quickly but didn't feel rushed. I got the second highest and still done in 45 minutes with a long massage. The place is clean and modern. While you can tip on card, they prefer cash. They also have wine and drinks that are apparently complimentary??? I'm never going to another place again. I got engaged and wanted to spoil myself, this set was 91$ I tipped 20$ so 111$ total and personally to me I think it's worth it because I never get them done, and they're the best nails I've had, plus the salons actually really nice and has a mini bar inside if you want a cocktail or champagne!! Had a bad experience at a different salon and they acknowledged the terrible work and made sure to fix it. Made me feel taken care of. Definitely the best dip manicure I've ever gotten. Super thin and doesn't look or feel chunky. Feels very natural. Also great selection of colors for both dip and no-chip. The place itself is also super nice, very fresh and fancy feel. I love this place! I actually drive 25 minutes out of my way to come here. Its clean, elegant looking, staff is super friendly, not too crowded or loud. Been here more than several times and each time I come out very happy. Couple times I had pedi and mani with Ben and let me tell you, this guy is amazing, very meticulous, did not rush or push me to upgrade to my service. Disappointed in nail removal service. The nail technician removed the nail extensions. Nails were left rough sharp and jagged. I had to cut, file and buff the top at home. Other places in the past, remove the nails and did a basic file. Do not leave the nails in such rough shape. read more

My daughter and I have been coming to this establishment for years. Today, we came in for two pedicures and an acrylic fill for her. The pedis were great. However, two things happened, one of which is making me write this review. First, when my daughter requested a fill with a French manicure, the technician's work was messy and too thick. My daughter ended up getting a solid color, as it was clear the tech didn't possess the knowledge or skill to do a French tip. Second, and way more important than a messed up nail job was the focus the (male) owner put on my daughter's body. I showed him her graduation photo and he asked me if she had lost weight. The question was off-putting and I avoided it, saying I didn't know. He said she looked good. I didn't respond. At checkout, he then asked my daughter if she had lost weight. She said no. He pressed the issue saying it looked like she had from the photo, and that "it's a good thing, right?" At this point I changed the subject because my daughter was deeply uncomfortable. We have always been friendly with the owner when we've been in over the years. We've seen photos of his young daughter. We've laughed and joked. This, however was so far over the line that I can't even see it anymore. Neither of us is comfortable going back into this establishment. read more

Well my first experience was awesome! But my second time was very rushed! Vivian was the tech this time and she just didn't want to do anything. I wanted cat eye on my natural nail she said no because it looks better on long nails then she said I should do ombré I said ok but she never mentioned an up-charge, my nails with my feet usually be between $80-$100 I was charged $140. Vivian told me my nails was "short" but up- charged my for "long nails" she tell me she think I should do almond shape but instead did pointed and up charged me for that! My nails are completely basic when I was getting my long extension nails I paid $160 with designs and different colors. I'll never be back plus my nails are bulky as fuck! And when I called to complain they barely cared. It's really not about the money it's about the quality and customer service and both sucked today unfortunately. read more

Well this is the third worst experience here since the new owner the old owners were really terrible and would send out unhappy with nails uneven. The new owners automatically charger 18% gratuity even if you are unsatisfied with your services. I tried to discuss with the owner my concern with that and was told if I don't like it I don't have to come here. He stated there are other shops I could choose to go to. I called and asked if I could possibly just get a second coat to make them darker and the manager said sure without hesitation!
