This location is not far off the main toads and has a parking lot so very convenient! As I entered, another client was leaving and I knew life was about to be good by the smile on her face and her wildness of her hair LOL. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I was in town for the weekend with my back and foot killing me. They were able to squeeze me in, no shady stuff lol. The massage/ stretch was everything! The owner, Maggie, was beyond friendly and consistently checked in with me to make sure I was okay. There is a combination of traditional massage and body movement/ stretching that truly focuses on pain relief. The most important part--- I felt better for a week. My husband booked me an appointment with Margaret for Saturday morning and it's the first time in a while that I can rotate my neck without wincing in pain! It was admittedly confusing when I first entered the building. Note, the door is access to three different companies. To find fit 2 stretch, enter the front door and turn left. If the receptionist desk is empty, it's likely that Margaret is currently in session in the room that is next to the chairs. Margaret was super open warm and friendly and boy does she know how to do magic when it comes to massaging and stretching the body out. At one point she said to me "you're on vacation" and that's when my body just fell into her. The kinks in my neck and upper body are out. She even gets on to the table to pull and stretch you out through the combination massage. Overall I feel lighter and open. Ok I go for massages once a month . This plays blows all the other places out of the water . When you first walk in it's a little room . I bought a massage from Groupon. It was very difficult to get in contact with someone to make an appointment. That took 2 days. Geting an appoinment took an additional 2 weeks. The receiptionist that finally called was not professional at all. Even though I paid for the massage through Groupon, and confirmed the appointment through email, they insisted I give them my credit card information. The same rude receptionist called me an hour before my scheduled appointment to get my credit card information. I told her I didn't have it with me. She continued to yell at me for not calling back. When I reminded her that she said she would call me back and that it was very inconvenient for me to deal with this now as I didn't have my credit card with me, she told me to "check my tone." She was so rude and distasteful that I told her to cancel the appointment and I got my money back from Groupon. Horrible customer service. Don't go there! read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had using a Groupon the woman I encountered was completely disrespectful and rude and she had no tact and I had to leave without even using my Groupon because I felt so uncomfortable having the idea of her touching me she had no bedside manner and was completely standoffish as soon as I walked in and told her that I couldn't locate the building because there was no sign and that she was less than helpful on the phone directing me to where the location was and then gave me attitude that I couldn't find it and wouldn't fill out her extensive question here even though it's not a medical office and there's no need for her to have that much information about me for a 15 minute massage never go back and honestly if I were any future customers I would heed this warning that it's a waste of money read more

If you're a gym junkie/ athlete looking to get a sports stretch this place is for you ! I purchased a stretch and massage package for my partner and I. I called booked the appointment and asked that his massues be female and was told no problem. Well when we showed up we were seated in massage vibrating chairs, I joked with my partner " Imagine this is the massage". well it was and I felt bamboozled from the Group-on description. She addresses the areas that are consistently problematic for me and resolves tightness in spots that I didn't realize had it, so I leave each time feeling like a whole new person. I am a runner, and I think she particularly understands the muscular/fascial concerns that arise from that, but I would recommend her to anyone who wants a good massage. Unless you are fully aware that you must book 3 weeks in advance to find ANY appointment availability, buying a gift certificate for the Mahwah location is a really bad idea. There is no backing out of the gift certificate, there is a rigid no refund policy. I have no recourse but to drive to their Somerset location, which has immediate availability pretty much everyday. I would have thought the Mahwah location management would have been willing to provide a refund for me since I cannot predict what pain I might be in 3 weeks from today, but they were unwilling to do so, happy to have cashed my check. read more

I love the Floor Thai Massage & Stretch, when I lay on a massage table I get up afterwards and my back is stiff from being in one position, or I'll have discomfort in the middle from laying so still. This is honestly my best massage experience ever, she tackled all the right areas especially when she incorporated some stretches aimed for Lower back and arms towards the end . It was so soothing/enjoyable & peaceful that I honestly caught my self dozing off for about 2-5 mins . You'll definitely get your money's worth and MORE. When it comes to massage therapy, Margaret is one of the best! I have arthritis, suffer from neck and shoulder tension, so I reap the benefits of a good deep tissue massage. It had been over a year since I had one, so I was a mass of knots. Add to that, a botched gel injection left my right leg so swollen, I had to use cane. I was in terrible pain. I explained my situation to Margaret and, so she focused on my back, shoulders and arms. For an hour she worked out all the kinks from my neck, shoulders and lower back. When it was over, I felt pretty good, so I got dressed and walked out to pay. My husband had to remind me that I left behind my cane. I paid, gathered my things, thanked her and start to leave only to forget the cane again! She is just THAT GOOD! I highly recommend her, and will be back for more of her healing touch. So good. I am not particularly athletic, but I'm seriously tense my muscles feel the stress. Margaret is clearly trained in ways I haven't experienced with most other therapists. She understands the body and muscular system the way a real massage therapist should. The location is inside of a sports complex, so it's not the atmosphere of a spa where you are spoken to softly and babied. But I don't care. If you want to feel "pampered" like you're a rich person in a movie montage, this is may not be your girl. I have never posted a review like this, but the people who run this place are beyond rude. I WAS a potential customer who purchased a groupon. Yeah, I get it, companies run Groupons and then wish they didn't have to accommodate the people who buy them. I reached out to them to make an appointment with a couple weeks left on my Groupon. They said they were booked up but would extend the deadline a few weeks; however they couldn't accommodate both my visits within the deadline (does this make sense??) unless they got a cancellation and they would put me on the priority cancellation list. Nearly 4 weeks later, I had heard nothing, so I reached out again. Their solution if they couldn't accommodate both of my appointments? I have to pay them an extra $35 (oh, but it's a "discount" they're giving me). Apparently they just want extra money? Or regret running a Groupon? I don't understand why anyone would treat a potential new customer this way. It's easy to redeem a Groupon before the deadline and they just book the appointments; it has been done for me multiple times in the past. The person who was emailing me also had a very rude tone. I would give this place NO stars if I could! I bought a groupon in the Spring, and when I tried to use it in June I was told there were no available appointments until August. After returning from being away all Summer , I saw that my groupon expired September 4th. If it takes 2 months to get an appointment, the groupon shouldn't expire in 4 months! My 4 messages left on their machine were never answered... they NEVER answer their phone. I then called their headquarters, and no one returned my call. Out of desperation, I went to the Mahwah facility and spoke with a nasty woman at the desk who said she was the masseuse. She was extremely rude, said the groupon expired and that was that, and in front of another customer rudely waved her hand at me toward the door and said sarcastically said " bye... have a nice day", basically throwing me out! This is the most poorly run, customer unfriendly business I have ever dealt with! Stay away! read more
