They explained that if I ordered on their site or app that the biscuits are always $5 on Friday. I ordered from Yelp which in turn directed me to DoorDash. That was great to know. When I got home the biscuit was still warm. It looked amazing. It's sort of a square shape. Anyway, it was delicious. The patty sausage was amazing. The biscuit was fluffy and light.
