Chocolate covered pretzels, nom nom nom!
    Aarti B.

Divine decadent chocolates, they are works of art! With so many scrumptious goodies to choose from, the dark chocolate covered Mint Oreo and pretzels were great picks! The 1/2 dozen pretzels for $7.75 are worth it! They are fresh and not too salty or sweet. The dark chocolate covered Mint Oreo tastes like a rich thin mint cookie. One was more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. Excited to come back and support this local business and grab some more pretzels and chocolate sweet treats!

Got a nice little thank you gift that came from this chocolate shop. I'm not the biggest chocolate fan but I thoroughly enjoyed the items from this location. A really tasty but not too rich and overpowering product. Great presentation with regards to the chocolate gift box with the items hidden inside. I'll certainly be keeping this spot in mind for all my future chocolate gift needs.

I like supporting local businesses especially during the pandemic. I have visited family in Vienna many times over the last ten years or so. But Cocoa Vienna was new to me. Why didn't DS take me here sooner? Good selection to pick from. Dark chocolate is my preference so that made decision making a little easier. Most pieces were on the small size. Think one bite, not two. All in all a nice sweet shop.

One of my best friends lives within walking distance of this adorable chocolate shop and has brought me here twice, once in August and once in late November 2022. The shop is small but very cute, with a very wide selection of chocolates, including truffles, turtles, chocolate bark, chocolate-covered Oreos, chocolate-covered pretzels, peanut butter cups, and chocolate bars. It is honestly quite hard to choose since there are so many options. For a lot of the chocolates it also looked like they offered them in white, milk, and dark chocolate variations. The last time we stopped by, we got 3 red velvet dark chocolate truffles, a milk chocolate-covered pretzel, and 2 dark hot chocolates for about $16, which I felt was pretty reasonable given the quantity and quality of what we got. My friend especially loved the red velvet truffles, which were filled with a ball of red velvet cake and cutely decorated with sugar crystals. I really like pretzels, and the chocolate-covered pretzel really satisfied my craving. The hot chocolates were delicious, hot and smooth and much better than the powdery stuff you can make at home. The shop has an adorable porch with a bench and a few tables. I loved sitting there, especially when we went in November, as it had an almost New England autumnal small town vibe. Both times we came (one weekend, one weekday) there didn't seem to be too many people so we had the porch to ourselves. The staff are friendly and helpful. Credit card accepted (I believe the card minimum is $10).

Beautiful cozy place, full of delicious handmade, fresh chocolates, the possibilities are endless, fruit covered chocolate, liquor infused chocolate, sugar free chocolate, chocolate with nuts, you name it..... and everything was delicious Service was great and the prices.... Oh well it was worth it

Lovely gift box, complete with a stretchy gold bow.

My fiancé surprised me with chocolates from this shop last Valentine's day, and I loved them so much. We had a baby last year and have had different priorities, so we haven't had the chance to stop by again until today. I actually got to go in this time and see all the chocolates and goodies, and it was so lovely. The smell of chocolate in the air is intoxicating, and only adds to the experience. Haha. The gentleman who boxed up my chocolates had recommendations when I was stumped on what chocolate to pick next to complete my box, and he was so helpful and friendly. We hope to return more frequently this year and years to come, and when our daughter is old enough to enjoy chocolate, she will definitely be getting the best from Cocoa Vienna.

So good! I didn't personally visit the store, so I can't comment on ambiance or service. Received a box of chocolates from here as a gift and it was a lovely surprise! So grateful. The presentation was lovely. Everything was neatly wrapped. The chocolates are smooth, not overly sweet, and are incredibly flavorful. High quality ingredients are used and you can taste the difference. I'm definitely a fan of Cocoa Vienna and can't wait to make a visit and try out some of their other chocolate goodies.

This cafe is located in Vienna, and there's plenty of free slanted parking in front as well as parking in the complex next to and across if you're willing to walk. I've been to this location when it first opened years ago and they've really upped their menu and decorations inside since. The ambiance inside is beautiful, ideal for anyone looking for a good Instagram picture. There's so many angles and details so that no matter where you're sitting, there's a good vibe. There's also gorgeous seating outside since it can get crowded. For food, you order from the front and they'll call you when the food is ready. We ordered the dubai gelato and pistachio lokmas. Both were presented tastefully to make sure our eyes and cameras wanted to eat before our stomachs. The dubai gelato was a quality dessert with a good ratio of milk: cream. The pistachio flavor was evident on top, but it was just a kinda tart vanilla ice cream with toppings. I did like it, however, and it paired well with the lokmas. The lokmas were fried to perfection, a nice amount of chewy, and covered with a good ratio of pistachio cream. They were a decent size and conducive to sharing. The prices of everything, overall, was pretty expensive, but the quality definitely made up for it. I'd recommend this cafe to someone looking for a unique sweet treat, catching up with a group of girl friends of 2-4 people, or for a first date!

I tried some of their other options today, which was the strawberry white which was also really good and the limited edition popcorn, which was yummy and fun. The service here is friendly and the employees are nice, even when it does get packed on the weekends. They offer samples of their bars and truffles. I had actually been to a couple of Venchi locations in airports for chocolate, but hadn't realize they served gelato and had never had theirs. It was a very strange experience, though. We walk up to the ice cream counter to look at the flavors and they say we have to stand behind the register. We inquire as to whether we can taste flavors and they say yes, but only after you've purchased your ice cream. The issue with that is how do I know if I want one or two flavors until after I've tasted the gelato? I assume kids were coming in and tasting a bunch without buying anything, but then ask for a deposit or something. It doesn't make any sense to not be able to look at or taste the flavors before you have to order. I only tasted two flavors because they were making me so uncomfortable, and selected the second one I tasted--a dark chocolate flavor that wasn't honestly pretty darn excellent. So 5 stars for the actual taste (and their chocolates) and minus a star for the service.
