Fantastic coffee shop with so many options for coffee and teas! Great ambiance and will definitely return as soon as possible! Service was amazing too!!

    Açaí bowl

My family and I stopped by to refresh ourselves after a hot long morning. Açaí bowl was 10/10. Granola on it was delicious. Cute little spot to get something refreshing. Back outdoor area has a lot of potential and needs some TLC.

Nice fun porch area with corn hole and games for kids. Great decoration

Great service, food and drinks were ready in a reasonable amount of time. The drinks were all good nice flavoring and not overly sweetened. The porch area was a lot of fun for my family it had a good ambiance. the Acai bowl was not great though. it was not well blended. It could be improved easily. Everything else was quite gass though.

Great to cool off on hot summer afternoons with frozen yogurt or a bubble tea. Our family enjoyed the cool, tropical vibe inside. Relaxing and fun.

This was a nice reprieve from the typical vibe of Bandera. We sat on the back porch area, which gave us some privacy.

My iced chai tea had sour milk in it, it also had milk chunks floating in it. Not a huge fan of that, won't be going back.

I'd definitely come back because the quality of the gelato was excellent. The only area that could use some improvement was the customer service flow. When we walked in, there was one employee working, a customer with three young children who was taking quite a while deciding on flavors, and another customer who appeared to be waiting to pay. I don't know how long he had already been waiting, but by the time he finally paid, he had nearly finished eating his gelato. While the family was still deciding, the customer herself kindly told us to go ahead and place our order so she wouldn't keep holding us up. We appreciated that gesture and stepped up to order. I ordered chocolate and stracciatella. When I asked for chocolate, the employee asked if I was sure and whether I'd had it before. She did offer me a sample, which was thoughtful, but it caught me off guard since I wasn't expecting to have to justify my flavor choice. I also asked if they had cones, and she said they didn't. She then asked what size cup I wanted. I replied that I'd like one scoop of each flavor, not realizing the scoop count and cup size were separate choices. It took a couple of exchanges before I understood what she meant. A little more explanation upfront would have made the ordering process much smoother. After our gelato was prepared, I expected we'd be able to pay and move on. Instead, the employee immediately went back to helping the family continue sampling and deciding on flavors before ringing us up. By the time we were finally able to pay, my husband had almost finished eating his gelato. The employee was genuinely friendly and patient, especially with the family, and I understand it's not easy managing everything alone. I just think some additional training on balancing multiple customers--such as quickly checking out customers whose orders are already complete before returning to someone who is still deciding--would make the experience much smoother for everyone. Overall, the gelato was delicious, the shop was clean, and I'd happily come back. I just hope the service flow improves because the product itself is definitely worth the visit.

We ordered a burger with only bun, cheese, and patty. Waited in the drive thru line for roughly 30 minutes for a drink, fries, burger, and medium blizzard. After all that time, the blizzard was half unblended and the burger had all veggies, yet no cheese on it. I immediately left an online complaint through the survey on the receipt. I just planned to call for a refund as soon as I wrapped up my weekend night shifts, if they didn't reach out to me first. However, when I called less than 72 hours after the initial transaction and spoke to their manager, he rudely said he "cannot and will not refund" the money as I haven't brought the food back to the store and didn't call within 48 hours. I apologized and tried to explain that I didn't know about a time limit, I live far away, and the 48 hour limit had just been passed. I understood that I had messed up by not knowing the company time limit and stuff, so I hung up after he was very rude the entire talk. I then remembered I made the online complaint the day of and hoped maybe he would be kinder if he knew I tried before. I called again, but he was even ruder the second time. The interaction was horrible, and I still won't be getting my refund from them. TL;DR The fries we could eat were mediocre, tasted slightly greasy unless doused in ketchup, blizzard was half blended, every topping we didn't want want on burger was there, yet no cheese in sight... very rude manager/customer service. Never again!

Onion ring on top of a bacon BBQ burger. Hit the spot. Guests had the Country Fried Steak and Country Fried Chicken (they LARPED small town Texas on this trip). They enjoyed but didn't say it was amazing. The service and staff was (very) friendly and courteous but... 1) When we go sat, no one gave us cutlery. Even after the appetizers arrived we still hadn't gotten any. It took asking twice. And trust me the gap between sitting, asking 1x and then asking again was about 25 mins. At least. Our actually server recognized this and was apologetic (I think he got triple sat on a Friday night). 2) Our actual entree order was *probably* never put in originally because it took 50 minutes (and people who say after us ate and got dessert in the meantime) and when it came out it was hot. Which means it wasn't sitting around. Again our server recognized this and was very apologetic. Despite that, I'd go again. Vibe was perfect small town Texas and food hit the spot.

The jalapeno hush puppies that came with it were excellent. However, the coleslaw had a very odd flavour, and neither of us liked it. It tasted acrid to me. I didn't really like the fries because of the seasoning, but I still had a few. The server initially gave my cousin water instead of the sweet tea that he ordered. They served us our water and sweet tea in mason jars, which looked very nice, but the water was not pleasing to my taste buds as it tasted like unfiltered tap water.

We walk in and there were at least 3 waiters around looking at us confused if we should order at the counter seeing a line there or just seat ourselves. We finally decided to flag a waitress and ask her. As friendly as people are in this town it was not the case at this restaurant. The lady was short with her answers and almost felt like she is mocking our questions. I saw that the must try is the Texas Spud which seems to be a loaded baked potato. In general from what I know baked potatoes might include bacon and my friend doesn't eat bacon. The way she answered about it was such a turn off! We were about to have a full mean ended up opting to just try the Texas Spud and a side of onion rings since she recommended that The onion rings are old and inedible we left them. The Texas Spud when it came to the table I ended up having a full understanding of it by eating it. So basically it is a baked potato with chili on it (no meat) it feels it came from a can and cheese pickled jalapeño and sour cream decorated with tortilla chips around it. It was ok but I could say I have tried it. The restaurant itself is very old. I believe it is the oldest running restaurant in Bandera I got to see The John Wayne Room which is western-themed dining room. Decorated with memorabilia dedicated to "The Duke". Also they have a salad bar that looks like a wagon. Just take a picture of it from far away the veggies and everything in it looks very sad! Will I return to eat there? Definitely not!
