Then other times when the owner isn't there, it seems like the workers don't want to be there and my drink comes out incorrect and then it's awkward to ask for them to fix it. Aside from inconsistency, I like how they have stamp cards so you get a free drink after 10 I believe. After 10-20 visits, I gathered getting their drinks less sweet is best. Their jasmine tea is perfect and refreshing if you like jasmine green tea. Their Thai tea lacks flavors and I think needs to be seeped longer.

Both sandwiches were delicious. Meats were flavorful, but what I really loved was the no skimp on pickled veggies and fresh jalapeños w/cilantro. So many places don't add or charge extra. Bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. All milk teas are non dairy-they use a non dairy creamer as the base. I love taro, but this milk tea was definitely sweet, more like a dessert. But, it helped offset and balance the savory grilled pork banh mi.
